Dealer contacted me and answered my very specific questions. I did not end up purchasing the car. It would have involved a significant trip for me to get out and look at the vehicle and the dealer answered my questions in detail which saved me a trip and I would definitely check them out again if they had a vehicle meeting the criteria I was looking for at the time.

My experience wasnt the best. I will not purchase this truck from them nor do I plan on ever purchasing anything from them. There are too many other dealers to chose from. If you plan on buying used check that vehicle over well. They did not seem concerned when major components are showing signs of going out.

They knew i was looking for this car. Was misled when they said it was on their lot. Drove out there, not on their lit. Came back in 3 days and saw the car. Priced way over market price. I offered market price, they declined. Now the car price has been lowered twice since i visited. I offered more than the current on line price!

Yes. I bought the car. But after I bought I car, dealer stop returning my calls. They sent (1) key and no returned call about providing the other keys. I would not recommended this Dealership. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very pleasent experience at this dealership. There was absolutely no pressure at all by the salesman and we didnt get mobbed as soon as we pulled in the lot. The finance manager was also very pelite and friendly and treated us like we were one of his family members.

I Got there and the salesman was right there to help me. I loved the car, I did think about it overnight but they let me take it with me to try it out and I loved it. Bought it the next day! Great experience, they were so nice...everyone was! Best car buying experience! Jad was my salesman and he was so helpful, even helped me return the rental car! He was new there, so I think everyone should ask for Jad!

Coordinated visit with dealership to see vehicle 2 hours away. When I arrived they pulled up a different vehicle and only then let me know the other sold. Dealership had my contact info, so a courtesy call would have been expected prior/during my trip out there. Vehicle I went to see appears to still be listed, so wife and I suspect it's a bait & switch scheme which is immoral at best.

Our salesman was very nice, but the car was not even ready when we came (it was a used car). They had known we were coming in town to look at it for FIVE days. It had not been detailed, exterior (covered in scratches) buffed, or anything. It was a mess cause it was a trade-in. And they barely knocked any money off (wait til you hear how long we waited that day). We had needed to leave the dealership to pick our daughter up at daycare by a certain time and had asked off of work to do this. In addition, they didn't have time to get the buffing done before we had to leave, so they are sending us a check for US to have to take it to get buffed, which is a hassle and inconvenience. Very unimpressed with the professionalism. Again, our salesman was very friendly-- it wasn't his fault--but someone dropped the ball. For a dealership of this size, I was extremely surprised at the lack of professionalism and of the unwillingness of the boss to drop the price enough considering what they put us through. We were there from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. waiting on the car to be DETAILED. My husband had to leave early so he could drive 2 hours back home to get our daughter picked up from daycare, and I had to wait by myself for 2 hours longer for the car. Yes, JUST to be detailed. And they had lied and told us it had "begun" to be detailed the afternoon prior--no way. We saw the car at 11:00 a.m. the day after it had supposedly already been started, and it had JUST been started maybe 20 min prior (our appt. time was in the 9:00 hour, mind you. Yea, we didn't get to even SEE the car until 11:00). Again, they knew we were coming from out of town for 5 days prior, so this is pretty unacceptable. The boss only allowed a couple hundred off the price for this inconvenience because (1) they knew we were from out of town, so I think they knew we could be taken advantage of cause we obviously wanted the car and didn't want to have to drive back another time and (2) we were being very nice, so I also think that made us seem "vulnerable". I guess being nice doesn't get you far except for getting taken advantage of! The interior of the car did come out very clean, though (we are still waiting on the check two weeks later for the exterior buffing job to be able to get done, fyi). I mean, the interior better have been clean--it only took them an entire work day to do, 5 days after we said we were coming to look at it! So, our day we thought would probably take us an hour took 8 1/2 hours of waiting for our car (no offers to buy us lunch or anything because we had to wait all day) and the outside of the car is still a mess (not what a car should look like that is sold at a dealership of this caliber). But, I guess we are the suckers cause we still bought it and they knew we would cause we were desperate. Not my idea of great customer service or "morals". Car dealerships for ya.

Very positive experience. p.s. if visiting at night, ask to drive into the service bay where it is well-lit to inspect vehicle. We will be returning to have small issues addressed - each issue was identified in the bright light of the service bay and written into the sales agreement.

Absolutely fantastic staff, especially Rob, Margo and James. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and helpful that I thought I was in the wrong place! I made the most fantastic deal on the car that I wanted and even after the sale they have all continued to make sure I am pleased with my purchase. If you really want a good car buying experience and are serious about buying, then tell Rob that Starr sent you. I promise he will do everything in his power to get you the car that you want. Margo, the Sales Mgr and James the Finance guy are also very interested in you as a customer now and also in the future. They all made sure that I understood everything and that I know they want to keep me as a customer in the future.

Showed me a different version than what was advertised. I expected a manual transmission, but they had an automatic. Also, the car was extensively hail damaged. That should have been disclosed online.
