Experience started well but the detailing on the truck was basically nonexistent. I could tell
it had been waxed cause the wax was still present in many places. I should have saw this
as a sign. Manager was always too busy to meet with me and I went there 3 times.
Salesman was as helpful as they would allow. They told me the keys had been lost so I
would only get 1, they "may" fix the reverse camera amongst other items. Their negotiation
was reducing the price by 300 and were not happy I asked for the reverse light and 2 keys
(which is advertised and pics show the keys) cause they were doing me a favor I guess..I
complained and was told they would call me in a few hours and let me know what they
would fix. 2 days now and no call. Also front lobby was 2 degrees cooler than the outside at
best, on 1 of the hottest days of the year, I should have realized how this would turn out
earlier. Very unfortunate cause I liked the truck.

Getting this dealership to respond took a few tries. They weren't in any hurry to respond back until after I had sent them a few probing emails about the car I was looking at. It took about a week to get a reply -- quite frustrating -- and I was about to give up. When they finally answered, I inquired about the car's availability, to which they said yes. I asked them if they could have it ready when I got there that Saturday around noon.
I drove two hours south from where I lived through some rather nightmareous traffic and finally found the place. The car, however, was still sitting in the showroom, not pulled out like I had requested. That wasn't a big deal, but I waited for about ten minutes to be approached by one of the salesmen.
Once we were all engaged and settled into the test drive, the guys were friendly enough. But they didn't seem particularly motivated to sell. I've followed up with them a few times since, but still haven't heard back from them. I've not been impressed.

The sales rep returned my emails quickly. The vehicle was described in very good condition, however, there were some mechanical issues I discovered almost immediately. I did not purchase from them. There was no follow up after I test drive the truck, he was with another client.

All I had to do was tell Pablo which car I was looking for and he was back to me the next day with an offer. The entire process took just a week and I didn't have to do any negotiating, they handled everything. Pablo& Louie were both fantastic to deal with and would 100% use them again and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

These folks would have been nice to work with.
Unfortunately, they are located on the East coast and I'm on the West coast
so the added cost to receive the car made the deal too expensive.

The guys at Auto by Design were fantastic....by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle......At the beginning of the process, I had communicated with them via email and this site, because my job hours were crazy at the time and I wanted to make sure I could fit the truck in my budget and get approved (my credit score isn't very good) before I took off and drove all the way up there. I live far away.....
But I tell you what, Sam, Andy, Shawn, Mo, (I may be missing someone and if so I apologize) went WAY, WAY, above and beyond to help me buy the truck that I wanted. Shawn, single handedly, got me approved at the budget I was looking for.... They were absolutely GREAT. I highly recommend these guys, and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, this is the place you HAVE TO GO!! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed, I promise you....
