They had this car listed on here at $13,736. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me. Like an hour later, I saw that they raise the price $4,000 after I asked about it!! And never replied to me again. Shady. ...

I came in prepared and the dealership employees tried to make the process expedient for me. They made as comfortable as possible and tried to get the best deal they could for me. They also are a very friendly crew, give this place a call!

Overall poor dealership in my opinion. The salesman was nice, but unknowledgable. His sales manager was very full of himself and referred to me as "That old guy sitting there!" The Suburban I was looking at they told me a wholesaler was there to take it away if I didn't buy it on the spot. I was turned off by the experience especially when I saw it on their website the next day for $500 more than I offered them. Don't trust these sheisters! I bought my new Suburban at a NJ Chevrolet dealership

They told me they have the car so I made an appointment. When I show up there they told me the car is in other showroom. Then I went to the other showroom, the sales man told me they don’t have that car. What a waste of time.

Dealer was very honest about the condition of the car. This was extremely helpful to me.

Quick response but could not get together on a trade.

Initially, my experience with Chapman was good. They responded quickly and efficiently. That evening husband and I test drove a car and weren't reasy to walk out that night with a purchase, but asked for the OTD price. That price was more than $5,000 more than the price of the car. We asked for those costs to be itemized which they did. When my husband and I got home we analyzed the breakout and it did not add up. About $3,500 was unaccounted for. We emailed the salesperson we met and the manager she introduced us to asking for more explanation. The salesperson never responded and the manager responded with a one sentence email saying he didn't have the numbers in front of him and he could be wrong. That was it. We ultimately purchased elsewhere.

Advertised price on Cargurus and the dealer website the same. However the dealer DOES NOT HONOR the prices. Went in to dealer for 2017 Malibu advertising prices from 17 - 23k. Only to find prices marked up 2000 - 3500 more. Very deceptive advertising.

Chapman bent over backwards to cater to us.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I was stoked about their prices, especially for their 2017 Chevy Spark. It was way lower than it should have been and when I kept asking them how, all they would tell me is because they have the 2018 models coming in. While that may have been true, they refused to tell me why the car was on open recall. They also discussed a price with me on the phone and via email, and had I lived closer, I would have scheduled an appointment. Lo and behold it's a Saturday and I have nothing better to do than to drive down to Philidelphia to try and see the car for myself and why it has an open recall. I look online before making the trek and I discovered that they changed the price of the car by over $2000! Naturally, I was alarmed. I tried to call them to see if the conversations and the emails that I still have saved that were discussing the exact price would still be valid for me, and they basically told me to wait for the sales representative to call me back. I waited another half hour and called them back. I was told to expect a call back in a few minutes. To this day, I've never received a call back. Horrible customer service.

I informed them their Mustang GT was not a Premium model as listed. Not priced accordingly. They just proceeded to try and sell me the car anyway without acknowledging their mistake.

The dealership responded quickly. However, the price that was listed was the price if you qualified for rebates and the price fluctuated depending on the date. The dealership was not willing to negotiate.

3 different people emailed me and of course low balled the hell out of me on my trade. Not satisfying when all I asked for was the fair price listed in nada or Kelly blue book. They would come close so I walked.

Dealer told me I did not qualify for price. Real price was thousands more. I don't like being mislead. They should not advertise a price and change it when I contact them. Very disappointed.

Called back and tried to work a deal from a ways off. The distance and availability of a local deal precluded completion of their offer.

No good..the car was in terrible shape...the pictures make the car looks good but it was terrible..the color was different
