Kept getting automated replies. Went to see truck, nice sales person but was told price was firm. Asked for carfax, was told they could not send due to tech difficulties. Went to carfax myself paid 40bucks to get report immediately. Found out 7 owners...never got carfax from them. Then automated response asking if I was still interested..

The manager and the employees were really helpful with my family and I. We got the Mazda 3 hatchback and they were able to help us with everything we needed. The description of the car online was 100% true. Everything runs good and it’s very clean, plus we got it for a good price. This place is recommended.

Horrible!!!!! I had an appointment to see the vehicle at a certain time and when we got their we had to wait just about 2 hours for them to get it their from the “shop” when we it finally got their I only had to look at it for 2 mins before I had realized that this was all a joke!!!! Horrible service all around, prices broken on the interior, interior was disgusting! Fresh bondo and spray paint to multiple areas of the vehicle just all around trash, I would not recommend this place to anyone at all and the sales rep was a liar right from the start, he couldn’t even tell me what was getting serviced on the vehicle his story changed 3 times, do yourself a favor and don’t go here, don’t waste your time or money here!!!!!!

Worst car buying experience. The owner greeted everyone, but us. Then when I heard and felt the car rattling in the engine when I switched gears, the sales rep told me it was the mirrors. What?! Then I tried to negotiate the price a few hundred dollars, the owner was whisper yelling at his rep telling him the price is firm like he was doing me a favor, when I came to buy with cash. Then the owner came over , grabbed the plates off of the table we were sitting at and didn’t even look at us. That’s when I told the rep I need my deposit back. The rep told the owner, and they said they’d drop the price 100 dollars. What is 100 dollars going to do? That was less than the transaction fee they were gonna charge for using my debit card. And they didn’t even ask why I didn’t want to buy the car after I put a deposit and came to buy with cash. Worst customer service and experience I’ve had in a long time.

usually if you make an agreement, following your own words, you have to keep it (word).

Long story short, put a deposit on a Jeep, it needed work to pass inspection. They took it off the lift and the General Manager sold it to someone else without contacting me. Then they kept my deposit. It’s been 3 months and luckily MasterCard refunded my money yesterday because they found them to be fraudulent. Auto center also has a way to remove negative remarks on here, because I have done 3 others that have all disappeared after 24 hours. I’ll keep posting every week.

Sorry about your experience, apperantly We did contact to you, in order to get deal done, and the car was ready way before (you put a deposit on Saturday, next week by Tuesday it was ready, at some point either you was busy and couldn't come over or something else happen, we don't know). vehicle was sold at Thursday. By our policy we couldn't hold vehicle over 48h, if there is someone wants to buy it - he can.  If I can do something for you, maybe find right car/truck, that might work better, I would appreciate this chance!

Just bought my first car through this dealership, and I will say that I was not disappointed. They were very professional and helpful with all of my questions and concerns, the Dodge Charger I bought was exactly as it was advertised It's been a week and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. They went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of, the sales person, who was taking care of me was very under the weather and even though all of his co workers suggested he go to a hospital he stayed to make sure that I and another customer he was working with were taken care of. When I had trouble with my insurance they helped me find a much more reasonable insurance quote saving me a ton of money. All in all I had a very good experience with this dealer.

It's been mediocre because I'm approaching as an online sale. I am out of country with the military so all i really get is what seems to be automated follow up messages even after I expressed information regarding my trade in, I know a dealership cannot hold a car but at least have personnel actually trying to respond to contact and serious inquiries.

My mechanic says the front rotor is bad and found a leak, 2" of water in the spare tire area. He says 3 of the tires are bad and that the dealer I bought it from never should have passed the tires during my ma. Safety inspection.

We taking all cars to third party inspection places (certified by MA), and If any issues safety wise with car might happen, it should get rejection sticker, so we have to fix everything in order to get it inspected. car fax showed 80,000. Advertised as 42,000. When I contacted dealer by email, Fax changed to 41,995 with a curious amount of blanks and extremely low mileage over a long period of time. No explanation. Very interested in car but don;t want to purchase until explained. Only thing to update was after numerous emails all of a sudden it was listed as sold

Where do you begin? Never have I ever had a car buying process be so easy and comfortable. The dealer I dealt with named Yuiry was very cooperative and understanding when it came to negotiations and even offered a multitude of options when it came to purchasing the car that I didn't even knew was available. Before, during and even a week after my purchase he kept in contact to make sure I still loved my car. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by Auto Center Sales and Service.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Went down there to look at a Lexus advertised at $14,799 drove over 2 hrs in traffic to get there after having called. When I get there the car was beat. Had scratches on every body panel, needed 3 rotors, had a bubble in the tire, needed a front air shock, (over 700 for the part rebuilt not including labor) the rear trunk release didn’t work and the interior had a lot more wear than they took pictures of. When I confronted the inventory manager on all the issues and made an extremely fair CASH offer for the car he was rude & unwilling to address my concerns saying he would fix everything but sell it at 18,500. The guy even walked away from me while I was talking to him. When I asked Dennis why he didn’t tell me the car had these issues when I asked him over the phone & before driving over 2 hrs he said “It’s his job to get people there”. Run as fast & as far away from this dealer as possible.

Two sentences into a phone call and I immediately didn't trust them. I called about a Corolla listing. I was told that someone had put a deposit on the vehicle, but I could come on down and make an offer. Thanked the sales rep for his time and blocked their number. Don't ever deal with a sales group that tells you this the second they get you on the phone. If their willing to sell someone else a vehicle that another customer has put a deposit on, then you can rest assured anything you've put money on can be sold before you get there to finish payment.

This was a nightmare. i regret ever dealing with Dealer, They have no customer service what so ever. Unfortunately We did purchase the car from them. we later discovered that the remote FOB key was not functional and up to know they just keep promising but they have done completely nothing about it. We also discovered a funny noise from the front suspension , and they asked us to bring the car back so they could fix it ,We took the car back and they called us two days later to pick it up . We picked it up but still the noise is still there and now we have entered into a battle of war with them over it. At the time we purchased the car they indicated that they would go ahead and register it. it is now 3 weeks and they did nothing. And now they are telling us that we have to register it ourselves. And this was after calling them relentlessly. So we are waiting for them to refund the taxes and registration fees so we can register it ourselves. Reason they gave for this was because they can not register a car in Rhode Island if it was purchased from Mass. We live in Rhode island. i have never experienced this kind of treatment during all my car purchases. What should I do , Should I just return the car? I definitely would not recommend any of my friends not even to my sworn enemies.

It was pleasure to deal with them! I couldn't wish better car dealer than this. We were looking for a budget vehicle and Yuriy Belkin helped us make the right choice. We needed our first car in the USA so we got hundred questions for him and Yuriy explained everything to us. We weren't sure about possibility of financing because we just started building our credit score here. However we got a good deal as first-time buyers. Pros: The car was what we were looking for at a good price and working with Dale, our sales associate was a pleasure. It was nice that the inspection and registration was all taken care of for us at the dealership. Cons: Both times we were at the dealer there were many people just hanging around. We could not tell if they were customers or sales associates with nothing to do. We were not sure who was in charge. At one point, a huge clump of snow fell right at the front door entrance and no one made a move to go shovel it out of the way. Dale had told us the car would be "detailed" before we picked it up, so it was disappointing that we had to fill it with gas to get home.

Husband drove 45 minutes to look at a minivan there was not enough parking for customers and it was very crowded for where you had to park. We called to see if car was still available...they said yes so drove 40 minutes to get there to ask to test drive and when we said which car, the guywent to get keys and said oh we dont have one with All those options and i said i called first he was like could have been misprint, like it was nothing. We then looked at the one with less options and smelt like it came from flood musty smelling to drive you out of car. We looked at each other and said to ourselves we arentvtest driving antrhing here, and left. Very shady!!!!!

I had a great experience here. I called and was interested in a couple vehicles they had. I stopped by to test drive a couple vehicles. Yuriy was very honest and helpful. I put a deposit on a car and would purchase it if some issues with the vehicle were resolved. I drove down a week later and every issue was resolved. The car is great and comes with a great dealership warrantee. I definitely recommend Auto Center Sales and Service!

Went there but left quickly. Lots of people walking around nobody to help. Seemed like a busy chop shop. Scary place Lots of cars jammed into small lot. Cars comming in and out of garage. In sales room just vacant with a couple desks. Strode there waiting for help. People just walked by. Overheard customer inquiring about getting repairs. Salesman said could not commit when it will be done because "some of their mechanics are lazy" looks like they fix up auction cars Prices are low in comparison but I think this is a "you -get-what-you-pay-for" dealer.

They have emailed me several times. I live 2 hrs away so I can't just pop over for a test drive. In my initial correspondence I checked the box to get CarFax, and in the comments, I asked if timing belt had been changed at 100k miles. I did not receive any of that. Just an invite to test drive, or call with questions, which I have not done as I am still looking at finance options and a couple other cars. If I had got the info I requested it might have piqued my interest more. Still interested.

Once the owner called me personally I was comforted. We drove (or tried to drive 3 vehicles). We attempted a Mercedes 350 but it wouldn't start as the battery was dead (understandable) was a 2009 with 65,000 miles. We were told it was going home with the owner so we tried out a 2012 Audi Q5 with under 75,000 miles..... A/C and blower was broken (I currently lease a new Audi) so I realized that was a prob.... it was 92 degrees and the salesman was very kind and promised it would be resolved before buying the car. We then decided to drive a BMW X5 we both smiled when it started when we push the button we both smiled when the air conditioning turned on. They had 65,000 miles but three owners. We've been pulled out of the parking lot fairly happy and before we hit the next dealership up the light and computer screen showed engine failure pull over now and we did we turned the car around it was shaking violently. I walked into the dealership and put the keys on the salesman's desk I didn't even tell him I just said we were going to get coffee but we were very disappointed by our experience.

Don't waste your time with this dealer. They don't move on their prices... Low ball your trade and increase their car. When I left I decided to call and pretend I was trading the car I went to look at and the tradein was 5k less than listing price. Ridiculous!

The overall experience was very frustrating. I gave them a $2000 down payment on my 2013 Ford Escape on 2 conditions: They replace a scratched headlight (that I agreed to pay half of) and the car be delivered to my house when it's ready. It was like pulling teeth getting them to hold up their end of the bargain. 5 days went by and the headlight hadn't even been ordered yet. Even so, Kevin, the salesperson told me that the car was ready to be picked up. When I told him I was promised that the car be delivered to my house, he said "that's not going to happen". I then spent the next minute or so listening to him argue with someone else about why they agreed to do that. They did finally come through with their promises, but I had to stay on top of them. I won't be buying from them again.

Terrible service- the car was already sold-even though still on website. I got called back, they made an appointment with me to test drive (mind you, the car is already sold and unavailable). I drove all the way to the dealership, then was told the car was sold TWO WEEKS prior. They didn't even apologize, didn't help me find a different car, and basically sat and shrugged their shoulders. I leave. Get THREE more texts and TWO emails about the Volvo I was interested in, to come and test drive. They are incedrivbly unprofessional and obviously do not know what they are doing.

I purchased the vehicle with two conditions: replace the brakes and replace two bald tires. At delivery, the brakes had been done but the dealer refused to replace the tires. The sales guy the tires were "fine"! I wonder how the car passed inspection (dealer did it) since bald tires are a safety issue. Communication during the entire process was poor. Phone calls were not returned. Most often when I called, I got voicemail. They also got the insurance information wrong on the registration. I was told the car would be "detailed" for delivery. In fact, it was just washed on the exterior. The interior front seats were filthy when we picked it up. All in all, this is one of the single worst experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

Best deal on this particular car within a hundred-mile radius our location. Everyone was courteous and accommodating. Jon, our salesman was very professional. The paperwork was done ready for signature within 20 minutes and picking up the car 10 minutes tops. Very pleased with our experience. Worst used car dealer ever. This car had not even gone through the shop for inspection. Drove it transmission slipped real bad, really don't think it ever shifted out of second gear, motor winded out when it did shift it was very harsh.

Started out great. They have an awesome variety of cars and trucks. Hoped I could find a good used truck I can afford from them. Found one and due to miscommunication between salesmen, The truck was previously sold ?????????? I went there several times to close this deal... wasted trips in the end !! I will take my awesome credit and money elsewhere ! Lost my interest with this dealership pretty quick AND they charge $395 to all customers for processing !

Do not bother with this dealer unless you have nothing but time to deal with complete incompetence from the management down. It's all sunshine and happiness until your foolish enough to purchase a car from here. The sales man didn't included the bill of sales in the envelope he gave me and I spent the whole next day frantically trying to get someone there to e mail it to me. When I finally received it the date on everything was the date I put the down payment on it. I picked in up 6 days later after it was serviced. I now have 1 day to transfer plates and inspect it. Ridicules!

Absolutely horrible. Vlad had the typical carsaleman attitude: lie about everything possible in order to make the sale. Luckily since I have been a mechanic for over 8 years, I was able to spot the deception immediately. Warning to consumers: Do not buy a vehicle without first test driving it on the highway. A quick highway drive uncovered a very bad vibration that caused the entire vehicle to shake. The car had clearly been in an accident as I could tell with the newly painted front bumper and the left over body tape near a front vent. When asked about any accidents, all was denied. When I stated that I could never consider buying a car that shakes so bad on the highway, I was told that it was unequivocally 100% a simple tire balancing issue. While it is true that the most common cause of highway vibration is tire balance, anything from an unbalanced driveshaft to a bad axle could also cause this. I have seen it all and as Vlad repeatedly stated this was tire balance with 100% certainty, I just couldn't help but imagine the dozen other things it could be. I was told that I would receive a phonecall back when they took care of the "tire balancing." Of course I never received a phonecall because it was actually a bigger problem. There were many more lies that I caught him in but I would write a novel if I were to list any more of them. Bottom line is Avoid these deceptive con artists.

The car is nice.missing a few things.salesmen ,maybe i pick the wrong one ,my service was awful, my papers were deliver late.they do have nice cars.responsibility with a costomer,is number 1i didn't get that. Some salesmen need to do better with customers. ..

Great,Great,Great!!! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable reps on the floor. Provided incredible service, got me in exactly the car I wanted, and no hassling either. After the buying experience, was taken care of by the financial department. Vlad is incredible. Made the experience even more memorable.

Went down to the dealer lot only to check out a infiniti g35 but it was in the sold section , I was literally getting back into my car but Carlos came out and told me give him 10 mins to see what he could do since I drove an hour away. He then asked me to return the next day and said he would take care of me. When I pulled in he had the same exact infiniti g35 sitting along each other and sold it to me for the same price!!!!!!!!! Crazy part it was a year newer with 5k less miles !!!!!! Carlos took care of me and his staff treated me like family ! Maybe I was just lucky ,but these guys get a 5 star from me

If you want to buy a car, don't ever go to this place. Their customer service is extremely poor. I just bought a car from them 1 weeks ago. I already spend over $1000 in the car just to get it fix. Don't ever let them do the inspection for you. Their car inspector can't be trusted. Don't buy car from them. Their cars are trash.

Drove to the dealership...... Car sounded great . IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK. Can't even believe any dealer would have the nerve to blatantly lie! See the ad below. Dents and scratches all over. Stains on the leather seats. JUNK!!!!! Waste of time!!!!! 2006 CHRYSLER 300C AWD 4dr Sedan is in Excellent condition inside and out, drives and looks GREAT. It has been well maintained and well taken care of, fully serviced and ready to go. One of the nicest vehicle you will find, Priced to Sell!!! This car is so clean and sturdy - you’ll feel like it is brand new.

I had been in contact with the Dealer and was told the Truck was there. When I arrived I was told the truck had been taken to the mechanic, but they did not know what work was being done. I was then told they would be in contact with me during the week, well I havent heard anything back. Overall the dealership was not appealing and left a bad taste in my mouth. I was very interested in their truck, but after the experience I have had Im all set.

Made an appointment to check out car but when we got there the battery was dead on car we were interested in, Then we were told they had no dealer plates so the salesman had to come with us for test drive. Car stalled again and we left the dealer because they kept making us wait . seemed very unprofessional and we did not have a good experience with this dealer.

The dealership is a disgusting hole in the wall! Every vehicle I looked at was damaged needed body work or was disgusting in the inside. They only have 1 salesman and he completely over books appointments. It was a complete crap show! I would never by a car from there! Stay away!!!

horrible the salesman or manager could of cared less weather or not I wanted to buy a vehicle plus they have a ridiculous policy of only by appointment on Sunday when most are off the manager was rude sounded like a punk just wanted to (ax me a question ya feel me)

I am interested in a car of theirs and told them twice I would like to make an offer and they will not contact me back. What dealership doesn't want to sell a car??? or ignores you??? When I went in for a test drive for the first time the salesman said he didn't have the keys for the car. Then when I asked him again, he said he sent someone to get the keys at another car place. I waited around and told another salesman I was waiting to test drive this car and he went right in and got the keys off the board. When I got back from that test drive the salesman was gone so I told then other guy again that I wanted to talk to the salesman to make an offer. The salesman had my #. No call! That night I e-mailed them to tell them I want to make an offer. No e-mail! E-mailed them again today to tell them I'm still interested. Checked all day. No response again!
