From the outside it appeared to be a nice dealership with high end cars on the lot. Inside the place was in need of a paint job and updating. It was quite Getto. The salesperson was not there so we left to have lunch. Upon reading reviews for this dealership (run, don't walk) we decided against going back. Do your homework before going here!

Website is slow to be updated, called about a car and was told it had sold then got a call back that it was still there. Upon verification it had sold and was still showing avaliable on the website for several days.

Over worst experience ever with alm the dealer in Buford was good he answer all my question . I had gone to the union city location to see what the c350 look like day one the computers and power was down . System kept going up and down the salesman was to call me back never did day 2 I got a phone call by a person name Nicole at 9am which was half sleep when she called major language issue . Her listen skills was very poor she kept force me to come back the store after I told her I was there and have the sale person to call me with the numbers . She never gave him the message . I didn't get a call back from my sales person until Saturday kept in mind the dealer talk me out of the c350 told me go with c250 . Between Thursday I found another car I told him I want to go look at it . Which I did call him back and said get the paperwork ready I am on my way . As I am in route to him I get a call saying they sold my car from underneath me. Not one sorry out there mouth or taking ownershiper that there computer and customer service has been bad . Next issue was the first manager talk down to me . The manager who was there when computer where down came to the phone and said it was mess up and they will fix the issue . That was lie the sales man kept sending me car which I did not want me try to put me in color which I told him I did not want even offer me two did brand of cars after I said I want a Benz I am paying cash for the car. It got so bad my brother had to step in which he thought I was joking . My brother told him to send number at 4pm and said he want this deal to be done tonight . We did not get number until two days later still he was over pricing the cars .still offering me cars I said I did not want ... alm lost two business deals ...

My salesperson Jason tried to switch the 2012 Mercedes I was interested in with a 2014 for my mechanic to inspect. My mechanic is a fellow Christian and knew something was wrong and called me. Jason never apoligised but said a fellow salesperson hid the keys of the 2012 i was interested in and told him it was sold. Then texted me to come back saying the car was never sold and my mechanic could inspect the car i was actually interested in! Stay away from Jason and this dealership!

I was in the middle of finalizing a price for a car over the phone because I live hours away from the dealership. Salesman said he would call me right back after he talked to his manager and never did. He had know problem negotiating for a week through email with me but now will not return email or phone call. Not happy...wouldn't buy a car from them!

Vehicles air conditioning did not work. Interior was trashed. Check engine light on. Abs light was on, All the tires have belts busted in them. Complete waste of time. Ran my credit before I had even had the chance to look at the vehicle after I was told they wasn't going to. Salesmen was completely unprofessional. Worst dealership experience ever. Drove 50 miles out of my way and took time off work to be lied to and jerked around.

We had a wonderful experience here. Not only did they work with us throughout the sale, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the deal. Shaun Wilhelmi our salesman even got us a better interest rate then what we were pre approved for. Will be back to shop with them for our next car.

Bad!!! drive 90 miles with scheduled appointment to look at a Durango. just to get there and they cant find a key????? we will bring car to you when we find . no call no show call next day about key nope, no key yet. They never called back. some customer support. don't waste your time going there.

OMG the experience was amazing!!! I contacted 6 other dealerships and an ALM salesman contacted me via email the same day then Keonn Storay called me back bright and early the very next day!!! He vigorously worked to get me the payments I wanted and everything I needed. I drove 3 hours to pick up my car and the process was so fast and smooth I was out of there with my new car within a hour!!! I was blown away with his customer service skills And hospitality! I never dreamed the experience would be that great! Hands downs if u are looking for a luxury car make this place your first inquiry because you won't regret it! Ask for Keonn Storay!!!!!!

Can you say BAIT AND SWITCH?!? I seriously should have trusted my instincts after reading so many reviews stating that they were told the vehicle was there only to get there and find out "it had just been sold, but we have..." I sent my inquiry, via email, about a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 with 25667 miles that had been listed on CarGurus for 19 days. I was then contacted by Mark wanting to set up an appointment to view the vehicle. The following day, I called and Mark was off but Jason confirmed that the vehicle was still there. I told him that I would be there in about an hour and a half as I was 97 miles away. He assured me that it would be right out front and ready for my inspection and test drive. I get there and Justin met me on Marks behalf and informed me that the truck had been sold the night before, claiming that Jason had an old inventory sheet. He assured me that they had several similar trucks on the lot (which turned out to be untrue) and kept pushing me toward a very used Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with 98000 miles on it and a price $8000 higher. In my opinion, the way these people are doing business is dishonest and unethical. By the way, when I checked back a little over a week later, that particular truck was still listed on CarGurus as well as other sites.

Dealer did respond quickly. But I was not happy with my service. Salesperson indicated almost half a down payment to hold a car since I was working out of state. They indicated that they would not negotiate on a price. When I planned on visiting out of state they told me that the convertible top didn't work or Windows and the dealer would not fix that or go down on the price. I wasn't pleased with my service. I would not contact this dealer again.

Very easy to work with. They had the car we wanted at the price we needed. We worked with Russell. He was very nice and informative . I do suggest you get your financing yourself before you go into buy. We were able to get a better rate by 3% because we got it ourselves. It also saves a lot of time in paperwork and negotiations.

At first, I thought Josh was excellent. He was very easy to work with while I was buying my car. But after the fact, the attitude was, "I have your money and you are no longer of value to me." He even said to me, "I sell cars. I don't fix them." Less than one week after I had the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Also, there was a light out in the back that Josh told me I could get changed at Advance Auto. However, the guy at Advance was very honest and pointed out that there was moisture getting into the light and it would keep burning out if the seal was not fixed. They also promised me a manual, only to later tell me that they could not get it and I would need to print it off the internet (who wants to carry that HUGE stack of paper in their car). I have never bought a car from a place where they were not willing to help me if I noticed something a few days after I bought the car. But at ALM Mall of Georgia, that is exactly what happened. A guy from another dealership told me he gets a lot of their customers and I thought he was just trying to make a sell, but after working with them I fully believe what he was telling me. I would NEVER in a million lifetimes buy from this company again.

This dealer needs to take a look at their name. When you have the word luxury in your name one would think exceptional vehicles. This was not the case with the Yukon I looked at. I think the car had never been detailed from the start. The day I looked at it the car had mud all over the tires and muddy shoes tracks in drive floor.

Awful!! They tried to convince me to purchase a vehicle with the CHECK ENGINE light on but were not will to disclose why the light was on. They didn't care if the vehicle needed a new engine, or if it was just as simple as it needing a tune-up, they just didn't care and wasn't concerned enough to even discuss the issue. All they wanted was my cash. The deal never happen because I'm not a fool. And that 100,938 miles is probably because the engine went out and the vehicle could no longer be driven. Be very cautious with these people.

Total Jerks ! 2013 Toyota Tundra. The vehicle had minor body damage and the dealer refused to repair it stating, they would lose money. Truck had slow leak on tire and interior had bad smell. Dealer stated AS IS.

I would be very skeptical about doing business with them again, they promised me a manual which I have not received, and gave me a second key and it could be programed for $20, the key can't be used at ALL and the cost for an extra key is abiut $500. The salesman name was Tom when I arrived to test drive the car it took them over 15 minutes to find the car. The salesman asked me if I had insurance I told him yes . He then asked what kind I told him that has nothing to do with a test drive. He then instructed some guy to go with me and told him where I could go on my test drive. The car was different from the website pictures. As I completed the test drive I told him it was too small for my family. He proceeded to walk through the lobby talking about my credit and the potential finance deal. I had to in a firm somewhat raised voice tell him it was to small. Nice cars but don't deal with Tom tall older not so gentle man.

Went to look at a truck two separate times. I was told I could finance the truck with a co-signer. I begged my parents and finally got a yes. I took them up to the dealership and waited over 2 hours! Just to be told rudely that it wasn't even possible. He then told me that they should sign for it for me. All they wanted was the "sell". I will never go back to this dealership. They were unprofessional and just rude.

They worked with me awhile (maybe week) on arrangements to buy TWO vehicles from them, and since I was from outta' town, I needed time to look for delivery options & time to get things set with my Credit Union. I couldn't wire money from my CU @ 6:30p on a Thu, so I was going back on a Fri around lunch to do so ... and ALM sold one of the cars - a convertible - Thu night right out from under me. Broke my heart. Needless to say, I didn't buy the other vehicle from them.

The customer service at the dealership is horrible. The salesman had very limited knowledge about the car I was purchasing. The finance department shows lack of consistency as I worked with two different finance managers. The first said I needed documentation to approve the loan which I provided 3 days later. I bring those documents back and another finance manager said that they won't approve the loan. I would not recommend that dealership to anyone.

I was told I needed a 700 credit score to buy a used car , only because the car had high mileage I talked to them before I drove 2.5 hours and they told me I could use my car as a trade in but when I got there they said carfax said my car was to old to use. So by the end of the night they said cash money but they did say I could get a car for 30,000 with no problem

The listing for the car was incorrect. There was double the miles on the car when we got to the dealer an hour away. Jason was very nice but when we didn't fully agree to buy the car he sent us to speak with Tom which was the worst mistake. He took off money and promised an extended warranty but then added the warranty amount to the end price. Of course first time buyer he totally got me I had a baby in the car and 5year old was getting bored. He just slid papers to me to sign NEVER explaining what they were. Come to find out later he added the almost $3000 at the end. Called and they said he wasn't available, next day he was off. When I finally got to talk to Tom he acted like a total jerk saying there is nothing to do with it you're stuck then he said he would talk with his manager Terry and get back with me. I called and supposedly spoke with his manager (cant remember his name, but it wasn't Terry) and he said the same thing, plus he pointed out that Tom is a very thorough person and Tom wouldn't miss anything. There can be days when somebody forgets something and they aren't willing to admit it (especially since Tom was sooo eager to rent a house he has in Austell hr gave me the address and showed pics when he should've been explaining my paperwork). I will NEVER refer to this place much less BUY from them again. Please if you read this don't even mess with them. I never got a call back from Terry. This place is totally unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service after you leave the lot. Even if I would have received a call where they excused themselves would have been nice but nothing.

After calling twice before heading to the dealership, I find out that the mini was in the shop for skipping and backfiring on the last test drive.Then I was told of another mini for sale that I waited to get information for and found out it had been sold, also. It would really help if this dealership would update their information, this is very unprofessional. But what gets me the most is they tried to downgrade me by offering Toyota that they were trying to get rid of, really I never had a Toyota in mind, How do you tell me what kind of car I will buy?

The car was listed at $19,999.When they added in their "fees" it was almost another $1000. Those "fees"? Pure profit.The fine print on the paperwork even called it profit. I wasted four hours on what I thought was a decently priced car. The reasonable price is bait to get you through the door. The price listed on CarGurus should be the price not including sales tax. Why not just list a nice car at $99 and fail to mention car dealer fees of $20,000? It's just as dishonest. Of corse after the hidden fees you then have taxes and registration. Unfortunately folks think those dealer fees are things they have to pay like sales tax. They are not. It is a made-up add on to increase profit. Tell me the REAL price... not $19,999 plus fees. Just tell me you're selling the car for $20,800 plus sales tax and be done with it. They'll claim they are a no-haggle dealership. Forget that. Salesman, Matt Tellier was more than helpful, honest and genuine unlike all other car sales experiences! He did not waste my time or money. Well worth 5 hour drive one way. I highly recommend him! Best deal within 500 mile radius! My husband and I wish to do all car purchases through Matt Tellier! Joe Mosher detailed car before leaving, he was knowledgeable and courteous. He detailed car beautifully! I hope he is appreciated for his work by his employer!

I sent an email from cars.com and one from car gurus.com and then finally sent one to their car lots website email. After 3rd try, finally got a response and the car was sold. Pretty pitiful. If they called to begin with, we may have been able to buy the car.
