The dealer was responsive to my questions. After visiting the dealership
to test drive the car, I told them I was interested in purchasing the car but
wanted to first check with my bank. They asked for a deposit to hold the
car which I agreed after being told the deposit was refundable if for any
reason I decided not to purchase the car. Ever though the car seemed to
be in good shape and fairly priced, I discussed the purchase with my
fiance and came to a decision to wait on buying a fourth car until I had
room to properly accomodate it. The dealer requested I let them know
before 4:30 pm that same day due to the fact that they had another party
interested in the same car and needed to let them know if the car was
still available. Even though I felt there story seemed to be just a way to
speed up my decision, I contacted them before their 4:30 pm deadline to
let them know I had changed my mind. I then asked when I could expect
my deposit be returned to my bank, their response was within 5 days. As
of yet my deposit has not been returned. I called the gentleman I had
been dealing with to ask about my deposit, he told me he would have to
talk to his boss. After being put on hold, he told me his boss was going to
call me back. Have not received a call as of yet, hopefully this matter will
be resolved and my deposit returned without further delay.

Mark McMartin was polite, courteous, did not pressure to buy in any way, I sincerely recommend this man for any car buying help you need! The Dealership gave me the keys to the car when I wanted to test drive it, suggested a route and left me to drive it ALONE! I've never seen that before and I've been buying cars for 30 years. I had a super excellent experience with Mark and the Dealership.
