I found the car I was most interested in over the weekend, on CarGurus. Elhart GMC Hyundai and I were in touch on the very next business day. The car was just as perfect for me as I had hoped; both my salesman (Kevin Rozema) and the financial officer (David Umlor, Jr.) made my purchase as non-stressful as humanly possible. They were truly fun to do business with, above and beyond just doing their technical jobs in an outstanding fashion. I'm SO glad that the car I wanted was at that dealership!

Treated well. Answered all of my questions in initial email, as well as all subsequent questions I had before I even looked at vehicle. Even in an email, I could tell by the context I was communicating with a genuinely friendly person. Not necessarily a salesman, but someone who wanted to provide me with answers and a good experience whether I was buying or not.

I was contacted via phone and internet. Made appointment to see this 2003 Ford Thunderbird at 12:00 next day. The drive was 2 1/2 hours and 150 miles . Upon arrival at 11.30 - a 1/2 hour early - was told that this car was just sold before I got there. I'll never recommend this dealer since this was most unprofessional and this type of action is what gives car dealer a bad rap.

They responded super quickly to my initial inquiry, offered to set up test drive - sent email confirmation with date, time, car, name of salesperson to ask for, details of which building to enter. When my husband arrived, the car he wanted to test drive was waiting for him, convertible top down (sunny day!), and a paper in the windshield with his name indicating the car was held there for him and his test drive! He also appreciated the honesty of several staff when he asked specific questions about the car, the willingness to quote him an 'out the door' price, and agreement to repair a couple minor vehicle things before we'd take delivery. Seriously, an excellent car dealer experience from beginning until now!

Great experience working with Elhart. I was contacted immediately after my inquiry. I went to look at the vehicle, was met by friendly sales staff, and ended up purchasing from them. Excellent. Drove 5+ hours to see the SUV. Everything was as promised. Price was as promised. Lovely staff. Left my trade-in and came home with a great used SUV.

Duane was our experienced/seasoned salesperson. Very good communication skills. He was not pushy, handled my wife and I effectively, and was flexible too our specific needs. Paperwork appointment could have been more prompt, but Caryn was very organized and got us through it. Give them a 4.5. I recommend asking for Duane. Very nicely prepared GMCertified Traverse. Hope service is as good as purchase experience.

Car sales men were very nice and willing to help. So I was buying this yukon above it's used so it not perfect. It had a few small chips in the windshield no big deal right. Well we decided to buy it, did all the paperwork bought the yukon came outside to drive it home and before I even put the vehicle in gear the windshield cracked all the way across from side to side.... The dealership would do nothing about it I even offered to pay half of all cost. I mean I didn't even drive it off the lot yet. So I just said whatever I'm happy with the vehicle but not the dealership. So then not 24 hrs later my bank calls me and says that elhart didn't give them the full payoff on my trade in. I couldn't believe what this dealership was doing. It's like this was their first time for a trade in. So I paid the difference and haven't herd from the dealership. It was only $2.56 but still the fact that I shouldn't have to double check every little step the dealership takes. VERY UNHAPPY WITH DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. But the used car sales man Jay was very helpful.

Useless and Utterly useless, their four best words were...We've been very busy. One phone conversation lasted about thirty seconds. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in my family or anyone I consider a friend. But to the rest of ya...my word means nothing so good luck dealing with them.
