They were very nice and polite. The car was wonderful. I was a little unhappy because I drove 20 miles to look at a car and I felt that I was slightly mislead through email in that they would negotiate the price. They would not... At all. So while I loved the car I wish they had told me when I asked, that prices are firm and will not be lowered. As nice as it was I would not have made the trip if I had been made aware of that. Sadly walked away

Bought vehicle. They wouldn't budge on price tho. Fast and curtious, had to ask for carfax report, they produced it. Showed 2factory recalls. I had them fix, I picked up truck 4 days later. Truck was not cleaned to my specifications of cleanses. Nothing was cleaned under the hood, candy bar wrapper left in console. Water spots on vehicle. I was dropped off and needed to be on my way so I just left will clean myself. Other than that I was treated fine, got vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. I would do business with again, just would take more time to make sure they clean vehicle. If you buy used they only give 30 bucks in gas. I let salesman know I wasn't Satterfied with cleaning the next day by text. Doubt I hear back. I'll be surprised if I do. If truck was cleaned better I would give 5 stars but because of that 4.

Too many sales people with there best interests in the cookie jar. No its sold, Yes its available, We cant find it, Its sold, its here, theirs a deposit on it to hold, its available, etc. Four different sales people contacted me, each with a different answer, all wanted to schedule a appointment for a test drive of either this car (here or sold) or other Chevy suv's.

I bought from them. One week but the car is not in my hand had some noise issue and vibration they promise to fix it, I am not sure if the Carfax report matters, the owner hide things and doesn't get it fixed and the poor dealership has to face problems. Dan Cummin's guys are good and communicate

Didn't seem interested at all in selling a car. I first sent an internet inquiry and got a generic email reply. I called to follow up and talked to Zach who said there was no room on the car (it was priced high). I got another follow up email (can't remember- maybe his name was Josh?). I replied and no answer. I found a car in Houston much better optioned than this one and I got it for lower WITH shipping included. Don't waste your time on dealers like this. Do a nationwide search and get shipping worked into the price. There's lots of dealerships that will do (and will also take it to an area mechanic of your choosing for inspection) that and that are actually willing to put some effort into making a sale.

Responded fast. Huge volume dealership. I told them I was coming a day in advance. They had car pulled up when I arrived. Car was very dirty. Upon negotiation the salesman said that they paid X dollars to the person who traded it in. Then when we couldn't make a deal and the manager came in alone he said they paid a different price for the trade. Shady. Also valued my car for trade at auction pricing. I valued my car at NADA trade in and their car at average retail...we were 10k off and did not make a deal. I've moved on and bought a similar car using my values for trade and purchase.

I found the experience quite frustrating and a little incredulous. They were unreasonable and wanted to give ridiculously low trade in value on my excellent condition truck, but wanted premium price for their less than fair condition vehicle.

They called me and said I was approved and I set up an appointment to meet with them. After I got off the phone they called me and told me I needed a co signer. I was planing on putting 30% to 40% down and this was the cheapest vehicle I had ever financed. Not sure why they would want to get my hopes up and lie to me but was not pleased.

I called Dan Cummins and spoke to Ben Berry regarding a Toyota Sequoia they had in stock. He invited me to come to the dealership and I set an appointment. The dealership is 100 miles from my home but it was worth the drive. Ben Berry showed me the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I decided to purchase the vehicle and he helped me with my trade in and we worked out a deal that I was very happy with. The financing process was also very fast and easy. Great customer service and I would purchase from them again in the future.

They responded quick. The salesman was a joke. He lied to us aboUT the battery being dead oNE minute aND ok the next. There were Jumper cables were in the back floor. Car wasn't what the description said. Won't ever go back. Sorry Dans you missed out. I bought my vehicle that day but not the one your salesman didn't seem to want to sell. Talking with the salesman about an H3. Wouldn't come down on the price a little to earn business. They also added a bunch of miscellaneous charges that drove the price up. Had to decide against buying the Hummer H3.

I didn't see this vehicle, but it t might be because I said that the air conditioning had to be in working order. The sales staff was very nice. Sway tried hard to help me. They have a good set up psychologically to sell. They have a lot of tables & chairs, a lot of staff, they offer drinks and snacks, & when a person buys a vehicle & the sale goes through, their name comes up on a big TV screen and all the employees clap. The atmosphere makes you think you've come during my a great sale & with the clapping stay sale, it makes the customer feel more positive about buying & I think has a tendency to put the customer in more of a buying mood as well. It's a very smart set up.

If I could give this dealer NO stars I would! The cars were filthy and nothing like the pictures. It was like a mass assembly line; get them in, get them to buy, and make us some $$! No genuine connection or carrying of buyers. Hate that I wasted a two hour drive for my family to look at the cars I had found online. I would NOT recommend this dealer at all. Went on to find way nicer vehicle and better rates else where. Don't waste your time.

This is the worst, Carlot. I ve ever seen in my life, we finally talked to the salesman. That I had been talking to on the phone. He had another customer. He kept saying, I wanna be your salesman. He kept us waiting, for hours. He said the truck that you came to look at somebody else was trying out. He said he told the other salesman. I ll slip you fifty dollars. This was a lie. The truck, they had was a 2008 f350. Flatbed. The truck had several issues. We pointed out. The online price was 16,000 when they finally set down with us. They raised their truck to 18,559 my truck I was gonna use for trade in. They lowballed my truck bad. The appraiser, drove my truck for a test drive. He roughed. My truck around. Cramming on my brakes. Needless to say after all the crap, they pulled on my way home. My front brake calibers. Started smoking where they got so hot. My truck, didn't have any brake issues. Until they drove it . I wouldnt, advise anybody to deal with these. Clowns.

We saw the vehicle we wanted on Dan Cummins web site and contacted the dealer, who returned our call. We drove from Russell, Ky, to Paris and purchased the vehicle. The gentleman we worked with was very polite and helpful. The only problem I have is the fact that we had to put the vehicle in the garage and have the rear brake pads and rotors replace just two days after we got home, which cost us an additional $401 dollars. If a customer pays over sixteen thousand dollar for a vehicle then that vehicle should be in tip-top shape.

I called and left a message. Call was not returned for 5 days. I tried chat 3 times and was desserted all 3 times. I tried email half a dozen times--got replies that had nothing to do with what I said in the email. Finally drove from Lexington to Paris. Sales rep knew nothing about the car. Air not working, window wouldn't open, tires not good, glove box broken and could not be opened. Rep refused to lower asking price. Asked for time to decide. Researched and found model and year have history of major transmission, air, and other problems. Called and emailed dealership, asking for contact info for previous owner to get info on car. No response. Dealership deals in volume. Does not care about individual sales. Exceedingly frustrating. No respect for buyer.

They couldn't find the car that I came to see and when they finally did it way clearly not worth the asking price. The car was making a noise from the engine and the AC was blowing hot air. The car drove ok so I asked them to fix the AC and noise and the salesman came back with a price that was 1k more than the advertising price because the were going to fix everything. Boiled down to me giving the asking price and paying for the repair. Then it just turned in to big store pressure game with the salesman going back and forth to his manager and the manager finally combing out to talk with me. I don't think I'll ever waste my time by going back to Paris for a Dan Cummins no deal.

Most places if you buy something with cash you can get a better deal... just offered to pay cash for the Tacoma for sale and they wouldn't come off the price at all.... so if dealer won't work with buyer ... buyer shouldn't work with this dealer

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the car we bought, When we got home we had to spend a couple of hours cleaning the windows (nasty) and the floor mats. It appears that the floor mats were wrapped in plastic but not cleaned. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to my friends. I would buy from them again. We are very satisfied with our used (new to us) car.

If I could give negative stars I would. We agreed on a price I borrowed the money after I borrowed the money they backed out. I was buying a 4x4 truck to get my daughter back and forth to her cancer treatments. This is not the same vehicle.

I went in to test drive a 2013 Ram 1500 4x4. It was very well priced. Had a airbag light on. They was unable to fix the issue due to the truck being to new for there scan tool. They took it to the Dodge dealer across the street and they took care of the problem. Our salesman (Sway) was very helpful. Only issue is the picture's showed running boards and they removed them due to one being bent. I would thought they would replace them or take some money off price of vehicle but no. I do and have recommended this dealer to my friends and family.

I was extremely displeased with the dealership and the salesmen I delt with. ALOT of obvious stuff on the truck that was broke, rusted, or dented that was in plain sight that he failed to me mention on the online post and on the multiple phone calls telling me the truck was in great shape. So I drove 3 and a half hours to look at a peice of junk and when I made an offer they were asking $12900 and I made them an offer at $7500 because of the $4K worth of parts and work needed to the truck and they came back with a sales manager who started lying through his teeth and had the list of problems with prices from my mechanics in Hendersonville tn of stuff that would have to be fixed and told us that the sheet was from the dealerships mechanic and I played along with it till the end when I told him that hand writing looked a lot like mine and that it was on paper with my info on it so he got up and walked off cuz he got caught lieing and instead of coming down on the price with another offer they came back at$12987 and what's really funny to me is that the salesmen told us he would t let us leave without the truck cuz of price that we would work a deal and look how well that worked extremely disappointed will NEVER go their or any dealership again because of the lies and I WILL be writing the owner as well so sorry but they asked the wrong person for a review but it's honest. Excuse the bad grammar I'm on a tiny cell phone with big hand.

They sold the vehicle I was interested in. They have emailed me wanting to know if they could assist me in finding a vehicle. I haven't talked to anyone directly or visited the dealership since it is 2 hour drive. Very nice people to deal with, but a major flaw in the communication process. I inquired about a vehicle that wasn't at the lot yet, and continued the communication process until it arrived. The day it arrived, Megan (who is great) emailed and sent me pictures. I immediately emailed the salesperson back and told them I wanted it. A few hours later she texted me and told me it was sold. Since I waited for this vehicle, and was never informed that anyone else inquired about it, I found it very unprofessional how the transaction (or lack thereof) was handled. I'd give the people 5 stars, but the process only 1 or 2. Great people, with a flawed process in this deal.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to get a vehicle. They told me the car fax was greAt and it was one owner with no problems. That their garage had checked it out. Once I get the original owner on phone he has a whole different story about the vehicle. Needs major work,heater coil,transmission work,wheel bearings. The guy told me they gave him 800.00 hundred dollars trade in on it and they were trying to charge me 3,300 for it. Sales representative that was taking care of me talked awful to me basically calling me a liar. Guess he thought since his dad was one of the big wheels there that he could treat us however he wanted. My wife was very humiliated. Just a horrible experience. Trust me,this is not the place to get a good deal and or good vehicle considering the way they treated me and my family!!!!

Quick to respond, however I was not told about the true condition of the vehicle. I was informed it was available, but after driving 3 hours up there to look at a 2014 car, I was throughly disappointed. It had several places of paint damage, the interior was intermingle condition, the car looked like it had never been cleaned. There were dead flies in the back window, and the upholstery was down to the foam in a few places. The dealer had also just put new exhaust on a 2014 car prior to my test drive and no one could tell why. To be looking at a 2014 car, it was in terrible condition and I was not told of any blemish, just that it was a sharp car.

I contacted Dan Cummins because I was told they have a special financing department. I searched their inventory and discovered that their pricing is very competitive. I live about two hours away, so I completed the credit application and sent an email to the sales rep stating that I would like to get everything in order before making the two hour drive. I have had to contact this dealership multiple times since then. During my last contact, in which I sent an email starting that I cannot get anyone to get back to me, the rep stated that he was having trouble getting financing. I advised that was all I needed to know since I have already received approval at two other dealerships. The two was supposed to get back to me the next day to let me know for sure...... it had note been 5 days with not so much as a call or email. I am very disappointed, even if they are unable to help, they could have been professional enough to be up front about it.

After speaking to someone and letting them know what I was looking for I never received another call saying, "This is what we have". I can only assume at this point that because I wasn't going to be spending what was considered enough money on a car it didn't warrant any effort let alone respect to follow through with anything. I would never want my name associated with a business that gave little to no customer service. A company can spend massive amounts of money on advertising and it be for nothing when word of mouth is free. I would not recommend Dan Cummings dealership.

The motor was knocking in the Suzuki which they failed to put in their ad. Then they tried to sell me a car that the back quarter panel was coming off and needed all new brakes. And then there was the Nissan Altima that the interior was in horrible condition no stereo, and only wanted to give me a couple hundred dollar trade in on my Honda Civic LX which is in perfect condition inside and out. I will Never recommend anyone to go Dan Cummins.

They actually wanted me to put tires on the Cadillac I wanted to buy... amazing. While driving the car I noticed the extremely rough ride and when we returned noticed mismatch tires, when taken to service it was confirmed the tires were uneven. When the salesman returned (micheal) attempted to tell me they wouldn't put good tires on the car since I brought my own financing and the car was already marked down... again amazing to me that they didn't feel the need to at least have matching tires on a Cadillac. I just had to walk away, I wish I could post his arrogant look on here, and I see the car still sits on there lot. And they still keep calling me smh.
