Ended up trading in my 14 Silverado for a 06 Duramax with higher miles. Afterwards noticed a rusted and broken bracket on running board that they said was a loose bolt. Also have noticed heated seats do not work after being ensured all electronics worked great. Other than these issues business with dealer was good.

I live 2 hours from the dealership. Made an appointment to go see the car. 1.5 hours into the drive, they sold the car. Completely wasted my time and money. The sales manager was a completely rude with the whole situation. I would never do business with this dealership ever again. Please save yourself dome trouble and shop somewhere else.

I just LOVED Nichole, she was very professional and she took the time to explain how things operated in the Infiniti while in the rain. She had all the doors butterfly open and we walk all around while she did her magic. I really appreciated it and she also went over and beyond to make sure that this was the SUV for me. I felt no pressure, Girlie I give you a 10 for all you do!!!!! Keep up the GOOD work.

I had seen this truck advertised at a lower price. I called and the salesman that I talked to did not call back all day even after I told him I was willing to drive two hours for the truck. After I called that evening he said the manager had been in meetings all day, he was going to check on a price again, and get back with me. They can't sell cars if management has meetings? That was two days ago. This dealership has lost my business.

The sales part was great. It took them 3weeks to tint my windows. They said it would be a week. Not only that they screwed up my door panel in the process. Then they had to pay someone else to have it tinted, because they screwed it up when they attempted to tint the Corvette I bought!

I contacted Chevrolet of Columbus about a used 2009 Dodge 1500 and got a very quick response. Nicole was the dealership rep/sales person and was great as well as Shane and Mike Munoz. I would not hesitate to return in the future or recommend to someone else. BTW, I did buy the Dodge and love it. Rick

Got a generic reply back after contacting them the first time. Contacted them again asking some more questions as well as some of the same questions and never did get another reply back. Maybe they don't care if they sell vehicles or not.

She at one point once, Shelly found out I need a co-signer. She was rude to a point. Then they sold the car & I call her to get an update offer more money. I had to call her instead of calling me. Bad service

They answered all my questions and provided all pictures I requested. I gave a VERY fair offer to the sales manager and was told they could only go down $116 from the price. I said I couldn't do that and said I found another vehicle vehicle for less with less mileage for $24,900. I asked if they could meet me halfway and for down to $25k which was a very fair offer-they agreed and said they would call me back. They then said they would go down to $25,210 (original price $25,610). I said I would think about it. During this time, I kettle shopping and found another vehicle, newer and with much less mileage. The next day they text me saying their prices dropped and to give them a call, but by then I found something else. A few moments later, I got another text asking if I would take it for $25k, I told them "that's what I was asking for since the beginning". Don't understand why they couldn't have dropped the price by another $210 the previous day. I wasn't asking for a huge discount. Bottom line is, they had great service at the beginning but when it came to negotiation, they played too many games. I suggest to all car dealerships to stop playing games and be upfront right away. I don't mean the no haggle prices either because all that means is they won't negotiate their crappy prices.

While the initial sales person, Jonathan, was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, and professional with his service--the sales manager Mike was the complete opposite. After interacting with him we left the dealership after not even 5 minutes of conversation. He was rude and condescending towards my spouse, and generally made me want to leave the dealership and never come back, which is exactly what we did.
