Shopping experience was stress-free. The staff are friendly and polite. They stayed late to help finish paperwork. While we were there the owner brought our children McDonald's for supper. He then brought each of them a toy car and played with them while we completed the paperwork. I thought my wife was crazy for making us drive three and a half hours one way to buy our car there. I now look forward to buying my next car with them as well.

Called to say we were coming to look at a pickup and we lived an hour and a half away.... I know they cant hold a vehicle but theu could have called and told us. Instead we wasted a trip....

Vehicle was misrepresented had bald tires and a really good oil leak was way over priced for its problems

Response from Diers Ford Lincoln:

Appreciate the feedback. Per the inspection, the tires were at 50%. The oil leak was simply residual oil and was washed off and no more leaks appeared.
The Carfax report was available online at no charge and more than 25 photos of the vehicle from multiple angles were in the listing.
