Dealer has relentlessly harassed us. We receive at least 10 texts, voicemails and emails combined daily, still. We have not gone to see this vehicle because it has been so bad. We have had great experiences in the past with Miles at this location but the 3 people that keep contacting us are not helping.

My husband and I recently went to Zeigler of Racine to look at a used Subaru Forester that I had found on CarGuru, and Billy Sosbe was our sales consultant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful!!! He showed us the Subaru, went for a test drive with us, and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

Ended up buying it, best car I have owned since my 1995 Honda Prelude. All wheel drive, almost 30 mpg, quick merging ability, innovative technology, well engineered all around, great safety ratings, handles like a compact import not like a suv. Got a great warranty and peace of mind that goes with it. Would recommend this car to anyone looking for a great vehicle for a good price.

I emailed them on a vehicle that was listed for $24,990.00, I told them I needed $25K out the door, Salesman stated they could do that but need my address to compute taxes. He found out I was out of state and stated they did not collect out of state taxes. Then told me out the door price is now $25,898.00 with fees. Registration and taxes is another $2,000.00. So $3000 more than original agreed to. Little deceptive.

This dealership had the car my wife and I were looking for--Year, color, trim level, low mileage, safety, technology, and warranty. My wife and I ended up buying the car the day we went in to see and test drive it. Overall, we had a very good experience with this dealership, and so far love our car.

The car was listed for $34,990 after more than an hour and a half when they gave me the final price they included an extra $5000 in bogus fees for the paint and theft.
They didn’t want to give me my credit report.
They hold it and told me that the Wisconsin law requires that they keep it.
Now the car has a higher price of $36,467.
Please do not buy from this location, you are wasting your time and money.
The sales person lied me about the name of the manager.

Against my better judgment I went back to this dealership after having an unpleasant experience with them earlier in 2023. They had the vehicle I wanted so I thought I’d try again but I wished I hadn’t purchased from them! They did not honor my request NOT to run my credit with other finance companies. Lied and assured me they would ONLY run through Hyundai and the finance company I selected. Continued to try to up-sell me and pressure me to purchase products I did not want by presenting them as standard features/equipment even though they appeared on the invoice as separate items!!! They are very misleading and Eric, one of the managers is rude, very disrespectful, dismissive and condescending. I ONLY gave them 2 stars because I got the car I wanted. Overall CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, horrible.

Great experience dealing with Isaiah. We ended up going with an ioniq6 and were in and out in under three hours. We were waiting for something to go wrong, but it all went smooth. They even beat my own banks interest rate.
After days of haggling over the final price I would pay with my trade-in via text messages, I thought we had reached a deal so I told the salesman to text me the total amount I would pay (sales tax, license and title fees, etc.) Rather that doing that he texted that the amount offered for my trade-in wasn't a firm offer, but that he would look into it.
I feel that I was deceived by the entire process and after reading so many negative reviews of Zeigler I guess I'm not alone with my review.
Thank God I didn't drive over an hour to find all this out.
Honestly the best dealer experience I've had. They were professional, but not stuffy or rude and got me in to a great car! Highly recommend!

I arivived there to test drive a car had No gas deaer had to get a card to fill it up the car he put in 2 gallons vs fill up.
car description wasnt accurate I inquired they assured me it wasnt . when discussing price there were add ons which I didnt want they took off some.

i am very disappointed in this dealership. They are posting stock pictures of used vehicles, the ads do not match the
picture. I was interested in this vehicle, asked for real pictures to view. Never received any. Now today, I saw another
vehicle of interest and same thing.
Very misleading and a waste of time and gas if I would have driven down there to look at something pictured, but only to
discover it was the not the correct picture.

I purchased the 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from this dealership. These crooks marked up $2000 dollars worth of paint/fabric option claiming
that it was free. This is one of the most deceptive dealership, DO NOT Shop with them.
When confronted about the additional cost, they refused to reimburse me; claiming that its already on the car.

just ok. They will not haggle on price but, their price was below market average so I took the deal.
I have not had a follow up call on the deal. All dealerships do this! I wish I would have popped the
hood on this 2015 Silverado (my fault) at the dealership.
I did when I got home and this thing was FILTHY!!!! I guess the previous owner lived on a gravel
road because the engine compartment was full of dusty dirt! If they ever call me I will let them
know that this is not the condition you sell a vehicle in. But, price was right for me.
Made an appointment to come see the vehicle. Car wasn’t there. Waited over an hour for it to come in. The good - the car was very clean. It looked perfect. Would have bought it on the looks alone. The bad - had a loud vibrating noise while driving. Had a wheel bearing out on it. The ugly - dealer wanted me to commit to buying it before I left since he supposedly had other people looking at the car. I told them good luck selling it in its present condition. Was not happy with how I was treated. Should have been an easy deal. I was pre-approved for financing and was going to purchase an extended warranty. They lied their way out of a sale. Acted like they didn’t know there was a problem with the car they just took in on a trade a few days before.

They did a great job. I emailed that I was interested and within minutes got a responds. The dealership was an hour away so we hopped in the car that night. A salesman was waiting with the car for us. We drove it home that night. Very friendly. Would definitely buy from there again.

Nice upfront experience over many phone/ email exchanges. Reviewed their "inspection" report with a staff member. Read the car fax. I was told that the
car was "as pictured" - "no surprises" (ha). Came to an "all in" price pending the test drive/ inspection. Seems the pics were taken at a strategic angle to
conceal considerable unreported/undisclosed damage. Which I learned of just before driving 1 1/2 hours to test drive the car. On the test drive; the car
ran rough, and the engine light came on. Next day the sales rep reported the light was caused by a plug being fowled by an oil leak (not reveled in their
"inspection" report) and that gasket would need replacing. I asked for an extra $91 off the car... which didn't even cover the parts cost to fix the damaged
bumper. Adrian wasn't budging. I didn't buy. Started out really nice; ended pretty sketchy. Only one star for typical used car dealer deceptive practices.
One extra star for the good communication by Gene & Lisa.

Told her I’m coming from over 50 miles away to see it and asked to please have it pulled up as I don’t have a lot of time. I get there and they don’t have the vehicle. They showed us the car, said it wasn't ready to test drive, then told us it was sold. It was a bait and switch.
Great interaction with Racine Hyundai. Little disappointed about the surprise $996 Wisconsin inspection fee.

The cars A/C didn't work, the car had a terrible shake when applying the brakes, there a year in the rear leather seat, the center wheel hub with the Buick emblem was missing and the plastic seatbelt latch cover was missing on one of the rear passenger seats.
When I tried to negotiate the price, considering what I learned from friends and family on what they spent, they dismissed me without even offering a counter offer.
Then seeing as I was there and made the 1 hour trip, I asked about another vehicle on thier website. It was more money but had substantially lower milage. I explained I'd be will to pay more for a car with that many fewer miles, but after looking on the lot I was told it wasn't there.
Wasn't a fan of how things were handled.

They would not give me quotes in an email. Scoffed at me when I requested it. The general manager never replied to my email. I did not do business with them.

After further review this is not a actual lead and is a competitor.
If you EVER deal with this dealership, ask about the extra fees they are going to tack onto the
price of the vehicle. They list for a low price and then charge for "passive security" which costs
them $10 and they charge $299. Oh, and that car isn't really a CPO vehicle. It's CPO
"inspected". If you really want it to be a CPO vehicle, you are going to have to pay an extra
$1500 or more. Car dealerships have a general bad name exactly because of places like this.
Tried to sell me the wrong SUV, then argued with me when I was looking at a different one. Finally test drive the SUV I was interested in, turns out the all wheel drive was broken and making rattling after tell me that they do a complete inspection. Then only offered me $88 for a 2008 Toyota Corolla. I would NEVER go back to that dealership

The dealer tried to add over $1400 of "charges" to the price listed. $14,490 ended up being $16,400; taxes and license were less than
$1000.

The dealership was nice enough and the people helping me were very courteous, but I received way too many
emails and text messages about my appointment. Almost to the point of being turned off and cancelling.

Drove all the way from Milwaukee to test drive a car that wasn't even on the property. After I called to make an appointment and was told it was there to drive.
The music inside was completely inappropriate to the point that if my children were with I would have said something.

Got in touch with me right away. Excellent customer service. Ended up buying a new car from them and had an amazing experience! Steven did great and andrew was an amazing finance manager who got me in and out quickly! Would recommend to everyone!
I was very interested in this car. The Cargurus listing stated that the vehicle
had been thoroughly inspected by their factory certified technicians. I made
an appointment for a test drive and drove 2 hours to the dealership. When I
arrived I was told the vehicle did not pass inspection and was on the wa y to
the auction block. The salesman, and the Sales Manager said they were very
sorry. They could have called, texted, or emailed me to cancel the
appointment but they did not. They have many 1 Star reviews which I should
have paid more attention to.

I contacted this dealership after getting an e-mail that they had a price drop.. the price was then $16,990. We were getting e-mails everyday to come test drive it, finally I sent back an e-mail on when I would come... to my surprise they raised the price to $17,990. Very disappointed

To many additional charges and terrible interest rate. Car not available for
appointment time, someone else had the car out. Salesman not interested in

checked boxes checked for noise and leaks, blown off as tech didn't fill it out
properly????????????? Had bought a car previously form them but feel I

Started discussing an 2013 Elantra GT on Monday with an internet sales associate that was listed for $6990. On Tuesday, when I made arrangements for my wife to drive three hours to test drive the car, they raised the price by $1000. I called back and asked what had happened. I spoke with Adrian, the GM, for twenty minutes. He told me they had incurred costs on had to recoup those costs. I told him the I was interested in the car at $6990, because our budget was $7000. He was unapologetic and just told me that he didn't understand why I kept coming back to the advertised price of $6990. He then quoted me a price of $7432 with an out the door price of $8596, but refused to provide me with a breakdown of that pricing.
There is obviously a reason this dealer ship has only a 2.5 rating on Yelp and 3.5 on CarGurus.

Very disappointing experience. The advertised car was actually not functional. We called ahead to ensure the car was there before driving an hour to get there. We were told on site that the car was not drivable due to a bad engine. No one followed up to apologize or see if they could be further assistance. Won’t be going back or recommending this dealership.

Although I did not buy a car from them YET when I need my next car bodie will be my go to man. So smart so knowledgeable and willing to work extra hours, and talk when ever you have questions. In the world we live in today which lazy people and left and right it’s refreshing to see some one like bodie with such good work ethic and desire to help.

Vehicle was ready and appeared as described on web. Ultimately got to an acceptable price after dealership added some services which were not of value to me for this vehicle. Staff were courteous. Waiting for resolution of problem identified after I took delivery (air conditioning, which I forgot to check during inspection).

This dealership misrepresented the Hyundai Sonata they advertised on Car Guru. They pursued me for a visit and then switched to an inferior car model with the same stock number. Good thing I caught this before I drove 80 miles to see the car.

I can’t say how great of an experience it was to work with Racine Hyundai. Matt was a very knowledgeable and precessional sales person. I never felt pressured at all. I will make sure to tell everyone to go see him when they need a new vehicle.

I test drove a used car that was dumping oil out of it from the rear valve cover seals and the salesman was not very willing to do anything to work with me on the problem and it took two days for the manager to get back to me about a solution for the problem.

Very disappointed in the dealer. I called ahead of time to verify I was coming to look at a specific car, and was told to come in. I drove 64 miles to see this car. When I got there, I was met with a salesman, who took down some information from me, and then was told to wait while he got the car. He proceeded to bring out a different car, and told me the car I was there to see had been sold the NIGHT before. I should have been told the car was not there when I called the next day. Also, the car he brought out was not even the same brand as what I was there to see. I feel this dealership was trying to pull a bait and switch on me, and I will never visit them again, nor could I recommend them to anyone..

I was very interested in the car I drove 40 minutes to go TEST DRIVE.
Virtually no parking. I spoke with the internet sales person thinking I would deal with her...no. Ok, serveral salesman standing outside, one followed me in asking me question. (Maybe it was his "up" or was trying to get the jump on others. Bad move, Back off!!!) He has me sit down and I HAVE to answer some questions...hmmm, I want to TEST DRIVE a car. He basically makes me sit there, answer his questions. FINALLY he brings the car around to TEST DRIVE. He brought the WRONG car I figured later, more expensive I'm sure, this car had electric seats, where the one I was looking at did not have this. Get in the car, find out through some questions I asked, I cannot take on the freeway unless I turn back to the dealership and give insurance info. One word....goodbye.
