First response was same day as inquiry that the vehicle had just come in
and so info not yet available. Second response next day that vehicle no
longer available. Guessing things like that happen often enough if someone
else was at the dealership at the right time. Appreciated the follow up.

I have taken the prior appointment to look for Honda CRV but the sales guy
is preoccupied with some other customer.
He told different pricing while on phone and after waiting for more than one
hour he told me the old price and not ready to negotiate.
I am disappointed for the experience with Capitol Honda.

I set up an appointment to test drive the van on a Friday morning. I
called the night before to ask the salesman to please call me if sold
the night before. I called again that morning to make sure it was still
on the lot and was told yes. So I drove 70 minutes to the dealership
only to be told the van had indeed sold at 8:30 the night before.
They were quick to push a different vehicle. Not a good experience.
No apology from the dealership.
