Deceiving dealership!!! I called half before heading to the dealership. Juan said the car was there. I arrived and no car! Yet they also still have the car listed on CarGurus. I wouldn't waste my time on this dealership. Cars listed here are not recent. They use that tactic to just get you in the door. Very dishonest individuals to deal with -disappointing. Went elsewhere and salesman was honest car listed was there and he told me what the defects on the car were so that I wouldn't be surprised later - He did get my business.

Giving this dealer a whole star is more than generous because they certainly don't deserve it. Do NOT buy a car from here. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional dealership I've ever been to. Called three days in advance to inform them I was coming in for a test drive and then again the morning of three hours ahead to confirm, and when I arrived, the vehicle was dirty and likely never even inspected before being put up for sale. They were literally pulling it into the service area from the lot as I was walking in. Since they were so "busy", I ended up working with three different salesmen (although there was a point where 6 or 7 were all standing in a corner chatting it up), and I knew more about the car than all of them COLLECTIVELY. This dealer is located in the hood, and unfortunately, some of the salesmen there have a hood mentality and act like they are doing YOU the favor. They tried selling a 2015 BMW that needed work and then said they were going to raise the price for a detail and a brake job. The vehicle, according to the diagnostics I ran from inside on the car's information screen, was 7k miles overdue for brakes, and the oil level was low. This tells me they didn't bother inspecting it--no oil change, and no new brakes. The car had sticky stuff on some of the buttons, and the back seat was sticky and looked like juice or some kind of liquid had been spilled on it. They never even bothered to wipe down the inside of the car. The interior of the vehicle was black, so it was not stained--just dirty. But it was apparent that they just got it from auction and put it right on their lot for sale. I waited THREE HOURS just to see a clean car. They claimed that all of their cars are dirty until the person decides to buy the car--then they clean it. Who drives an hour to see a dirty car?? And a BMW at that?? Then I was told the service area was busy washing other cars that were being sold and that those were a priority. But I called days in advance and still had to wait hours to see a clean car?? It had a LOT of scratches and dings, and I needed to see exactly what else I was missing from the car being dirty before even bothering to take it for a test drive. Finally, the only salesman I thought was nice (I believe his name was Tremayne) rinsed the car off himself. The dirt masked the other half of scratches that were there. Then I complained about the service I was receiving to one of the salesmen, and he had the nerve to tell me that "well, this isn't Schaumburg". Like THAT is supposed to make a difference in the way you treat customers. Why should I hold a dealer to a certain standard according to where they are located?? Customer service is customer service, and if I was coming all the way from Schaumburg, then I was obviously serious about buying the car. I also overheard two salesmen referencing another female customer's bust. Extremely inappropriate, especially considering I'm another female and was only standing 4 feet away from them. They also tried to sucker a naive, 19-year-old kid into purchasing a beautiful car and having him switch from full coverage insurance to liability in a few months to cut costs because the note was higher than he could afford. When the salesman walked off for a moment, my friend and I gave him advice about doing such a thing, and it had him thinking. He went into the finance office when they called him in, and he ended up walking right out without the car. Then they tried to get him back in, but ultimately, he ended up leaving before completing the sale.These guys only care about themselves. They might have a son his age but were still willing to screw over some kid who really should have been there with a guardian--or at least someone over 21 to guide him. I spoke to the sales manager about all of this, and he was nice, but I'm not sure he really cared. Told me to work with a certain salesman if I decided to come back. I never returned--only worked with him over the phone. Sure, he was better, but when he looked at my ASE certified mechanic that I sent there to look at the car like he was crazy because he got underneath the car to inspect the car for signs of an accident and then shook his head, claiming he wasn't even going to make money off the sale, then how much better was he REALLY? And then told him that the price would go up for work that should have been done on the car BEFORE it was put up for sale? I'm sorry, but I decided that was the last straw, and I'd have no more dealings with them. If you know what's good for you, spend your money elsewhere.

Bad information ;the person who answered my calls and messages assured me that the truck that was interested Avalanche '04 had no problems and when I arrived at the place the truck did not work and another thing the representative never left , did not answer because he supposedly had gon to lunch ..He do not respect the appt. Terrible service...

I initially came in, on 7/27/17 & I asked to speak to Dale (the guy who emailed me back). I spoke with Tony, he told me that Dale was the advertising guy and not a salesman; the car wasn't there, that it was being repaired; and that the price would probably go up a couple of hundred dollars. I came back the next day and talked with William, he told me that the car was still at the repair shop. After my daughter and I left, we were about 5 blocks down the street when I received a call from William, he told me that the car had just arrived and that I could come back and look at it if I wanted. Upon returning, and inspecting the vehicle, I couldn't determine where it had been repaired at. The entire car appeared to be in pretty bad shape. The car was white, and didn't look anything like the one posted picture. He gave me the key, he said that they hadn't detailed it yet. I examined the car, the engine sounded odd to me; the interior floor looked as if it were in a flood; there was damage all over the car. William said that the car was now going for $4500. I just personally don't understand how a dealership is trying to sell a car that's not ready to be sold. However, the car was in such bad shape, that I wouldn't have paid $3900 for it!

The sales representative was very courteous , he escorted us to the waiting area until he located the vehicle and then he drove us with the dealer car to the next lot where the car was located. He explained the basics about the car and acknowledged that it had some discrepancies that needed to be corrected. concurrently, he stated that it is a fixer upper car but for the price that it was offered it seemed reasonable.We didn't like the car and the rep offered us other vehicles but it needs financing and we didn't want to finance.The rep then drove us back to our car after he gave us his business cared. It was a pleasant experience, the rep was professional but the car itself wasn't up to par.

They were polite but, I traveled 2 1/2 hours to see a non working vehicle that the salesman said probably had engine problems. He then tried to sell me another car for more money than I was willing to spend. I think they should let the customer know when the car of not running. Some people look for project cars. Not me. It was a waste of my time.

The dealer sent me, what seemed to be, an automatic email reply to my email, saying: "Thank you for your email requesting information. Unfortunately, I do not have all of the information necessary to provide you with a quote. The phone number I received with your email request is a non working number. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, I am interested in helping you. Please reply with a good phone number and let me know when the best time to contact you would be. I am eager and happy to help." I had only asked them a question regarding the vehicle. NOT helpful at all. Rather than give out my phone number, I made the 40 mile trip to see the vehicle only to find it was not what I wanted (automatic vs. stick shift). Other dealers answer questions though email; It's a time-saver. This dealer may want to adopt that policy also, in order to satisfy potential customers.

Received 3 automated responses. I contacted the dealer 5 times asking for more information on the car. Color, transmission and photos was all I asked for. Glad I didn't drive the 81 miles to see it. I was a cash buyer. Very poor follow through and no customer service.

I went to see a Saturn Vue that they had advertised.... got there and the car was in some back lot. They would not take pictures of the inside to save me a wasted trip !! It was a total waste of time ! I Will never go back.

After my request, a sales lady called and said that they Don't have the car yet. Will call back in couple days. Almost two weeks no follow up. Received an email couple days earlier from the Sales Manger asking how my inquiry is going and to call him if any problems. I called and left a message for Sales Manager Tom. NO response. I don't know why they are advertising a car that they DON"T have in stock?

Dealer responded ASAP I made an appointment got there and once I got there they ask me what car I came to see I told them the 1997 Pontiac Bonneville the dealer then responded that it was sold I responded and asked "why would you guys even make a appointment with me for the car and call to make sure Im still coming if the car I was coming to see is sold already " dealer responded "we didn't update our site but I would show you other cars" I was so pissed I just left never again will I waste time with these people

Car did not the options as advertised. I do not trust these guys. The truck is still being advertised with the wrong options 2 weeks later. Good luck finding a place to park in the 12 foot barbed wire fence.

Not very happy, the deal breaker between myself and the sales team was $400. Really?! You can't be a DEALER? Forget it, I'd take my money elsewhere.

told me car would be ready when I got there. Had to wait 30min to see the car. Then the car had to be taken to get gas as there was not any gas in it to test drive. The inside of the car was FILTHY. The internet sales person took $100 of the list price on the phone and said we could negotiate more when I got there. I never saw the internet sales person, was tossed between two sales people and then then they started the negotiation at the original list price and would not negotiate at all. So I left. I bought a new car at a different dealership when I was ready to buy then and there they lost an easy cash sale.

They said they had a yellow jeep and they even showed it on line. When I called to the dealer they told that the yellow Jeep was there and I drove 300 miles round trip to look at a yellow jeep that they didn't even have , but tried to sell me a black jeep. I would not go to this place ever and I would not recommend them.

I would give them a "0" but I can't they ensured me that they have cars in my price range and convinced me to come knowing that I'm on public transportation and the distance I was coming from for me to go up there and they have no cars in my price range. It was a waste off my time, I wasn't compensated, nor was there any real accountability. They are highly unprofessional and I will never shop there ever.

I was contacted when I inquired about a car via email. They said they had so I called off of work and made an hour and fifteen minute trip the next day only to find out they had sold it the day before. I was even contacted that same day to confirm that I would be showing up! I even specified that that was the car I wanted but they didn't bother to tell me only until I got there the next day!!! I was upset but that's not all. Then I got some sales guy named Jack who was trying to sell me a nice Ford Focus, which I was inclined to buy at one point because, according to Jack, it was $7000 (perfect for my budget). But then he tells me it's $7800 (NOT in my budget) and even after I told him 'No' because it didn't fit my budget he continued to insist that I buy it. After explaining to him time after time he tells me he had some other cars in my budget. However, he would tell me one price and it turns out that it was like $4000 more. It wasn't very professional of them to give me inaccurate prices of vehicles i couldn't afford as we'll as inaccurate information. In fact, if they would've asked me to wait so that they can get me the right info I would've waited. I also don't appreciate the fact that they didn't tell me that the car I wanted was gone so I could've avoided the long trip, which then left me stranded because I left without a car.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. Advised that vehicle was available by phone and email. Arrived and made to wait 45 min while "they try to locate" after saying we were Going to leave they state car was sold yesterday. This is a ploy to get you in the door. Very shady and I wouldn't recommend the dealership to anyone.

I called and e-mailed a half dozen times over a 3-wk period-asking for their "E-price" and updated pics(pictures in the ad did NOT match the car listed! It took a week to someone to quote me the "E-Price(add'l $200 discount) and after 3 wks still no pictures. I finally gave up and purchased a similiar car elsewhere.
