The salesman trying to sell the truck wasn't that helpful. Never discussed options or cost of the truck. Could of sold it. Didnt get to the customer very well.

I don’t have anything nice to say about this dealership. I called about a car I was Interested in . I schedule an appointment for Saturday. Well guess what they sold the car and never contacted me . Keep in mind I live 165 miles away from this place . Horrible experience never again!!

what a surprise I have contacted a few dealers but never have I gotten a response like Audi Lakeland did. They did a complete video of the vehicle i was interested in. The video was very informative and the salesman did an excellent job. I was very impressed with this dealership.

Bought a Q7. Basically satisfied. Going into the dealer, you can immediately tell it is not jeep or chevy or honda… it's something luxurious,even the restroom is well designed like a 5 star hote. They use technology to sell cars, help customer understand the process,but also help them sell. I don't have to meet the Financial/ manage/whoever make final decision,which is a good thing.

Paul the General Manager went above and beyond for me at every turn. I
work an hour away and my job is very time consuming & stressful. It didn't
help that my bank with was just as busy, located in Illinois & difficult to reach.
Making the process for all involved a stressful one. Paul could of easily sold
the car to someone else and in less time but he didn't. He was the one who
keep the deal from falling apart. He didn't have to do that as there was a lot
of interest in the car due to a recent price drop. Thank you Paul.

Very poor customer service! Would not recommend!! We had an appointment to see a car, drove 2 hours to get there and they said they sold the car while we were on the way
over there. Told them before we left we were on our way and they said would have car ready for test drive.

They did respond, but their offer of the lowest price was just "click bait"
to get you to respond again. Finally they did respond to an email
requesting more info on one of their vehicles in their inventory, but it
took 3 days. Bottom line, I bought a vehicle from another Audi dealer
for much less than what they had to offer.
