Very nice. Tom is his name. Just couldn’t come to terms on price which I believe was extremely good for the car. 5 stars for Tom. 3 for the sales manager

Dealer responded with a price of 27k+ saying it was marked down from 32k which for a 2014 that had cosmetic damage repaired it shouldn't be unless it was an E550 or AMG. Anyway then told me for Black Friday I could get it for 26750 lol and they already have it marked down to 26890. No real deal there!!! I asked for a price of 24500 - 25k which is reasonable but he proceeded to tell me it's a Mercedes dealership etc so automatically the price is higher of course. Yet they aren't confident enough to give a warranty on the car because it's a 2014. So how am I supposed to be confident believing in them or that it was properly serviced. Anyway I asked for him to speak to his manager about the price and he stated that he already did with more about how much the 2014 is worth cuz it's on their lot etc...... Told him to give me a call if they are serious about selling it for a reasonable price and left it at that. Don't need to hear the smoke n mirror price show or have my time wasted. Thx

Traveled hours to see the car based on one picture on the ad, sales person described it as having a “scuff” when I arrived however it was a dent in the rocker the size of my hand that had exposed rust showing. Dealer did not want to properly blend the side of the car to take fare of the repair. Also specifically asked over the phone if they use credit unions for financing and when I checked my credit report there were multiple hits from BMW finance And bank of America, zero from local unions as mentioned over the phone.
Sales Rep did not have any knowledge regarding the vehicle. He did not even know that the
vehicle was at their dealership. Perhaps this was because an employee at the dealer was driving
the car on a daily basis. Instead of the mileage of 12,750 the vehicle had over 14,000 miles. I got
the impression that since I was not buying a BMW they had very little interest in selling me a car.

Great dealer. They held the car for us because we live 250 miles away. When we arrived the car was ready to go. They let me do a full inspection on the car and even put it up on a lift for me to look at the under-carriage. They also gave me a full maintenance and car-fax report on the car.

Dealer contacted me - thank you. Perhaps I reached out to them too soon
as I did not have time to drop everything I was doing and go to the
dealership the same day/week. Perhaps how cars are bought/sold may
eventually change to something that is more creative (can see why the
companies that bring a car to you are gaining in popularity). I'd still like to
see the car - and will have to find or make time to do this that fits within the
hours that the dealership works. When a potential buyer advises that their
schedule won't permit immediate visitation of the car, contacting me 3-
times (after this) is not necessary. Perhaps figuring out another way to
make inspecting/looking at the car may help more than repeated
calls/texts/emails. Realize fully that the car may sell thru conventional
means - and that is certainly fine. Otherwise, appreciate the initial contact
made and experience would have been more stars if it was left at that. If
the car is still available whenever my schedule allows me to drive down to
see the car, a sale may also still result and this yet to be known/realized
experience may create or result in more stars in the rating that has been
given at this particular point in time. Thanks again.

Dylan Housman at I G Burton replied immediately to our info request. We followed through; arrived at the dealership 2 hours later, and bought the car! The folks at this dealership were amazingly accommodating, and had prepared the vehicle perfectly! I describe our car buying experience as beyond ideal! First time in 16 years buying a new (new to us) car; it was a peerless purchase!

I test drove the SLK 280. Looked good. I paid $150 to take it to a mechanic near by yo have it checked out before I purchased it. The car had many issues that were not disclosed. Rust damage, oil leaks, bent rims, etc. Mechanic recommend to stay away from this car.

Awesome dealer. Took the time to listen and remedy my concerns. Never felt pressured and I highly recommend this dealership, especially Ariel, the Internet Sales Manager. As a result I did purchase the car and they even delivered it to my home which was about an hour away.
