The sales staff was pleasant. I had my own mechanic go over the car to verify what the dealership told me about the car. My mechanic identified some maintenance items that need to be quickly addressed and a small problem with a leaky oil seal that might manifest into a larger and very costly issue. I brought this to Voss' attention. They told me the cost of repairs where too high and would wholesale the vehicle, rather than have a customer be unhappy with the auto later. As if this writing, Voss Village BMW advertises this car for sale on their used car lot at the same offered price. That does not say much about their honesty and integrity. Caveat Emptor.
