Extremely underwhelming experience. Had a scheduled test drive with over 5 hours notice. I show up and the vehicle was filthy inside and out. Excuses about porters not showing up, but cars were being washed as we walked on the lot. The salesperson was nice, but the car doesn't start. He brings out a jump kit. Then he says the car didn't have enough gas to start. Really? Isn't that the business they are in? I don't buy it. Seriously why even show it? Excuses excuses. I don't know how they sell anything. They were rediculously unprepared to for a simple test drive.

Terrible dealership, never got salesperson name. 3 of the 4 cars we wanted to see weren't there. This car was nice but no negotiating on prices. Found a car went to do paperwork and sales guy started adding to price of the car for things that were on the car. Isn't the price you tell us for what we just saw. Where did all this additional add- on come from? We left. Night try. Bought same car with slightly more miles for a lot less.

Worst customer experience ever. I was not greeted with any enthuthiasm. Salesman (Joseph) didn’t try to make any conversation during the test drive or talk to me about the vehicle. Seems like he hates his job and doesn’t care to make many sales. Said “prices are non negotiable” and gave me attitude. I recommend just going to the actual legit dealer of the brand they actually care about it’s customers.

Great, easy experience. I had to put a new alternator and battery in the car 3 days after I bought it but that is used car buying for you. I don’t blame them, I should have checked. But you turn on a car and think it’s ok. All and all it was quick and easy

I came for a GTI. Had bad history with dealers in the past. But this place made me feel welcome from the get go. I’ve worked with Devin in the past in December and he was awesome even tho we had to depart with me not getting a car. Which is why when I was ready to try again...I messaged straight to him. Diego met me and my wife outside and he was right away very polite. Him and Devin worked all day getting me the car I wanted, literally. From 11am to 7pm I was there only cuz they had to get the car from another place and of kors the detailing and everything totally understandable for me. Also to the finance office lady she was very nice I apologize for not remembering her name. She did not pushed me any extras and also she explained EVERYTHING to the tee. And within a short amount of time too. Because I knew this team was working so hard to give me nothing but the best service. I didn’t mind being there for all that time, I didn’t mind being up for more than 24hrs(since I worked a 12 hour night shift).That and also barbershop and you got served we’re on the tv hehehehe. I’m for sure gonna recommend this place to any of my friends looking for car. Thank you so much for everything guys!! Special thanks to Devin, Diego, and finance lady(again apologies lol)

The sales men are rude. They acted as if they had more important things to do besides helping me. Very dishonest when I requested a breakdown on the tax license and registration for one of their vehicles. Terrible customer service, i would give them 0 stars if I could.

I went in after a lot of searching around. I was very excited to make this deal with SC Motors. It was fast and easy and gave me everything I wanted. I noticed the vanity was broken that they never disclosed I should of known. Went in to sign the deal and I read the car fax more closely and it said seller claimed frame damage. The guy acted like i would of seen it. Never mentioned a thing. I feel like they tried to Scam me. I’ll never go back.

The dealer responded quickly. We went to see the car on the Thanksgiving weekend. Tried to obtain a discount, but it was apparent that they are a "no-haggle" dealership. We walked out without buying the car. On the last day of the weekend, I called Joseph and told him that I would be in the next day to purchase the car. I requested that he change the battery of the car, to which he agreed. We arrived on the Tuesday and decided to purchase the car. During the process, I was horrified to discover that the price of the car had increased by $800 from the price on the CarGurus website. I was told that the CarGurus price was a promotional price that had expired. On protest, Jacob (manager) agreed to reduce the price by $500. However, I still paid $300 more than the CarGurus price. I found that the car was advertised on three websites and was different on each website. Overall, the paperwork process went smoothly and the associates were knowledgable and professional. In conclusion, check all websites for price and get clarity that the price will not increase if you decide to buy it at a later time.

Horrible experience and very rude unprofessional salesman. Drove 3hrs to buy a vehicle, called them twice about it as well and they told me they sold the vehicle 2 hours before I arrived and lied saying that they didn't have my number in their call logs. On top of that they tried to sell me another vehicle that wasnt the top of the line model like I previously asked, had more miles and tried to sell it to me for the same price. And they had no idea about what has been done to the car or anything other than what the car was called. Horrible dealership, would not recommend them to anyone.

Initially contacted by E-Mail, which I prefer because everything that was said can be traced. Better for me. I sent the Internet Sales Manager a very detailed message explaining our unique situation. Was very interested in this car and made a proposal how we could come together, but never heard from them again. Only the initial common reply was sent back to me. I guess it takes too much time to formulate an E-Mail. Suggest, that inquiries solely based on E-Mail- communication will be given more attention.

Not great comunication skills via the internet. The price you see listed is what you pay for cars, very odd for used car or new car sales people. No need to make offers, zero negotiation skills. Shopping using the internet is like shopping the internet for an out of print book, someone has it somewhere but they simple sell local or they would realize traveling distances to buy also costs $$$$. I have not seen the facility but guessing by the brisk treatment they are a boulevard sales company with sales no service.

Okay so this is really bad. I went in to the dealer two days ago & I drove over 60 miles to get to the location . I got there and some guy named Pat seemed very friendly and outgoing .. he let me drive an 05 s2000 without any problems . The car was retailed at 12,699 .. which is in fact still $500 over blue book value . But since this is my second s2000 purchase , I was willing to take the hit and pay the 500 extra because I know how scarce these vehicles have become . So I told him I was pre approved with the credit union and that I needed a pre purchase order so I can take it to my bank . He placed the purchase order in a sealed envelope and didn't disclose anything with me . Moments after leaving the dealer I opened the pre purchase order and he raised the MSRP to 13,699 and added an OPTIONAL theft deterrent charge of $ 350. The price of the car went up to 15,800 after taxes . Very disappointed with how they thought they can finesse me . Guy didn't even know the difference between the different generation s2000's. very helpful and friendly. the car I looked at lacked some simple details mismatched tires interior details seatbelt plastic cover missing ect., not what I was looking for. It did appear to be a good price though.

Contacted me about a couple of cars. I arrived at the dealership to test them beginning with a Honda civic. When I asked to drive it 5 miles so my mechanic could look it over: a) I was told I must sign an agreement, the second clause of which stated that I had thoroughly inspected the car and found it to be in "1st class" condition (not true--I'm not qualified to judge, which is why I wanted the mechanic to see it but that sig would have held me responsible for the full price had anything happened betweem the dealership and the mechanics); b) the car required a jump to get it started (OK, it may have been sitting there for a while); and c) between the time I checked the price on the internet at home, and the time it was confirmed at the dealership, the price had jumped $100. Combined with the fact that the very young salesman didn't give his name until I asked persuaded me that I'd be better off doing business elsewhere.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star! I did purchase a car from them. Went in to sign paperwork and as we were waiting the salesmen Joseph told us that the car was not there it was in the shop to have a repair. But would deliver it to me tomorrow! Had to call him 3 times for status update. The 3 rd time I called I let him know I had been waiting all day and I was getting a bit upset! His response was I will have the car to you in 30 minutes. He shows up in an hour! The repairs weren't repaired!! But he doesn't say a word to me about it not. Ring repaired! I get in my car and all these lights of malfunction come on. I get right on the phone to speak with the dealer manager to be told he was gone for the day but am told he will call me in the morning! No call! I get in my car the following day and drive it to Az. And no sooner do I arrive and my tires are making swishing noises. I look at all the tires and all 4 are different sizes and the front drivers side the tire is coming apart!!! Yep they sell cars that can get you and others on the road with you killed! I am reporting them BBB! And will put this all over so people will know!!

Called in to ask about a F150. Told the sales guy over the phone I liked the price listed of the vehicle and asked what the otd price would be based on asking price. Guy over the phone wouldn't provide, said there were "additional fees" besides sales tax, license, registration but couldn't or wouldn't tell me what they were. Guy kept contradicting himself and got annoyed when I asked for clarification. Asked me to just come in. No thanks, not going to waste my time on a bait and switch.

No warrantee on their cars and only allows to take them within 10 miles to be checked. Other dealerships allied the "borrowed car agreement" and therefore I could take them to my mechanic. I can only do business with transparency!

Drove almost two hours to see the FRS get there and they failed to tell me that the whole passenger side door is scratched like crazy. Highly disappointed, they weren't even willing to work with me to fix it up.

Staff seemed disinterested in answering any of my questions at all until they realized I was serious about buying. When I got to the dealership the car looked much worse than the pictures online, scratches and dings were well hidden in the angles of the photos. The price had also increased by $2,000 in "bank fees" they said they had to charge but then disappeared when I threatened to leave (yes, on top of the usual tax, title, reg). "Well that's the cash price, we say that just to get people in the door"... so a bait and switch basically? These guys are sloppy goofballs who aren't opposed to dishonest sales tactics. Take your business elsewhere or I hate to say I told you so.

The price on the window IS NOT the price they are asking. Seriously ANY person that does even a little checking for fees will quickly discover there is NO transparency with this dealer or the their fees. They wanted a mysterious $700 for something they could not put on a line item. If you like to play BAIT and SWITCH this is the place for you! If you want a straight forward, give me the numbers and let's make a deal dealer, THIS ISN'T IT. Plain and simple. Attractive web site to lure, low pressure guy on the lot, but watch out when it comes time for the numbers! Your numbers won't match theirs guaranteed! The dealer never responded prtion was after I confirmed my registration fees with the CA DMV for title transfer, I found the same car I wanted to buy on TrueCar.com. The site offered $100 off the price that was on the sticker, so I emailed back (to a different sales guy) What the final number would be...NO RESPONSE! Classic! If you want a serious deal, go to a serious dealer. This is NOT a serious dealer. I'm sorry I wasted my time here, and if I can help even 1 consumer from getting ripped off from this place, that would make me happy!

This dealer gave me the impression that I was not worthy of doing business them. I own my trade in. Although I had informed the sales rep,he still insisted I contact the former owner for a letter of appraisal. I felt humiliated by this rep. Definitely will not conduct any further business with this dealer.

Bought my car from them on Sept 1st after contacting them and speaking with them on the 31st but I was disappointed that they raised the price up by $1000 when I went into purchase. They wouldn't honor the price that was advertised because it was "an end of the month deal" and now it's a new month. I really love the car though.

I was super excited about a vehicle and was responded to very quickly. Unfortunately they tried to charge me more that what was originally discussed and blamed it on finance charges. I would give them a zero if possible. Buyers beware don't let them steal your hard earn money! Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Awful experience young kid acted like he did not want to sell a car. Let me start the car, but no test drive, immediately ask for money down then less than 5 mins later was told we can't finance you. Stay away from this dealer and the clowns that work here. BTW went to another dealer and got the car with no problems.
