Very bad experience with this dealership when it comes to communication. I dealt with one employee who neglected to get back to me on questions that I had. He answered my first two emails and than no responses. I called and he seemed surprised when I asked why he hadn't responded. I asked if he could follow up with me. Car sold in two days and I never heard from him, I had to call the dealership myself. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership after that experience.

I called the dealer before making the drive up to denver to see the 2007 toyota tundra. In my conversation I told him that I am a cash buyer and am interested, but that I am not paying more than fair market value for the truck. This is for the black 07 with 130K miles, aftermarket wheels and oversize tires with smoked lights. Kbb comes in with a range of 12 - 16k depending on condition, suggested listing for a dealer is 14.7. He is listing the truck at 18.5K. The correct price if it's in that grear of condition is in the 15K range. The truck has stock exhaust, stock stereo, cloth seats, ect. The wheels and tires are nice which is why I'd give the guy the upper end of kbb. When I mentioned fair market value he got mad and defensive. He told me that KBB's website sucks and that he didn't even bother looking at the website. This dealership is looking for a sucker and that isn't going to be me. Sure I get paying higher KBB value if it's in great condition. But listing the truck almost 4k above suggested retail just because it has nice wheels and tires is bad business. It shows the dealer does not care about giving the customer a fair deal. They just want to rake anyone they can over the coals and that's not fair to you the consumer. Steer clear of this used car salesman.

Had a great experience with the dealership and salesperson Marcus. They priced the car well so I did not need to negotiate. I went in the same day it was listed at that price. I arrived a little after 11:00 AM and drove off about 2:30 PM (including a 1/2 hour work conference call I had to take and they accommodated). There are no dealer fees but of course they will offer you extra services, and products. I just easily declined those. A great experience.

Despite me agreeing to pay $46K CASH for a 2017 mercedes-Benz GLE, they repeatedly asked me for my Social Security number. That made me very uncomfortable and when I pushed as to why that was necessary, they said it was related to the MLA (Military Lending Act). The MLA is a federal regulation that prohibits excessive interest rates when a member of the Armed Forces borrows money. I am neither former military nor was I borrowing money. It made no sense. I walked out. Terrible experience.

We use the social security number for several reasons. 1st is for the military lending act. The 2nd is to prevent our business from being a victim of fraud or theft by someone mis-representing who they are. The 3rd is to protect our customers from identity theft. A person’s credit bureau can give us very solid insight on whether or not someone is trying to purchase a vehicle under someone else’s identity. 3rd time I am having a bad experience with this dealership... This time, I’m on the phone with them regarding a car, supposedly still available, I’m taking my way and 30 minutes later when I get there, car is sold... they tried to have me look at other cars... no thanks!!

Internet car advertisers do not understand internet buyers- its a long way from Tennessee to Denver. Asking me to stop by for a test drive is absurd... a recurring theme. Dealer called me back, so I made an appt to see the car. I drove an hour to the dealer only to find out that the dealer's information on the car was incorrect. Car was a Manual transmission but was listed as Automatic. I wasted 2 hours but it gave me time to talk to my wife as the car was going to be her birthday gift.

It all went well with John Semelback and Jason until the financing and need to repair bumper on the car. The finance department did not get me a good rate and I found a $700 error while reviewing papers to sign. John and Jason discovered hail and bumper damage. I conceded on the hail but want the bumper fixed. If you buy anything other than a BMW you cannot get a loaner car during repairs. If I had it to do again, I would not take the car until repairs were done and I would try to get my own financing. John S is a good salesman although it seemed, at times , he was caught in things he couldn't control.

Absolutely the WORST dealership to buy from. So bad in fact, that I did not get the car that I was told was available! I called on Mon to let Matt- E-Sales Agent know that I was coming for the car on Fri. He reassured me that the Honda was still available. The next day, I emailed Matt to let him know that I got my loan and I wanted to put a deposit down on the car (NO RESPONSE). I called his cell (NO RESPONSE), so I reached out to the general sales number for the dealership and spoke with another rep who didn't know the situation but would send me the form for the deposit (NO EMAIL). He ducks me for two days, then Matt then calls me and lets me know that the car has had a deposit on put on it and it is not available. I was so furious, I just hung up. Easily the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with purchasing a car (and I have bought MANY). ***DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS***

Just purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester from BMW of Denver. Entire process was pleasant and went smoothly. Great customer service from Nester who greeted us at the door by name for our test drive appointment. He was friendly and attentive and made sure I did a good highway test drive as well as around town. Also worked with Jay D on the financing end and he was very helpful and professional as well. Found a used vehicle, expressed an interest, sales rep sent information including a price but after several days the dealership increased the price and would no honor their initial price. Would not do business with this dealership under any circumstances Their are too many reputable dealers around to do business with in town.

The folks from Murray BMW called us within minutes of when I expressed interest in their car on CarGurus. Our sales consultant Conner Bappe was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the X5s and sold us on the dependability of the diesel versions. He was a great listener. Unfortunately the car listed on CarGurus was sold earlier in the day and there were no other cars in their stock that fit our needs.

I think this Dealership was trying the old "bait and switch" sales tactic. The car was NOT for sale; they claimed it was listed in error and wanted to know what else they could sale me. The listing stayed up for several days. Not a dealership I would buy a car from or would recommend to others.

I want to the dealers to see the car and they show me the car, I was trying to see more cars and the guy said not to day they are working with people who actually buying a car today and I said I'm here to buy too and he said are you going to take one for sure today ...he told me if I go back the next day he will be happy to help me out

Ok, I just worked with Murray BMW on the purchase of a new X5 35d. Let me just say what a fantastic team I had the pleasure of working with. Amin in sales was backed up by Matthew Dayxxx who is the New Car Director and backing him up is Edward Freehxxx. As a retired special operations military operator I hold a very high standard for teamwork, performance and accountability. This group showed high marks in these and other categories I have not mentioned. You will be treated with a level of decency, respect and integrity here that is rare in this industry. I look forward to a long future with this organization and this team. Very un professional and very ethical. Finance director and general manager should be fired they are bad name on BMW. They sold me the car, took 2500 deposit on my credit card got all approvals on loan and refused to give me car on the day of delivery. General manager hides behind wall and have no courage to come out and talk. No body should trust them as they totally lack professionalism I have them negative for all

Bought a vehicle from Murray out of state and overall it was a good experience but after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the car still had snow tires on (which I wasn't notified of) and did not have an aux input (which I was told it did have). Both were frustrating to say the least as a long 16 hour drive was ahead of me after vehicle pick-up.

Sales person was really good, however management cashed check early despite promises of waiting two days so transferred funds could clear. Additionally, 2 days after purchasing the vehicle I discovered my tires (on a sedan btw) were winter tires...it's June. When I asked them to swap them out I got a flat out no. Needless to say they lost their next sell which would've been at a very high dollar mark from my wife. I guess management's never heard of "biting the nose to spite the face" or maybe they're just that shortsighted.

This dealership is less than professional across the board. I drove to Denver from COS to look at a Tacoma which had noticeable jostling when driven. They assured me it was a balance issue with new tires and stated they would re balance and call me to drive it again once rectified on Saturday. They then failed to return any calls on Saturday, Monday, and the following Tuesday. Finally, I was put in contact with the manager who was less than concerned that his salesman (John) who made this promise and failed to keep it. Additionally, I was told they sold the truck, which I informed them I would purchase provided the jostling was fixed. All in all, this dealership doesn't care about customer service and I'm sure it would be the same post purchase of an automobile. Buyers beware! This is a shady dealership that is running Murray BMW ' name in the mud.

Car & deal both quite satisfactory. The dealership had not obtained two keys from the previous owner. Had we known that earlier, we would have at least asked them to provide a second key or else perhaps walked away.

This place was awesome. It was a great experience. I inquired via email and Cathy got back to me immediately. I explained my situation, she went out of her way to get me the answers I needed. Tommy was so nice and helpful when i arrived at the dealership.I had not so great credit and they really worked to find me the best option available. I am SO happy with my Terrain.

Murray Motors on Broadway is not worth the trip. Salesman told me I was $3000.00 upside down on my trade in without actually looking at the car or mileage. Did not call me the next day as promised.

The service provided by this dealer was fast and relatively seamless. Since I was making a purchase of a used vehicle for cash, I was able to get the entire transaction completed in under 2 hours. The only complaint that I had, was that the car was not detailed as well as it should have been. The interior and the trunk were in need of vacuuming and a simple conditioner applied to the leather would has made the car look even better than it did.

Called and spoke with a gentleman who had emailed me personally about the car I was looking at twice, only for him to have no idea what I was talk about. He insulted me when I asked if he would come down on the price as I was paying cash for the vehicle. Spoke to his manager who rudely stated that the car I was looking at just sold while I was on the phone. I got on the Internet 2 days later to find the car I was I inquiring about still for sale by this dealership. Take your money elsewhere!

I had a specific used vehicle in mind 5 series XI, black on black. This vehicle was difficult to find on the market. We searched the local market and visited dealers and left my request for approximately 4 weeks. This vehicle finally arrived at Murray Motors. All the sales people were very helpful, Marc was my able to show me multiple vehicles and was able to take me to the shop where I found the one I preferred. Marc and Chris the sales manager, made the purchase very smooth. My knowing the market value of the vehicle helped in us arriving at a fair price. They were amiable to my getting the vehicle inspected my my mechanic for approval before the final acceptance.The finance department was great and all things went very smooth. I can attest this was pretty painless and seamless, as I had bought another BMW two months before and it was a stressful experience with the haggling and typical dealer tactics. I experienced none of that with Marc or Murray motors. I would also like to mention we are a BMW family and have owned and operated them for years and when BMW makes PU trucks, we will buy those as well. Whether it is your first and another BMW, I would recommend giving Murray a chance to earn your business, their service and parts department are customer service oriented.
