I received an automated email from the dealer, but they never called me. I called the following day after not receiving a call back using the number that was in the automated email I received and left a message stating I was interested in the car they had listed on their site, but the person listed on the email never returned the call. On Saturday, August 20th, I called again and a person by the name of Gucci answered the call. I told him I was interested in the listed car and asked if it was still available and he said it was. My wife and I got in the car and 45 minutes later we arrived there and were then told by Gucci immediately upon meeting him that the car was just sold, but started offering for me to look at other cars. This was extremely unprofessional and in my opinion certainly seemed like a bait and switch, especially since he informed us that the car was sold upon introduction. I should have been clued in when they didn't return my call. It was a complete waste of my time. Would never go there again or consider them for any other business. If you are interested in a car there and you call to ask if a car they have on their site is available, be wary.

I was contacted by Imperial motors. I contacted them online about the 2005 Mercedes. I submitted my information and they went to work trying to get me financed. They worked hard in seeing to it that I got financed on this vehicle but I ended up purchasing a vehicles elsewhere.. If I didn't already have a deal on another vehicle.I would have purchased a vehicle from them. James
