I got a good deal on a truck, but had to fight with the finance guy to get a decent rate. They wanted me to agree to pay an interest rate that was way higher than I qualified for. At one point they wanted me to agree to 18%. Finally got it at 4.5 but then they started pushing the warranties hard. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. I’m not about to pay $100 a month for a powertrain warranty. Took me seven hours after I had agreed to purchase the vehicle. I advise not going on a Saturday and getting preapproved from a bank before going.

Wanted a bottom $ cash price, would never answer that question, all I could get was when are you gonna drive ask hour and a half for a test drive, im not until i know if I'm willing to pay the price

Due to time and distance away from dealership, almost entire process was handled via email and phone. Drove two hours to complete the deal on Sat and brought the car home. I submitted a purchase contract from Metro Employees Credit Union. I delivered the letter to the salesman, said the letter of purchase was no good for some reason. The email from Metro Employees Credit Union went to his spam mail, said there was nothing he could do because someone else was looking at the car. Has me sat at the dealership while someone else finance there deal. I think you had to finance the car though them. Don't feel like I was treated fair, but I did go to Paris for a Dan Cummings deal.

Everytning was super, everyone extremely nice. My only complaint was I did the trade in value on line and seen what offer was and i know they needed to see the car to get exact offer but i feel they could have given me a ballpark figure and not make me drive 1 hr and 40 minutes to tell me the exact offer that was on paper. We were way off and not close on making a deal. Feel this could have saved me 5 hrs. Also they forgot to give my license back and im still waiting on them. Everyone was extremely nice though. I would buy a car from them if deal worked out.

At first everything sounded great in the description. We loved the way the vehicle looked, the low miles and the warranty and the inspection it went thru. Well we went to look at it and it was in great condition but they told us the warranty was a miss print and couldn't give it to us and they tried to sell us a warranty (wow really guys) seemed like we were there forever. Drove it home and noticed a noise on the front. Come to find out it needs and ball joint or new sway bar. Not to impressed with the service.

Very good experience. My salesman, Jordan checked to make sure some repairs had been made, and followed through with other repairs. I had seen the car previously and driven it. The deal was almost made over the phone. When I showed up the next morning the deal was completed and I was out in 90 minutes. Nice car at a fair price

Received a response back fairly quickly. Made a counter offer against listed price, and salesman's responses afterward had a defensive tone. Another thing they don't mention is registration,tax,title fees are in addition to listed price. as is a $600 additional fee BESIDES the $600 dealer fee. shoved overall vehicle price to a bit over 11K.. no thank you. got a call from 2 people and was going to go look at car. read some reviews it looked like they would not come down in price. Called dealer and talked to one person that contacted me and they said price was firm the car was suppose to have option only six of these cars got, but could not tell me what it was. I told them I would not drive 4 hours to look at a car that was overpriced. I would be paying cash with no trade still looking for car that has what I want not overprices

Upbeat dealership. Very busy with a lot of customers, but I still got customized service. I ended up buying a 2015 Impala instead of the 2014. Only had it for 300 miles, but so far, it's good.

Very busy. Lots of cars spread out over a large area. The used cars were not well organized. Spread out so far and we had to walk and hunt for what we wanted to look at. The older gentleman that helped use was nice.

Tried telling me the vehicle sold, then told me they had similar ones and that was not the case at all. They wanted me to buy a by instead of v8 because of the cost. I told them no I would like a v8, so they sent me the profile for the same truck I inquired about the first time. There should be ashamed to call themselves dealerships

Very nice place of business. They returned my e-mails, spoke with me over the phone very positively and informative. The vehicle I’m wanting is so hard to find (USED), but these people tried to help several times, during several days, and It really made me wanna do business with them. The best auto sales place I’ve spoken with over the phone. I’ll definitely keep them in mind in the future for anyone I know that is searching for a nice ride or information pertaining to auto sales.

My overall experience was excellent. I was assigned a salesperson before I arrived and the vehicle I was interested in was up front waiting for me. The vehicle was as described, in great condition, and our salesman, Adam Lynch, was excellent. He wasn't too pushy and treated us like people, not a sale. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend this establishment!

The salesman was very helpful. I already found the truck that I wanted to test drive on car gurus. I purchased the truck. Took about 3 hours while they cleaned and change oil. Filled the tank with gas. Noticed during test drive that ac had problems. They didn't want to repair only downside. I give them 4 stars.

They were very nice and polite. The car was wonderful. I was a little unhappy because I drove 20 miles to look at a car and I felt that I was slightly mislead through email in that they would negotiate the price. They would not... At all. So while I loved the car I wish they had told me when I asked, that prices are firm and will not be lowered. As nice as it was I would not have made the trip if I had been made aware of that. Bought vehicle. They wouldn't budge on price tho. Fast and curtious, had to ask for carfax report, they produced it. Showed 2factory recalls. I had them fix, I picked up truck 4 days later. Truck was not cleaned to my specifications of cleanses. Nothing was cleaned under the hood, candy bar wrapper left in console. Water spots on vehicle. I was dropped off and needed to be on my way so I just left will clean myself. Other than that I was treated fine, got vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. I would do business with again, just would take more time to make sure they clean vehicle. If you buy used they only give 30 bucks in gas. I let salesman know I wasn't Satterfied with cleaning the next day by text. Doubt I hear back. I'll be surprised if I do. If truck was cleaned better I would give 5 stars but because of that 4.

Too many sales people with there best interests in the cookie jar. No its sold, Yes its available, We cant find it, Its sold, its here, theirs a deposit on it to hold, its available, etc. Four different sales people contacted me, each with a different answer, all wanted to schedule a appointment for a test drive of either this car (here or sold) or other Chevy suv's.

I bought from them. One week but the car is not in my hand had some noise issue and vibration they promise to fix it, I am not sure if the Carfax report matters, the owner hide things and doesn't get it fixed and the poor dealership has to face problems. Dan Cummin's guys are good and communicate

Didn't seem interested at all in selling a car. I first sent an internet inquiry and got a generic email reply. I called to follow up and talked to Zach who said there was no room on the car (it was priced high). I got another follow up email (can't remember- maybe his name was Josh?). I replied and no answer. I found a car in Houston much better optioned than this one and I got it for lower WITH shipping included. Don't waste your time on dealers like this. Do a nationwide search and get shipping worked into the price. There's lots of dealerships that will do (and will also take it to an area mechanic of your choosing for inspection) that and that are actually willing to put some effort into making a sale.

Responded fast. Huge volume dealership. I told them I was coming a day in advance. They had car pulled up when I arrived. Car was very dirty. Upon negotiation the salesman said that they paid X dollars to the person who traded it in. Then when we couldn't make a deal and the manager came in alone he said they paid a different price for the trade. Shady. Also valued my car for trade at auction pricing. I valued my car at NADA trade in and their car at average retail...we were 10k off and did not make a deal. I've moved on and bought a similar car using my values for trade and purchase.

Dealer did well with delivery but vehicle was missing some items that should of been included or taken care of. The owners Manuel was missing in my vehicle and the day before I was to look at th used car I was notified of a few large dents.

I found the experience quite frustrating and a little incredulous. They were unreasonable and wanted to give ridiculously low trade in value on my excellent condition truck, but wanted premium price for their less than fair condition vehicle.

They called me and said I was approved and I set up an appointment to meet with them. After I got off the phone they called me and told me I needed a co signer. I was planing on putting 30% to 40% down and this was the cheapest vehicle I had ever financed. Not sure why they would want to get my hopes up and lie to me but was not pleased.

Would not negotiate on price whatsoever. Low trade in value. Car is priced above market value by over 3k, and lowballed me by 2k on my trade. Terrible.

I called Dan Cummins and spoke to Ben Berry regarding a Toyota Sequoia they had in stock. He invited me to come to the dealership and I set an appointment. The dealership is 100 miles from my home but it was worth the drive. Ben Berry showed me the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I decided to purchase the vehicle and he helped me with my trade in and we worked out a deal that I was very happy with. The financing process was also very fast and easy. Great customer service and I would purchase from them again in the future.

This car on the site for days and days after it had been sold. They did not contact me for several days after my inquiry and no follow up. I truly wondered if they ever had the car ; that maybe it was just a lure!!

They responded quick. The salesman was a joke. He lied to us aboUT the battery being dead oNE minute aND ok the next. There were Jumper cables were in the back floor. Car wasn't what the description said. Won't ever go back. Sorry Dans you missed out. I bought my vehicle that day but not the one your salesman didn't seem to want to sell. I ll go elsewhere to find my next one real soon..

Talking with the salesman about an H3. Wouldn't come down on the price a little to earn business. They also added a bunch of miscellaneous charges that drove the price up. Had to decide against buying the Hummer H3.

I didn't see this vehicle, but it t might be because I said that the air conditioning had to be in working order. The sales staff was very nice. Sway tried hard to help me. They have a good set up psychologically to sell. They have a lot of tables & chairs, a lot of staff, they offer drinks and snacks, & when a person buys a vehicle & the sale goes through, their name comes up on a big TV screen and all the employees clap. The atmosphere makes you think you've come during my a great sale & with the clapping stay sale, it makes the customer feel more positive about buying & I think has a tendency to put the customer in more of a buying mood as well. It's a very smart set up.

If I could give this dealer NO stars I would! The cars were filthy and nothing like the pictures. It was like a mass assembly line; get them in, get them to buy, and make us some $$! No genuine connection or carrying of buyers. Hate that I wasted a two hour drive for my family to look at the cars I had found online. I would NOT recommend this dealer at all. Went on to find way nicer vehicle and better rates else where. Don't waste your time.

This is the worst, Carlot. I ve ever seen in my life, we finally talked to the salesman. That I had been talking to on the phone. He had another customer. He kept saying, I wanna be your salesman. He kept us waiting, for hours. He said the truck that you came to look at somebody else was trying out. He said he told the other salesman. I ll slip you fifty dollars. This was a lie. The truck, they had was a 2008 f350. Flatbed. The truck had several issues. We pointed out. The online price was 16,000 when they finally set down with us. They raised their truck to 18,559 my truck I was gonna use for trade in. They lowballed my truck bad. The appraiser, drove my truck for a test drive. He roughed. My truck around. Cramming on my brakes. Needless to say after all the crap, they pulled on my way home. My front brake calibers. Started smoking where they got so hot. My truck, didn't have any brake issues. Until they drove it . I wouldnt, advise anybody to deal with these. Clowns.

We saw the vehicle we wanted on Dan Cummins web site and contacted the dealer, who returned our call. We drove from Russell, Ky, to Paris and purchased the vehicle. The gentleman we worked with was very polite and helpful. The only problem I have is the fact that we had to put the vehicle in the garage and have the rear brake pads and rotors replace just two days after we got home, which cost us an additional $401 dollars. If a customer pays over sixteen thousand dollar for a vehicle then that vehicle should be in tip-top shape.

I called and left a message. Call was not returned for 5 days. I tried chat 3 times and was desserted all 3 times. I tried email half a dozen times--got replies that had nothing to do with what I said in the email. Finally drove from Lexington to Paris. Sales rep knew nothing about the car. Air not working, window wouldn't open, tires not good, glove box broken and could not be opened. Rep refused to lower asking price. Asked for time to decide. Researched and found model and year have history of major transmission, air, and other problems. Called and emailed dealership, asking for contact info for previous owner to get info on car. No response. Dealership deals in volume. Does not care about individual sales. Exceedingly frustrating. No respect for buyer.

They couldn't find the car that I came to see and when they finally did it way clearly not worth the asking price. The car was making a noise from the engine and the AC was blowing hot air. The car drove ok so I asked them to fix the AC and noise and the salesman came back with a price that was 1k more than the advertising price because the were going to fix everything. Boiled down to me giving the asking price and paying for the repair. Then it just turned in to big store pressure game with the salesman going back and forth to his manager and the manager finally combing out to talk with me. I don't think I'll ever waste my time by going back to Paris for a Dan Cummins no deal.

They didnt not assist well.. to busy cheering for other salesman sale forgot bout their customers to earn a sale and push to make you buy a vehicle that i didnt not want

I didn't buy a car fro
