i called the dealership yesterday and talked to ricky joles, i gave him the info he required and he said he would call me back shortly. that he did and said i was approved, wanted to know when i woul come pick up my 2013 cadillac escalade, i told him first thing wednesday morning. i took my 2007 up to the dealership as a trade in filled out the necessary paper work. and received the keys to the 2013 and drove home to austin area. thanks to steve record the owner and all . salespeople and staff for a wonderful experience thi place is great.

Ford made a 7.3 and a 6.0 powerstroke in 2003, they didn’t specify on the ad what the truck had and I called to find out which it was. The question seemed to agitate the salesman and he tried to make me feel like an idiot for not knowing that the 7.3 bring more money than what they we’re selling the truck for. I had only been looking at diesels for a week, didn’t know much about them

Horrible dealer. Worst experience I've ever had. I am now $5,000 out of pocket for repairs to his vehicle and the dealer told me that the way they inspect vehicles is simply driving them and not actually looking under the hood. I would put no Stars if possible because they are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They drove this vehicle with no transmission fluid which of course went out once I bough it and never bothered to check for any maintenance or safety features to ensure that it was a safe and reliable vehicle.

Yes dealer answered promptly however I didn't go look at car. I'm still interested and may go this next week on concentrated effort to find just the right car I need. Looking for a car that gets great gas mileage as I drive a round trip to school every day - twice - 20 miles each trip and some days 3 times and my truck is pitiful on gas mileage - fill up about every 4 days!!!!!! Dealer prompt with reply - my fault car not in my garage now.

These guys were just awesome. I drove 220 miles to trade my Escalade for a Range Rover. The Rover was just as they advertised it. Every person I met was nice and they offered coffee. Both Henri my salesman, and Steve the owner were the best ever. No pressure; no gimmicks; honest and helpful beyond belief. My trade amount was fair and Steve made the financing process easy and as painless as possible. I miss my Escalade but I love the Rover. Definitely consider these guys if you're looking for a vehicle. They have lots of them. Thanks again guys.

Dealer responded quickly but I was outraged with the demand of 50% down which I thought was really not normal. Experience with could have been better if certain things were handled professionallying. Place is good and welcoming. Car was as described

Dealer responded quickly and was knowlegable and polite. Easy to work with. However i had vehicle shipped and upon arrival i notice the rear is sagging and the air suspension is shot completely. Vehicle is not driveable at all. Called dealer and they said to take it to a shop for a quote so i will see what happens with that but as of now i have a $33k vehicle that i cant drive:(

Della maybe you didn't understand, it is not uncommon for one of our lenders to require between 20-25% down for bad credit. However 80% is unheard of. I searched all of our credit reports and applications for the last four years and could not find a DELLA.Are you sure this is the correct dealership? We bought the car. It was a fairly easy experience. Make sure you shop other sites. It was listed a thousand dollars more on their website than on CarGurus, but they did honor the lower price.

I called and talked to a guy about buying a truck and when I would ask him a question about it he was very short and did not explain much about it at all. I called him with the intention to buy this truck but after he was short and snappy with his reply I took my buisness else where.
