OK they are high on the price went to test drive and the car was not even ready to be sold. The sales lady did let me drive it on the lot but it was a waste of time.

The best way to know how good a business is is to experience a problem and see how they handle it. We purchased a used car and it was in excellent shape. After we had it home for a few days, we realized it was leaking fluid from the rear. I called Zeigler and they were very sorry to hear about it. They offered to bring it in and they would take care of it. After a new seal did not stop the leak, they replaced the entire differential at no cost to us. Plus, they put us in a new Camry for a week while the part was on order. That's the kind of service we all pray for. I will be going back for future car purchases.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with! I contacted them to inquire about a 2019 Subaru Impreza they had. I asked for pictures and for the best price that they could offer, and asked for a proposal, which stated all their fees, estimated taxes and such. They kept insisting on me being present at the dealership to discuss pricing, which in translation means- ITS A SCAM! If the dealership is unwilling to provide to a prospective buyer, their best offer, and be honest about their price, fees and such, the only reason they want for you to come there, is so they can try and screw you over. I was surprised that a WI dealership would do this, considering that typically it is ILL dealerships do this quite often. In other words, it's a classic bait and switch sale tactic, where the price listed is one price, and when you get there, like magic, new fees appear, and most of them you cannot remove. I sent several emails, and not a peep back. So crappy customer service to boot.

Great experience, salesman, Tom, was not pushy at all. He worked with us, to get us the car we wanted, and a deal we were comfortable with. The only reason the rating is not 5 stars is because we waited almost 2 hours for financing, and the store was not busy. Everyone we encountered in the process acted like a professional.

I went in to test drive this vehicle. From the beginning, I stated that I wanted to go through my own bank. Sales rep, Billy, gathered information from me insisting it was needed to verify my identity. But in actuality, he & his sales manager still went on & shopped around with lenders, when I told him that’s not what I wanted. I do not recommend this dealer!

Dealer is over confident that his prices are right. Seems to be ignorant of the fact that used cars prices are dropping and not every dealer adds a premium to new cars. Willing to address the issues with the car, but too firm on pricing. Living in a different world. I've noticed this with many dealers. Used cars are setting for months, because they are over priced

I felt like it was a bait and switch. There was an advertised price, and there was a document fee listed on the website, but when I asked for an out the door price there was a $2,500 fee for ceramic coating. I told Elvis the salesperson I was dealing with that I did not want it ceramic coated and he said that it’s an added dealer fee that can not come off. It just felt dishonest and like they were trying to add to the listed price. If the price would have been advertised $2500 higher I still would have been interested in the vehicle. But the way it was added into the purchase price on top of the advertised price did not sit well with me. I’m sure they sold the truck because it was very nice, the way the extra fees that I see as options was added was not transparent and for that reason I chose to not buy the truck.

DECEPTIVE MARKETING; The advertised price was $13,999 on a 2012 prius with over 100k miles. With hidden fees above and beyond the title fees, the bottom line was an additional $4500! putting this car over $18,000. When I asked Jennifer Mora what the additional charges were, Zeigler did not reply. I researched Google reviews and found that this dealership has a history of last minute surprise up charges. These type of business practices need to be called out. And I walked out!

I contacted this dealership regarding the 2020 prius , when I got there after one hour and a half drive there was a weird and sketchy dude called jonathon who started the process with us, we asked him a couple questions regards the car history he didn’t say anything until he pulled the car fax report then we discovered that the car was involved in a car accident and the airbags were deployed. I changed my mind about it but just wanted to give it one more try by having a spin then we suggested low offer just an excuse to leave this weird place, the accident was bad and the work that has been done to put the parts back was very poor and unprofessional obviously It’s just like an auction car. At the end he agreed to lower the price $450 and adding a total of $6000 fees and taxes and some MANDATORY dealer warranties. When we refuse the deal and tried to leave the salesman’s face turn red and started speaking with attitude he reminded me of the Robert de niro car salesman scene.

I was contacted by Raquel Torres, who stated that she wanted to help me. I appreciated that but the problem is I only have a few thousand with which to purchase a car and register, license, and insure it. The vehicles I looked at were very nice but not within my price range. I must be practical and frugal. I have no choice.

The price is not $14,990.00 They have a service fee of $399.00 that is added on once you are there. This information in embedded on their website. They install a tracking device called LoJack that cannot be removed so they say and that is another $499.00 - at 1st they signed me up for 7 years of this and that was $1099.00, all they would do is reduce it to 3 years and that was the $499.00 and to top it off they have a product called ZGuard that is applied and that is $1,895.00 - they will tell you that you can't purchase the vehicle if you don't sign for it. I had to go back 3 days later to have them remove $3000.00 worth of unnecessary charges. In regards to the Zguard, it states on the form that the agreement is not required in order to purchase the auto, but verbally these words were said to me. The LoJack paperwork also says you are not required to purchase the product to purchase the auto, but they will not remove it.

I did not end up buying the SR model instead got the Off Road model. Dealer did show what I came for and also went for test drive, dealer was also helpful in answering my questions about other models. Very easy to work with. I told them not to hold the car for me as the weather was bad and I couldn't make it over to test drive the car. The car sold, but they worked on finding another vehicle for me and were very helpful. I ended up buying a car more local to me, but would recommend them on my personal experience working with them.

Came in, left to think things over. Then I called the sales manager the next day and confirmed that I would take it at his price. He said the sales rep will call me for a deposit. He never did after two messages to him by me. Finally they called and said they sold the vehicle to someone else. NOT HAPPY about this. Is this the way they treat all paying customers?

We missed out getting the vehicle we wanted however we wanted to thank the staff at Racine Toyota for a professional and enjoyable experience. We worked with Matt Hansen who was very friendly, easy-going, and very helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

The dealer contacted me and quoted me an out-the-door price as I had requested. Unfortunately, the dealer quoted me an additional $1,800 for "Accessories", $174 for "Government Fees" and $300 for "Proc/ Doc Fees" over the advertised price on a Used car. That is almost $2,300 over the listed price on a used car. No, thanks. It would be a good idea to ask this dealer for an out-the-door price before you invest more time on your purchase decision.

The vehicle i inquired about sold two days after the dealer first contacted me. I went in to visit the dealer and seen it wasn’t on the lot anymore so I assumed it was sold and they verified that for me.

Closed deal over phone after reviewing car fax report. Because this dealer put in the write up the vehicle was maintained as a lease by a non smoker made a big difference to me. Very professional car dealer. Car was ready when I arrived. Very clean. Friendly staff. Price very good . So far very happy with purchase.

Racine Toyota was probably one of my best if not the best buying experiences I’ve had in my life and this was vehicle #22 for me. Lee Ann was very helpful and she understood my budget and made it work. I’m very happy with my overall buying experience and even happier with my new truck.

I bought my car from Racine Toyota 2months ago, but I still didn't get my license plate yet. We called financial manager Jason several times, he kept saying that the license plate was on the way. The guy who sold car to me and the sale manager are not working at the Racine Toyota any more. I don't know how to get my license plate. I paid for it but nobody taking care of that. I won't recommend anybody go to the dealer.

Horrible and misleading prices! Advertised as CPO and when making an offer they tacked in a CPO charge of $1000 on top of the advertised price. They also wanted to charge me for Auto Theft Insurance for $250. Shady practice!

The offer was declined.We do have other vehicles (Tacoma's ) that will fit your budget. The price listed will include CPO.

Had to drive an hour to get there to find out that the truck was rotting away. By the pictures they had taken you could not see it. I did expect the truck to have a little rust for the year but not rot. I feel I was miss lead.

Had appointment twice to test drive this vehicle. Both times the vehicle wasn't available. The salesman was rude and pushy. Wouldn't go back or recommend this dealership

Wound up buying a 2009 Corolla XLE instead-more features my teen wanted. Nice people, seemed a bit shorthanded for a weeknight. But we finished the deal before closing time. No complaints, but giving this 4 stars - nobody's perfect.

Contacted dealer through email never returned email. Following day I called them period I talked to the salesman Patrick who told me the truck was not available to see at the time cuz they were cleaning it up. Very suspicious sings it was on cruise.com already for two days. He told me he would call me back when it was ready to be shown. Never called back. Called two days later to find out that the car had been sold. I will never contact them again.

We are sorry for the way you feel. The vehicle you were inquiring about was actually sent and sold at an auction in a wholesale transaction as it did not pass our standard safety and mechanical inspection. It was not retiled to another consumer.

This car has been unavailable for months, dealer stated they have not been able to get the Internet Listing service to remove from site. Dealer said they would honor the price of this car and sell us a brand new 2016 for the same price. Needless to say this never happened. We wasted over an hour just in driving time to find out we once again were being scammed by another car dealer.

Car did it have options listed on site and it took a while to get return phone calls. I called several times to see the car and it took 24 hours to get a call back and the car did not have most of the options listed on your site

Responded but couldn't answer question I had. Vehicle was listed with a trim level different than what pictures of the car and interior showed. Stopped by without an appointment to look quickly......was greeted quickly but then when we viewed car the kid knew nothing about it and didn't even offer to find out answers. He said "I don't know" to everything. Suburban was is rough shape, and someone paid way too much for an LS that was advertised as an LTZ
