Zack was great to work with.
This was a total bait and switch. We drove 30 miles from Kentucky only to realize that "someone just put a
deposit on this car". They were more than happy to show us a more expensive higher mileage car. Today's date
is 10/4, the visit date was 9/20 and the 2019 Honda Civic Sport FWD is still showing for sale at the dealership.
Another issue was finding the dealer. They were not even named iAuto. We had an appointment from the day
before and confirmed that the car was still available so they had my contact inforfmation. We wanted this car,
no other. If they had contacted me to let me know about the deposit I would have turned around and went
home. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!!!
As many previous recommendations- do not waste your time. I can’t believe they are in business. I called them a few times about a great deal before driving 2 hrs. They said everything was great with the car, and twice said they would send interior pics, but didn’t. I made the trip, calling one final time 5 mins before arriving. I get there, sit for 10 minutes while they “bring the car up” only to be told the car was at another lot being sold and I could look at alternate cars. I left and 4 hours later they call me stating that I could come look at the car tomorrow. I questioned about the claimed “sale which just led to another story. They even called a week later to see I wanted to look at the car. LOL

This dealer is shady. They sell used cars, I get it. But when they actively lie, deny and try to hide flaws it's disgusting. Don't believe the warranty will do much, because if its a "wear-and-tear" item they won't do it. New car: three days later $1,500 mechanic bill they won't cover. Don't buy from here.

bought a car here. they had me sign documents through text then never sent them in email or mail… the text links later deleted. they also lied about a giving us the correct tax form and never returned our calls to obtain the correct document. you should never work with this business they will scam you.

I contacted this dealer about a car they had for sale on CarGurus.com. The lady who spoke with me was very friendly and helpful. Their car is interesting but has high mileage and I am not sure if they have many service records despite the high mileage. They are also about 500 miles away, and that would add to the cost. I would prefer to buy a car closer that I can drive and see how it feels. I have not bought another vehicle yet but am still looking.

The dealer is about 1 1/2 hrs from home. No way to pickup the car. They made arrangements to have it delivered.Great place to deal with.
called many times to verify condition of the car .was told everything was fine Car was ready to go. Got approved. Told him I had $10,000 to put down. But then called back and changed it to 7000 and they said that would not be a problem. Turns out it was a problem .after making me drive three hours and renting a room for two days. Total of the trip was almost $1000 went to take the car for a test drive and the driver seat power motor was blown, I was not able to drive the car .went as passenger. While driving heard a noise coming from either the transmission or the rear .after that check engine light came on .then passenger side window switch was not working, passenger seat warmer not working .air conditioning and heating controls not working . Not in the description of the car. And never disclose any of that to me . wanted me to pay for the repairs out of my pocket $2250 and would not fix everything. Then they say that’s why the price of the car because of all the problems with it
Since their post didn’t include picture of the car, I simply requested to have pics sent before making a decision to go check it out. At first, I was told the car wasn’t on the lot, so they wanted me to come to look at other cars. At the end of the day, it was a huge waste of time of messaging and calling back and forth because I still don’t know what the car looks like.

Wednesday. When he did call me back

him on Saturday and him leaving a message
on my phone Saturday. I immediately called
back Saturday and he was busy every time
after that. After our conversation on
Wednesday he was supposed to email me a
buyers order so I could get the financing
done Thursday and pick it up on Friday still
no buyers order so I call back and heâs off
today. Thatâs when I asked to speak with a
manager and he was no help just made
excuses about them being busy. I told him I
would just look elsewhere and he acted like
whatever and said ok. Would not

The dealer was very responsive to my inquiry. Unfortunately upon further review of the measurements of the trunk I realized the vehicle would not meet my needs so canceled the appointment. The dealer was very understanding and I would do business with them in the future.

The salesman I dealt with was a nice guy. But the messed up part was when I asked if the truck was straight and what was up with it, I was told it was mint. Flew all the way out to ohio from ct, just to get under it and see it was rotted out big time. And found multiple issues with the truck. Wasnt worth nearly what they wanted and wouldnt negotiate. All I will say....is do your research before wasting time like I did...

It was a good experience
Horrible customer service and sales representative lied to me saying that the car doesn’t have any rust spots and I drove to this dealer from Nashville upon his words and found out that the SUV is full of rust everywhere on the frame and wheel hubs and towing hitch

The worst, flew from Chicago to pick my car up in Cincinnati, and when I arrived and took the car for a test drive not only was the check engine light on but the car had 126,000 miles on it and the ad said 115,000 miles on it. They didn’t take the time to wash it or detail it or vacuum it before presenting it to me. Absolutely the worst Experience buying a car ever and even after spending $600 and wasting the whole day,it was good lesson learned!!! They’re also trying to keep my $1030 deposit on the car. they should be investigated by the BBB

Didn't have the vehicle I initially wanted but came back today to test ride a new one they got in the other day. Ended up loving it and buying it.
Liked the communication and no haggle approach. What you see is what you get and that's not something I'm used to at used lots. Used lots
need to sell their vehicles to you. This place chooses to sell to the public so we can get discounts that other dealerships get. I liked it a lot.
I received a standard email reply to my email that didn't address not answer my question. Not sure if reply was automatic form reply or drafted and sent as original; if the latter then I must wonder why they didn't answer my question. Perhaps the dealer gets overwhelmed by online inquiries and can't invest time to read each one.

Very poor experience. Bought a 15' sti from them. They lied about it being not moded. They lied about the accident being a fender bender(hole passenger side was recked) they cleared codes which subaru confirmed was deleted multiple times. 2 cam position sensors, maf and iac failed in less than 30 days. Over 1k in parts to fix. I will not even buy a lawnmower from these guys. I reached out to them about the issues and no reply. Very dishonest and poor customer service.

I contacted this dealer. I was interested in three trucks listed for sale online. The trucks did not have a picture. I requested pictures for each. The salesman decline to send pictures saying they have such a large inventory that their turnover is really high. He said he would not be able to take pictures of them for me. Funny thing is, it’s 1.5 weeks later and two of the trucks are still for sale on their lot. So, I am no longer interested in their service and will be paying cash for a truck at another lot.
Not so good. No one ever just stayed to help me. They would always leave my wife and i in a cubical while the run off to make a call, or so they say. Everytime they came back, it was something different that they needed, they say that the finance company would not accept my other income even though i been at my job for over 6 and a half years. Then they had me put down another $2000 on top of the $2000 i had to put down to begin with when i got pre-qualified. The car advertised with 123,069 miles but when i got in it to test drive it, it actually had 123,866 miles on it. That should have been less money. Nobody really stayed with me to explain anything about what was going on. Somehow when i finally signed the papers, i found out that they charged me $2000 for a service contract, wth. My wife's service contract from where she got her car was only $650. My original deal was suppose to have been $1700 @ $190 a month, but its more even with the $4000 i had to put down

Very dishonest! I will never deal with them again. I purchased 2 cars from them and each one I already had to put over a thousand dollars in both of the cars. The dealer is nice until you buy the car. And the tables change and they become real rude. I will be going to the BBB With my complaints cause if I can stop them from selling junk cars to people from leaving a review I will try my best to stop that from happening. Just like it happened to me. Hate I had to give one star cause this dealer do not deserve that. I can go on and on about this dealer but I think I got my point across.

They were really helpful and friendly! It was my first time buying a car and they were so patient with me, and their cars are great quality!
I emailed this dealer with no response. I called and left a voicemail, and got no return call. After a few days I was able to speak with someone via telephone who actually was very helpful. I inquired about a specific truck, and confirmed it was still available. I applied for financing on the dealer website as soon as we hung up. I received a return call from the dealer about 30 minutes later stating I was approved. I was asked when I would like to come in and complete the deal. I said I’ll be there as soon as you open tomorrow at 9 AM. I was told sorry the earliest appointment is 10 AM. I said ok I’ll be there at 10. I got a ride and arrived at 9:44 AM with my down payment. I was told upon arrival that the truck was sold that morning. I asked if the person who bought it had an appointment, and they said no he just showed up before you. I explained that I had an appointment and was told I couldn’t come at 9 AM. Approval for nothing, appointment for nothing, and no call to update sale.
You don't have a minus sign for stars. Total waste of time. 7 hrs driving . After 3 phone calls. Then tell an A+ credit person you can't get financed on a puticular auto. Because the auto isn't up to lender standards.They shop your credit. Promise to find what you are looking for and will call you back. After 7 calls you finally get. A hold of a person they are nasty and consending.It is making me put a star to submit rating.

I understand that Hamilton county is red, but there wasn't a single face mask in sight at this
dealership or hand sanitizer to be found during the midst of a global pandemic. Truck still
had license plates on, it's the managers daily driver that he's just waiting for some sucker
to take off of his hands. He has hit something to rip off the running board step, and the
rear bumper is clearly damaged/loose but that was news to them when asked about the
loose molding. I wish I had paid more attention to their poor rating before making the trip
to be highly disappointed.

I ask if truck had rust and Sy told me it had no rust! When I arrived, my first look found a hole large enough for a child’s hand. He told me he was a salesman and wasn’t going to get down and look there! I directly ask him to check the location I saw the rust! I would be very suspicious of being ripped off at this dealership!
Terrible customer service. Tried dealing within place several times. Said they would check truck out and get back to us by days end. Still waiting 4 weeks. Called again said they would get back with us about truck. We sent pictures of our truck they said they would evaluate and get back later in the day. I stopped in to look at a 2012 Dodge ram 2500, and after viewing a few other options of the lot, I
ended up buying a similar truck to the Dodge Ram I originally inquired about that wasn't listed on
their website yet. It was newer and how lower miles but it was a 1500 vs the 2500 I was originally
looking at. Couldn't be happier about my new truck, as well as this dealership.

Everything went smooth with the salesman sweet talked me insured me nothing was wrong with the truck I bought but they don’t sell quality vehicles I drove the truck 300 miles just for transmission to go out and then there insurance I bought from them refused to help as well.....terrible terrible place! Wanted to negotiate, but salesman said they are no haggle. I said okay and asked about a different car and didn't hear back from him.
I contacted dealer asking for pictures of vehicle and if vehicle was still available. On my second inquiry I found out from a salesperson that they don't have the vehicle yet until the next week. Well I sent a text to the salesperson who responded to my text the next week asking about the vehicle. I was still interested and asked if vehicle showed up at his lot. I have seen vehicle on their website still being listed and no pictures yet. Have not heard anything to this date.
Called dealership twice and spoke with same salesperson asking to send better pictures of truck. I am an out of state buyer that was pre approved. First reply was there's pictures on web site. I explained there was many reflections and shadows and I wanted to make sure it was clean. Salesperson said its clean just look at pictures again. I then called again and sales person was not in and the sales person I spoke with wouldn't help me, said he would leave a message to call me. They never returned my call, so I called again, spoke with my salesman again asking for pictures, he reluctantly said he would take new pictures and send them. Needless to say no pictures and never heard from him again.

If you ask to test drive it make sure you call before you leave and see if they actually even have the car still because if they have sold it they won’t call you to tell you until you get to the dealership.
Did not receive any correspondence after the second email. No follow up and very, little detail to my requests about the vehicle service history. I asked for specific details and received a “canned” response—twice. This could have been an easy sale!! How many people have the money to buy and afford to own this Aston Martin? Repairs are expensive hence the reason for the detailed questions. The salesman said the car was “serviced” yet the closest Aston Martin dealer for service is in Cleveland? You guys lost an easy sale...

The car was painted horribly which is not on the description and when asking about it the answer I got was “I didn’t know about that” shocks and some other minor things also needed done. This place does not have quality cars nor service, not a single employee was wearing a mask during the pandemic.

I somewhat understand that this is likely a dealership policy, but they were
insistent that I come in the dealership although some many are willing to deal
online and especially during the pandemic. I even explained that I already
had financing and that a document could be sent to them and they still said
they could not do that. So, I passed and went somewhere else. Too bad
because it looks like they have some nice vehicles online.

Made a ridiculous offer for my trade in. My trade is valued from $3800 to $6000 on all valuation web sites (trade in value). The resale was about 3k higher. These folks offered me $1000. Insulting. They could have just said they were not interested in taking my trade. I will never do business with this company.
I messaged about an 06 grand Cherokee and received an response fairly quickly.I told him I'm coming about an hr away to check it out. So the test drive was going great for the first 5 minutes.But then a grinding noise started coming from the back of the vehicle. I immediately express my concern and I was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle.He told me it was grinding because I wasn't applying enough pressure on the gas pedal while we were going uphill.It didn't make sense to me but he assured that's the issue.So I went up the same Hill again but this time floored it. The grinding was gone. Again, didn't make sense to me. But since it was my very first time ever driving a Jeep, Im thinking okay maybe he's right. So I purchase the vehicle, paid cash, and take it all the way back to my city,only for the grinding to return and worse. Took it to a mechanic shop and I'm told it needs a rear end, a $3,000 fix. They said whoever sold the car knew this issue exists. Don't recommend.
They replied back to my request for information, but did not fulfill my request for more pictures. Instead they just told me to drive any hour up
to the dealership, which is why I wanted more pictures so I didn't waste my time. However, upon reading their online reviews, their dealership
seems super sketchy. They have horrible reviews and their "good ones" seem totally fake. They all say the exact same thing, and there's a ton
of them in a row right after bad reviews are posted. Just beware and be careful of this place. Vehicles may seem fine during test drive, and
then after a few days or a week, they have major issues. Sketchy dealerships are experts at masking problems for a few days until the vehicle
is sold. Not saying they do this, since I haven't bought a vehicle from them, but that's just the "uh-oh" feeling I get from reading their reviews
where other people had nightmare situations. It is unfortunate, bc i am obsessed with a truck there, that "looks" perfect.

Very good buying experience
Contacted dealer. Rep knew I was driving 1.5 hours away to look at specific vehicle. Never mentioned that it was not ready for purchase. Pulled up on lot, rep that made me schedule an apt with him was not available. Vehicle was nothing like pictures. And to top it off, even if I wanted to purchase I could not because it was getting body work done and would not be available for weeks! Waste of a drive. Would not recommend.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The dealership let us travel almost 5 hours with the pretense that this vehicle looked like the online pictures they
presented and telephone conversations never divulged anything concerning the condition of the outside of the truck. The detail work was poor.
Tires were blackened, but the underneath around the hitch was rusty with no effort to paint or detail it. After traveling to the lot with full
intentions to purchase this vehicle (check in hand), we found the vehicle with rust, paint peeling, and damage near the fender. Left the lot
without the truck. We came almost 5 hours back home. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! BEWARE!

Was told to come up and drive the vehicle when driving there. 10 minutes later when I arrived the business owner told me they were closed! I went there with my kids, out of our way instead of going to di ner for the owner to lie to my face!!! Then when I said I just was told to come there, he said that they didnt allow test drives after 730pm... it was 720. He obviously didn't care that me and my kids drove there or that we wanted to buy a car. He had more inportant things to do I guess, like lie strait to my face... wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!

Called about the car, spome to sales rep, who was not very friendly, told him I was on my way to look at car and it would take me about 30 mins to get the location. After I arrived I started looking around at their cars in the lot. Owner came out and asked if he could help me. Asked to see the Masserati and he told me it was across the street at the other lot. I said fine I would like to see it. He said it has a down payment on it and I could not see it or look at it. I told him I call and talked to his sales rep and he did not me tion that and that his rep was rather rude. Owner became beligerent with me at this point. Not very professional. I see the car is still for sale after I was there 3 weeks ago, this doesnt surprise me with their behavior.

Really wanted yr he car and still considered driving 3 hours to look at it, but wasnt guaranteed an appointment. Decided not to waste my time and get a email on the day after I was wanting to go see the car saying I missed the appointment I wasnt guraunteed. Dudes are a joke, never would I ever consider calling them again let alone buy from them.

Salesman was very prompt in answering my inquiry very courteous and helpful. The listing on Cargurus was wrong
as the car did not have Naviagation or entertainment system. I was told this when I first inquired about the vehiclle.
Test drive was fine and we purchased the car.
Tyler was a great salesman. Answered whatever questions I had, honest if he was unsure of something, put gas in the car, and even let me know that I overpaid by $200 when I would've been none the wiser. Lot has some nice cars on it, and an honest salesman on board. I'll check here 1st before any next purchase and I recommend anyone else to do the same.
I worked with Tyler on my purchase of a 2012 F150 they had, he was very responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns about the truck. Which was great because I live in st louis MO and they're based out of Ohio. I was able to make a deposit and them hold the truck for a few days before I had the chance to drive out there and buy it. Very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. I talked with other sales members throughout my inquiring stage and all were very helpful as well.

Reached out and the dealer contacted me via email. Emailed them back to no avail and eventually called and set up a meeting. Test drive the car no issues. Sat down to make a deal and initially the salesman tried to haggle and get me to pay a large sum down b/c I have limited credit experience. Was eventually able to make deal at a fair price. Overall was a pleasant experience for buying my first vehicle wished the process would have went a little faster in the negotiations. Nevertheless I would recommend.
After asking several questions about the condition of the car, which was
completely false answers. Since I am 600 miles away, I asked them what
would be there best out the door price. They told me there was a $400+ Doc
fee, and a temp tag fee that brought the total to over $9000. I guess they
don't look at their own ads, because it shows that they had it for $7495 in the
past. It also shows that it has been for sale on their lot for 305 days. I guess
if it doesn't sell after almost a year they keep marking it up, lol

*Warning* Do not buy from this dealer! Where to begin.... I was insulted
by the salesman, Tyler, while negotiating pricing when he said "Man, if a
couple of hundred dollars is going to break you, maybe you shouldn't be
buying a car." At this point I realized I was dealing with an amateur
salesman, but was still interested in the car enough to take a look for
myself. I drove 3 1/2 hours to find out that the "excellent condition" car
was in fair/ good condition at best. Tyler had told me multiple times that
the car was in excellent condition and needed nothing. Excellent
condition by the way accounts for less than 4% of the cars on the road.
He knew nothing about where the vehicle came from, refused to give me
the previous owner's contact info, and was unhelpful in providing any
assistance in getting the car checked out by a certified mechanic. Despite
the fact that he knew nothing about the car, he kept pushing the fact that
the car was a one owner which made me suspicious. Once I arrived at
the lot, I was shocked to see the condition of the vehicle and how much
work it was going to need under the hood (serpentine belt, radiator
hoses, multiple oil leaks, filthy coolant, ect.) While driving the car, I heard
a grinding noise from the rear end of the car and later discovered that
the rear end was going out in the car and would most likely need to be
replaced entirely "$1000- $1200". I spent 45 minutes with the car and
knew more about the vehicle than the seller knew after having the car on
his lot for 3 weeks. Tyler acted as if he knew nothing about the rear end
and upon refusing to buy he told me that he would just sell the car to
someone else. I just hope that buyer isn't going to be you! You've been
warned.
