Replied quickly, but I live out of state so the vehicle I was interested in sold before I could make a deal. I was notified, and wished good luck rather than asked if they could help me find another similar vehicle. That's why the 3 stars.

They have contacted but I am in Maine for the holidays. I will be back in Florida the first week of January and would like to have them call me to set up an appointment to see the car, if it is still available

I had a hard time communicating with Marcus (Seles person), I asked him to call me in two diferen ocatios to understand better our negotiation sinse he wasn’t making sense when we were exchanging messeges, but he never did. I field some what desapointed a bout him. When I first contacted him on a Sunday he texted me a price in a vehicle so I was excited about the price sinse it looked like it was the perfect price range I was looking for the on Monday I contacted him to arrange a time to come and get it, them he started to act confused about the information he provided me, he said he was going to call me back but he never did, then latter that day I had contact a menager, I believe his name was Chris and said he was going to take care of that matter then finally Marcus contacted, he apologize about it I guess that vehicle never existed. It’s very strange.

No doubt about the fact that the Gentleman Wagner did his job as a total professional. Answered all of my questions to the very best of his a ability. I would use that dealer and Wagner again.

Professional sales agents with upscale service. Dealer is highly rated and can see why after purchasing a vehicle from there location. I noticed that all potential buyers are treated with equal respect no matter the $$$$. Sales agent made my car purchasing experience exciting and friendly as it should be.
