I love small town dealships. The group @ Zinc Motor Co. are awesome. Very friendly and engaging, I felt comfortable. I told them what car I was interested in and what I could do. They said, OK . And they are a bit of Missouri Automotive history and should be preserved as such, while giving great deals on vehicles.

I work at the local auto auction and was interested in a unit Zink had for sell that was at the auction. Jeff allowed me to test drive it and take it to our mechanic for an inspection. He also came down a great deal on price. In the end, we didn't go with the unit, but through it all, Jeff was very friendly and helpful.

I live an hour away from the dealer. As a courtesy I called to let them know I was on the way. The vehicle I went to look at was running out of gas. When cranked up They went and got a can of gas. The truck was it took a bit for gas to get in system. As this was going on. I am thinking to myself. I called you out of respect to let you know I was coming and you don't even have enough gas to crank it up. Especially with gas station across the street. So I thanked for time and left

Great experience. They contacted me promptly and were very helpful in describing the truck they had. It was in my top 4 I was looking at. I bought one just a little older with the same miles that fell into my budget. Thanks for working for me and sorry I couldn't step up to that one. They had a Nice truck that would really fit my needs and I thought it was priced great. I will be looking for another truck in the next 6 months and most likely will be checking back with them.

they called me once , told me that they would check into a dew things on my desired vehicle , they have never called back , again !!

Curt called and left a very clear and friendly voice-mail. We visited his FORD dealership on Saturday and he was there to offer a very laid-back, non-aggressive approach to showing us two vehicles and allowing a test-drive. A perfect match for us. He explained that due to age/miles, the vehicle could not be financed with Ford Motor Credit, otherwise we would have bought this vehicle. A local dealership (we also rated on car guru) had financing (said TU score was 777, we agreed to 42 mo at 6.5% over 48 mo at 6.99% with 2yr/24000 add on warranty) They sent us home that day (also Saturday) in a Ford Escape hybrid with 12,000 more miles and a year older, but also took $6200 and our trade (232000 Ford Taurus POS) As sales goes, we easily would have preferred that Curt be our FIRST AND FINAL salesman at Zinc Motors.

Even though they had sold that vehicle the same day I inquired about it, they responded back to me that very same day to inform me that it had been in a timely and friendly manner.

I did not hear from them until after I purchased a car from another dealer.
