I had a very positive experience. The salesperson was not pushy but more informative than anything else. The price range I was purchasing at was below $5k he was careful to stay in my budget but careful to not steer me the wrong way, fixer uppers, etc. I found I great reliable well documented clean car that will be in my family for years. He even managed to sell the extended warranty and stay within my budget. Thank you to the entire staff at Auto Spot.

Car I went out of my way to see was manual, but had been listed as automatic. They showed me one "sold as is" instead. Crowded office, no one wearing a mask.

I purchased 2 vehicles from this location a 2009 Honda Pilot the engine blew out I had to pay 2500.00 for replacement engine and a 2004 Toyota Matrix that is unable to pass Pennsylvania inspection. I asked dealer could they replace vehicle since I just purchased it and they refused. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. EVER!!!!

Multiple sales people emailed me multiple times. I asked for a price out the door got the used car sales pitch. Come in and test drive. I'm out of state buyer and no one paid attention to that.

Yes Auto Spot was very helpful with my car shopping. I looked at 4 cars there and the salesman gave me plenty of time to check out each one and pointed out pros and cons on each vehicle.

Not good. Car I went to see was in very rough condition body wise. The rear bumper was semi detached as it was parked in front of a pole it had been backed in to, also, driver's side front floor had the beginnings of a hole in it. Clutch was shot as well.

Got there and it was totally junk. Rusted out, water inside, left rear door would not even open, and had a bad exhaust leak

I called the dealership, marked my appointment, said I was going the distance, drove an hour and a half, when I got there I was told that the car was not running because it had a problem with the hybrid battery. Anyway guys are liars. Do not waste your time!!

Yes they contacted me by e-mail. They never answered my original questions. I assume they don't own a map, because they wanted me to stop in for a test drive. Iowa and NJ is a long way apart. I wanted to know that if I bought the truck, they could arrange to have it shipped. Now with the virus thing I have cooled on buying anything.

Went to see 3 suburban 1 was sold that morning. They could not locate the other one's. I was there for about 45 min and they did not know where there were.

It was a quick .just wish they would fix things on used cars before selling them . I'm getting the tires balanced and aliment done and just bought the car on Thursday 2/19/2020
