I feel like I was either dealing with a new employee, or they didn't want to do business with me. E mails were not tailored to the specific situation. It felt like a lack of responsiveness when I asked about a bid for a transporter and it came in redicously high, when I was able to get 10 quotes in 30 minutes at less than half their quoted price. The information on site had conflicting information and when I asked which was correct the internet person stated they would have to find out. I would have walked out to the vehicle and looked and called the person back. The internet price was the same as what I found online.....so what do I need to request an internet price for? This is not the experience I have had with any Subaru dealer in the past. I have owned 2 Subarus and currently own a Dodge diesel...I really expected more from Subaru.....thats why I was trying to buy from them.

Shot them a price I thought was fair. They came back with answer right away.Will recommend and use them in the future.Taking delivery this week.

My salesperson was very understanding and helpful; I just didn't 'fall in love' with the vehicle I drove almost 90 minutes specifically to see.

They were quick to respond and pleasant to talk to. Not willing to deal on price or anything else so I didn't go there.

They contacted me right away and kept in touch to let me know of changes in the status of the car. I decided not to pursue it further because it wasn't quite what I was looking for, but if the right vehicle was in their inventory I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them.

What I got for my trade and the lease terms were significantly better than other Subaru dealers. I got lease terms for 15K here that beat the price of 12k leases that I got from other dealers. My salesperson, Sway, was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend you at least check out Kenosha Subaru. You might like what you find.

The sales representative told me 100% that the car had zero issues. I drove 2-1/2 hour when I got there to test drive the car and found out that the 4wd low mode wasn't working...Even the sales manager came out and try to explained that it was working but the light was out..

Kenosha Subarus Internet Sales Specialist contacted me to let me know that the car I was interested in did not pass their rigorous inspection process and she would let me know when another one came in. That says a lot, that they're not going to pass anything off on you.
