Contact made by dealer was made quickly after contact through Carguru.com. Communication from dealer was very good. Appointment was easy to make. I looked at the vehicle and test drove it. Sean was the salesman and was easy to work with. I left thinking about the vehicle, but it was sold before I got back to them with an offer. Nice working with him.

Not a great experience and the dealer tried to lowball me on my trade and then tried to sell me another car with a huge down payment. Even though the internet price was $16586, the sales person put the advetised price on the offer. When I question him, he said that this was the price.

I got a great deal on the car. However they were some what pushy on trying to sell me an extend warranty that I did not want. I ended up not getting the warranty wich was what I wanted. Over all not to bad.

I called and emailed for 3 to 4 days ready to buy and by the time they finally got back to me about the truck that was actually advertised days later, it was sold. Then they tried the old bate and switch with a similar, but older truck with more miles. Pretty shady if you ask me

The usual suspects try to sell you a car and a warranty and anything else they ca get in the financing. Got a decent deal after being detained all day and having to say no 30 times. I have to admit I enjoy the show as they play their game. After all that entertainment the price was good.

I called a salesman asking about a car I had seen on their website. I told him I would stop by in a day or two and he said he would appreciate if I asked for him when I arrived. It turned out the car I wanted had sold "a few days ago" so I asked about any similar cars. He said he would check if they had some other cars in my price range and call me right back. Unfortunately, he never called. I went down there and asked for the salesman with whom I had spoken on the phone. His lame apology for not calling a customer back was he didn't find any cars that matched my interest. He then pawned me off to another salesman. Let's just say I didn't have a great time here. The staff was not particularly helpful and I am certain then put great deals on their website simply to draw customers to their location. The car I saw had probably sold weeks ago (or never existed in the first place).
