Purchased the vechical
May 13, 2018
Straightforward. The price on the car was the actual price plus tax and documentation unlike my visit to another Honda dealer that day.

Told me one price, then other and then other price when I went in again. To me not a very honest dealership.

They, without a doubt, offered the most precise information regarding the actual purchase price (tax, registration, etc.) of the vehicle than any other dealership. All that information is truly helpful as a consumer.

I made an appointment with someone and I was there on time and the staff failed to communicate my arrival to the salesperson I waited about 10 minutes inside and then I went out to the lot and walked around on my own for a little bit and I was approached by two salesman outside I advise them who I was waiting for and they still did not communicate it to my salesperson that I had my appointment with so I did not have the opportunity to speak with the salesman or to test drive any of the vehicles that I was interested in. He followed up a few days later and I advise him of the situation. And this car that I went to go see how to parently been sold the night before.

Quick response but when dealer list price as msrp on website and then adds a $15k market assessment when contacted directly, you get a very bad feeling about the honesty of this dealership.

NEVER COME BACK to this dealer and never recommend this dealer to my friends. I came to this dealer to buy the new accord 2017 EX white color. The seller who I contacted all the time through email was busy with another customer at that time, so he asked his co-worker to help me. The PROBLEMS start now. I don't wanna say his name because I don't want any troubles to him. He talked to me so loud and rude. At that time, I thought that's just the way he usually talks. After that, we talked about what car I'm looking for. He said that the dealer don't have the white color of 2017 EX anymore, and they couldn't order one because the new accord 2018 just come out a month ago, so he means that the manufacturing don't make 2017 accord anymore. This is make sense. Then he introduced me the 2016 accord ex -l with navigation, the reason why he introduced me this car because that is the color I like which is white. In addition, he still talked to me so loud and keep yelling at all the time. I did do anything to him. After we took the test drive, we went to a negotiation. The price on the car is $31,000. After the paper works and anythings, it became $37,000, so which means I have to pay $6000 for the paper works. This is not acceptable. Why do I need to spent $37,000 for 2016 honda accord which is 3 years old already when I can buy a new Luxus car with that price. Additionally, this 2016 accord stay in this dealer for one and a half year. I live in Arizona. I went to many dealerships before I came to Superstition Spring dealer, and the paper works usually cost around $3000 before the negotiation. So, the seller gave me the price are too high. Besides that, I wanted to trade my car in, the Hyundai 2011 sonata limited 103 000 miles. After he checked the car overall, he gave me the trade in amount which was $2000. I just came to exactly this dealer a month before I came in the second time which is this time. They gave me trade in is $6000. Then, I showed him the picture what I took it on the first time to prove that I'm not lying. He was still so rude and said that one month is different. Whatttt??? a month cost a car for $4000???. I am pretty sure that my car at that time is exactly the same condition of the first time I came. They took my car only $2000 which value is $6000. ($37,000 for the 2016 accord ex-l, and only $2000 for the trade in of my car. At this time, I didn't want to renegotiate anymore because he gave the price are so wrong). He also said that 2018 accord EX is cost more than that price which means 2018 accord EX is almost $4000. Seriously, I did a lot of research online, and the 2018 accord EX starting at $27,500. How can it become almost $4000 out the door? Because I came here for 2017 and 2018 accord, I didn't do any research on the 2016 accord so I asked him to took a picture of the paper to remember the price, so I can go back home and do the research on it. He said NO and didn't let me to take a picture of it. I want to many dealers before that, they always let me to take a picture. I still had a paper works at the same dealership which I took a picture of it on the first I came there a month ago. He still didn't let me to take a picture of it. I talked to the manager later because he was so rude to me. The manager said that I can take as many picture as I want. It means the seller is so rude. The manager tried to change the subject all the time when we complain about him. He did not even listen to us. I NEVER COME BACK to this dealership again.

Honda of Superstition Springs has been very responsive. I am waiting on the 2018 Ridgelines to come out. My beef with the 2017 Ridgeline is that ventilated seats are NOT offered. I live in a desert that gets damned hot. So if I am going to pay $40k for a Honda in this desert. Then Honda need to build a desert version to help me keep my cool on. Thx.

Typical car buying experience. Not much room on the price for negotiations. Sales and finance people were pleasant but they always try to sell you stuff you don't need or want.

Dealer had car advertised as fully loaded when it was a stripped base model. Then offered to show me a car for $10,000 higher. Bait and switch at it's finest.

Excellent. The rep took the time to ask what I wanted in a vehicle and actually talked me out of buying from him and getting the car I really had my heart set on at another dealer.

Sales people were friendly without being pushy. Car had already sold. John took our email info and said he'd keep an eye open for what we wanted. He did get back to us a couple of days later with a deal on another vehicle but by then we had found something else.

Responded in a timely manner and gave me time to consider the purchase, but vehicle sold by the time I got back with them. They offer to send me info on other vehicles that could be considered but I declined. Good no pressure approach to their sales.

Friendly, calm, straightforward sales environment (with the internet sales manager); the finance manager was more hard sales-focused, but didn't press for long.

Outrageous quote. Much higher than other dealership. They want you to go to the dealership to "get better deal." why? Then they kept sending me emails about why i don't respond, and when i write back, they said car is sold. If sold, why are you sending me emails?

This is the first time that I have enjoyed purchasing a new car. Both salesman were non-pressure, the Company uses check lists making sure everything was covered to the customer satisfaction. This makes this a five star rating, and even higher when it comes to an complete educational experience on your new purchase. One our trips from Payson to Phoenix, a section of the road recorded a big 42 miles a gallon and over all 28.8 miles a gallon. WOW! Bill & Gwen Tonstad
