I was contacted by the dealership very promptly and set up and appointment 10 days later once my work schedule permitted. I stayed in contact with the customer relationship manager and the sales associate I was going to meet with the whole time. When I make it to the dealership for my appoint which is a 4 hour day I was informed the vehicle was sold just s few hours prior to my arrival. One of the sales managers, Chris, came out and did everything he could possibly do to try and make things right. I didn’t receive a phone call, text message, or email from either one of the people I had spoken with about the sale of a vehicle. Apparently wether you have an appointment or not they do not hold vehicles. I wasted an entire day, my gas money and west and tear on my vehicle for a complete let down. Chris is the only reason I gave one star. He was very professional and curious. I hate to say I can’t say the same for the other people I talked to prior to my arrival.

They were very helpful. Unfortunately, the car I wanted want as nice in person. There were a lot of marks in the paint you couldn't see in pictures. But they were very nice and are still helping me to find my perfect car. I'll hopefully be buying from them soon. Also, I don't have the best credit, but they are working with me anyway and gave me advice to build it up for when the perfect car is found. I worked with Tyler in New car sales (although I'm shopping for a used car). I highly recommend working with him.

Really good customer service from the sales team. Make sure they are very clear with you on the warranties. One of the managers, Danny, wasn’t clear with me and I had to find out from someone else. It could be perceived as dishonest or shady. However, everything else was awesome.

Terrible! ZERO STAR. Sales pressing and embarrasing the customer to close bad deal. DISHONEST> I made clear several times that I did not want and did not authorize to apply for financing and he got my data assuring me that he wouldn't make the application but just check my credit to see what offer could give me. At the end, he applied and caused me a hard inquire.

I was given an appointment to show up and look at the car. When I arrived the salesman with whom I had the appointment was too busy and I was put off to a very young girl who absolutely did not know what she was doing. The car was dirty and the battery was dead when I attempted to look at it. I was there for over 2 hours and the salesman with whom I had the appointment got me a cup of coffee but that was it. There was no deal and we weren't even close. My feelings when I left is I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people

Dealer was pretty professional about everything, but was very pushy. They pushed very hard for me to buy the car right now, today. The car is in good functional condition, but was fairly priced, after some arguing. They have a good selection, but it is hard to get them down to close to the listed price.

The car shown is definitely not the car they are selling. Shown in the pic is a really nice limited with alloy wheels and a moonroof. The actual car they are selling has hub caps, is NOT a limited, and no moonroof, and black instead of white. I questioned this and was basically blown off. Contacted quickly and told I would have a great experience. Do you think I did?

The truck that I inquired about sold before I could take a look at it. The person that I've been in touch with keeps sending me a list of trucks they have even though most don't fit the criteria I initially told her about such as needing a 2500 long bed that has a gasoline engine. It is frustrating when I keep having to repeat myself.

Bad service, lied about the millage. Crooked dealership. Was working with a salesman named Ahmad, he told me the car was in great condition and when I came to look at it it was dirty on the interior and exterior. The car also had many issues the dealership had failed to mention until I took my test drive. The breaks were making noises and it said check headlight structure. Ahmad said he would get it in maintenance the next day and give me a call. I never received a call back and I tried calling them back myself and was completely ignored. Don’t buy a car from this dealership, trust me you will regret it.

The salesman I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after I selected a new van to purchase, and after we had agreed on the price and both had initialed the sales agreement, and after I had informed the salesperson that I wanted to make a downpayment of $12,000.00, I was presented a contract reflecting zero downpayment. When I complained that I wanted to make a downpayment, I was informed that if I made a downpayment, the deal was off. I was very upset because my friend had driven me to this dealer about 100 miles from my home and had left when I told him I had purchased the car. I went ahead and purchased the van and drove home only to discover I had been charged for a $995. DVD system reflected on the manfacturer sticker which was NOT installed in the van. The issue is unresolved after five days.

The sales people were on us before we even got out of the car! Pushy, pushy, pushy. This is the very reason I HATE car shopping. I went there looking for a specific sales person that I had emailed about a used car. The minute we parked the car, a sales person was at our car door and I never did get to talk to the person I emailed. This sales person kept trying to get me to buy a new car. He had to ask me my name 3 times. We felt like we were being "detained" because we had to wait an hour to finally get to exactly what the price was going to be and had to sign off of 3 or 4 papers. That made me very uncomfortable signing paperwork before I was even going to see the final price and I hadn't purchased anything! I would not recommend anyone go here.

Vehicle even said "sold" on the windshield when I pulled up but I was assured it was still available and allowed to test drive. Finally told me it was sold an hour into trip to the dealer while working out finances. Still posted several days later.

Drove all the way to Eastgate to look at a car they've had for a month to learn that there are tons of issues with the car and they rose the price 1,800 dollars? What terrible business practices! What a waste of time. Perfect display of a lack of professionalism.

I have a Black, 07 SRT8 Dodge Charger, that I am going to do a color change on to blue. Wyler had a Blue 2012 Dodge Charger R/T in stock. I wanted to see the car in person, instead of looking at a picture or a small color paint chip. They had the car out front, with my name on the window! The car was stunning. It was Electric Blue Pearlcoat. The salesman, Rowdy was his name, took over an hour of his time to go over this car and muscle cars in general. 'Course he would like to see me drive off in this car, but I have a lot of work and performance upgrades already on mine. The reception and attention we recieved, will have us coming back when it's time to trade up, my wife's Charger.

I test drove the car and had a Used Car Inspection performed on the car, and decided against buying it. When I returned the car to the Used Car Store, the sales staff didn't want to take "NO" for an answer.A different sales person was sent out to replace the original salesman, trying to sell me a car. After insisting that I had already decided to buy a new car, he continued his sales pitch, which really really turned me off. But then, Salesman#3 comes out and insists that HE is going to sell me a car. Again, I advise him that I have already decided to buy a new car, and actually had to just walk away while he was still talking. Being pressured by sales people will cause me to walk away every time.

I drove almost an hour to look at a car. The associate told me he couldn't find the keys as someone must have taken them home. I still wanted to see the car so I walked the lot in the freezing cold and NO CAR!! I'm pretty sure the guy took the car home too.. Later I looked at the Carfax to help me decide if I even wanted to bother trying it again.. The dealership has the mileage listed at 60,000 but the Carfax shows 120,000.. Needless to say I continued my search elsewhere..

The experience was a plus ,I have not bought a car thru a dealer ship for some several years ,like 30 yrs . Probably because cars salesman being very pushy . My experience at Jeff Wyler with Adam Shaffer and his colleagues Kenton with handling the paperwork made me feel at home and no pressure. Very polite with walking me thru my purchase.

Rating and why I rated it like this. A+ customer service! It's important to remember that salespeople are trying to earn a living and they are fighting the desire to shove car down your throat to make ends meat. This is the main reason for me giving this dealer 4 stars. Even though I’m sure, behind the scenes they were making good money on me, I didn’t feel pushed around like I have in the past. Now I did stay and buy a car so I can't say how it would have been had I left without. When my wife and I needed time to discuss the purchase our sales person left us alone until I signaled him to come back When I was concerned about the type of engine in the car I was buying he found another person that knew more about them than he did and let us discuss in in detail. The sales people let us drive multiple cars and we felt free of harassment. We even went back and forth on 2 different vehicles before settling for the one we finally bought. In addition to this they closed sometime while we were there and I never knew until 3 hours later when I asked how late they were open. I know they stayed for the sale but I never heard a word like hurry up or we’re closing soon. Things that I wish I considered more before buying here or anyplace. Interior a bit dirty: I love the car I purchased however it did seem a bit dirty on the inside after we got it home. We were looking at it in the dark so we didn’t see it that well. I’m sure, had we desired to bring it back up the next day, they would have handled it. It just wasn’t worth the trip. Ask to see the CarFax: If buying used or slightly used be sure to ask to see the CarFax report in person. With all my experience car buying I quite literally forgot to ask. The car was advertised as clean and I’m sure it is however I’m not a fan of fleet owned cars. I did ask about this the following day and my question wasn’t answered. Later found an old registration in the glove box that proved it was a fleet car. Just saying, be sure to check it as this would have ended the purchase of this car for me right then. 3 day exchange policy: Some dealers will offer an exchange policy on a certified car for another car of equal or greater value. When you think of it this its actually a great idea as you never really know how a car will fit you till you start driving it and trying to fit it into your life. Make sure to ask what this policy really means and when it really expires. I bought my car late at night and didn’t leave the dealership till almost 10:00 in the evening. When I left I was telling myself that if I have an issue with it I would need to bring it back after 2 days, before the completion of day 3. After some thought I realized I really needed a bigger car for the family. Brought the car back to discuss this on what I thought was day 3. I was informed that they actually counted the entire day of purchase as 1 day and I was already too late. Now they did say they would work with me on it but that I wouldn’t get the full value of my trade in and would end up losing around $4,000 and the car i had interest in earlier was on hold for another dealer. Im still not sure why this would cause me to lose money on my trade and cost me that much cash. Obviously this wasn’t going to happen so I took the car home with a smile and have loved it ever since. Just be sure to ask the right questions. I can't really fault the dealership for this as I should of asked and didn’t. Still, the whole loss of more money on my really decent trade and $4,000 loss is baffling to me. I can only think it was a shock tactic to get me on my way. The exchange policy is up to the dealer so be sure to ask what it means in the event you do bring it back.

They are such a joke to work with, you think I would of bought a ticket to a comedy club!! Promises then promises not kept. Gave me a deal when I walked out. Then when signed they raised the interest rate to make back the money they came down on, and TOLD me they had to get that money back somehow!!!! lol! Said they would fix things then denied when bought. Great show! Great Headliners!

This team worked together very well! I had contact through text, email, and phone calls. We were driving 3 hours away, so I wanted to make sure the car was still there when I arrived. The salesman, Vince, went with us on a test drive and was very patient and helpful.

After driving from Downtown Cincinnati, Called to let them know I was on my way to look at a pickup truck, when I got there waited 25 minutes for the internet salesman to show and then another 35 minutes (total 55 in) before the truck was returned with a salesmans wife and family in it, waited till they removed car seat, personal belongings and then upon trial drive, cheetoes, potoatoe chips and socks in the back floorboards along with melted chocolate on back leather seats of this DODGE LONGHORN 2012 with 13K miles but now had over 14K miles on it because being "used" harshly by sales, scratches that were not on the pic online of BUMPER area, Left Rear fender, Right Front Fender, Bumper and Tailgate had been abused... THE SALESman offered me $2500.00 for a 2008 Cadillac that I currently Drive everyday, and that was an insult, his demeanor was anything but hospitable, and I will not do business with this type of dealership again. .... First impression is always to be perceived by the customer as most valuable, in this case, Jeff Wyler chevrolet failed badly on several levels.

I had an awesome experience thanks to my sales consultant Corey Haunert. He went out of his way to help me, even coming in on one of his few days off. This was my first car purchase on my own. Finance mgr Ken Bush was also so very helpful. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Eastgate to everyone and especially would recommend the respectful and courteous Corey Haunert.

Very shady and didn't act like they knew what they were doing. I gave the guy my number and he kept going back to the manager and coming back with different numbers. Then I was ready to buy the car and they told me I had to finance the car to get the deal they were offering me. I walked away.

Bought a car at the price I wanted it at. They were a little pushy and the first car I wanted to test drive wouldn't start. I'm happy with the vehicle, but they took the dealer stickers off the rear window and wadded up in a ball and placed in the pocket behind the rear seat. Also I heard the salesman tell the person doing this to also take my car and fill it up with gas, he never did. Very fair price for the vehicle.

Very favorable experience with this dealership. I spoke with two different guys, but they were very responsive and were able to tell me all about the car. I just wasn't interested in a convertible Corvette. I wanted a coupe.
