I did receive a call back, but the salesperson had very little knowledge about the vehicle. I was not able to talk when the same person called back, I returned the call, was put on hold and then was cut off or they hung up. That was several days ago and I have not heard from Mackey Automotive since. Because the salesperson was not able to answer my questions and there inability to communicate I would not purchase any vehicle from Mackey Automotive.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this "dealership". Due to an unfortunate work injury I was forced to sell a vehicle that I could no longer make payments on. This dealership had a used car that fit my budget with the equity I had. Upon arriving there it was immediately clear that they were not very friendly and outgoing. I test drove the vehicle and made mention of a few issues. When they agreed to fix the problems I went ahead with the deal and came back for the delivery the following evening. Not even 24hrs after delivery the check engine light came on, there was screeching/grinding and the main issue was the violent shaking at 55mph. Since I live far from the dealership I tried contacting them numerous times via phone and email with absolutely NO response. As a former car salesman myself, I can tell you that the main focus on your job is to keep your customer happy so they'll come back and or refer people to you. I can honesty say that these are sleazy unprofessional people. They'll absolutely never get another penny from me or anyone that I know. Again, don't waste your time.

The truck looked nice but when I looked under the mat of the truck bed their was a huge rust hole about a foot round. I think they where trying to hide it.
