Cotroneo Auto Group makes buying a vehicle easy! Ken did a great job of pre qualifying me and setting up financing over the phone. Once I arrived (in the rain) it was great to be able to check out the vehicle inside of the building which is where all their vehicles are kept. I was pleased that the vehicle was just as nice as described. They were very thorough in going over the vehicle with me and answering any questions. I didn't feel any pushy sales. They were very transparent. The difference between buying a luxury car (or truck) at Cotroneo vs most car lots is night and day different. Their people, facility, and level of quality vehicles really make the difference!

Completely transparent!!! I wish there were more businesses and people like him in this world. Is very prompt and quick getting back to you and very knowledgeable in what he’s selling. I worked with Mike who could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the transaction (at least for the time being) and Mike was understanding. I will definitely buy a car from him if the right situation presents itself in the future. A real gentleman.

Called me next day but they had already received a deposit on the car I was interested in. Promised to email me with final status of sale and he did. This dealership definitely stands out in the market and I will check in with them before I buy.

I reached out to the dealer via email and Mike Cotroneo responded almost immediately to my inquiry. Mike was very professional and fully described the vehicle and pricing structure so that I fully understood how they arrived at the retail. We also discussed my trade in that I had previously provided and in doing his homework was able to provide an agreed amount for my car. Mike has done a great job communicating throughout the process and I would definitely recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for a vehicle.

My wife met (Mike) at Cotroneo, and was able negotiate the deal while I was at work. When papers were ready to be signed, I simply showed up and drove the car home. I was absolutely impressed with the staff, and also the cleanliness of the facility. Every vehicle on the lot (indoor facility) was high end. Not once did I feel like I was at a "car dealership." Cotroneo is the place to go when you know the exact car you want, and your research is complete. You will be happy you chose Controneo; Top notch all they way. My wife and I are new to Texas, and Mike basically gave us a nice southern welcome to the great state of Texas. Bottom Line: The car buying experience was as good as it gets, and I am confident you will experience the same when you buy your next vehicle from Controneo.

This is my first experience with looking online for a vehicle and man was I impressed with Cotroneo Auto Group. I was contacted the next day that I showed interest in a Chevy Tahoe by Ken. He was very informative of how they do business and explained the vehicle to us. There were no hassles with and the best customer service we could ask for. We drove 3 hours to go get our new vehicle and they stayed after hours for us to get there. Thank you Ken and Leo for a great experience.
