Frustrating is the best word for it. They have an online feature to get an offer good for 7 days. This is a specific offer for a specific car and you have to give them info to get it. Yet, when talking with them, they would not honor it because they “couldn’t sell the car that cheap.” Even though they made an offer for that car to me online and then confirmed it with a text message. We exchange multiple texts and calls but they continued to refuse to honor their offer to me. Will not work with this dealership.

Overpriced Zeigler, not surprised. Car is beat up which isn't evident in the pictures. Not transparent with numbers and trying to force overpriced insurance and protective services. Manager is a schmuck, super rude.

This dealer is doing the old bait and switch. They will post a lower price and will get you to come in to see the car and then find out that the price is actually even more than MSRP. Right now the car that I came to look at is still priced both in CarGuru and their web site at under MSRP which they told me that they will correct after I provided them the feedback since the actual price is $2k over MRSP.

Left the vehicle up for weeks after it was sold. I was contacted multiple times to let me know it was sold asking if I wanted other vehicles. Very uncool. Called early in the morning and didn’t listen the first time when I said I was interested in that vehicle and no others they had.

Zeigler Honda was quick to respond and answer questions. Made plans to see a 2016 Buick Verano, got rescheduled on their part for "service." Pictures looked good so I thought it was something small, or interior touch ups. The salesperson (who I believe was handed this car by higher-ups, suddenly) said it had some dents that were getting worked on. Came down to see the car, salesperson was very kind. When I got to see the car it was missing the bumper (getting fixed) dents were along the entirety of both sides of car. Truly the only part that looked unaffected was the rear. I had put down a deposit that the salesperson was happy to refund. In hindsight, the pictures are clearly taken in a light that hides the dents very well, the bumper looks good, and they only took pictures from the rear and what I assume is the least-damaged side. I wanted to like the car and people but feel that I was misled; and the pictures, in my opinion, are intentionally misleading. Clean autocheck

I got contacted by a salesperson within the day I submitted my inquiry, but then the salesperson did not respond to messages anymore. 3 days later I got contacted by Sarah Petersen, Business Development Director at the dealership and she apologized for the salesperson not being in touch. The next day after I had to look for my own transport and get a quote I sent my offer and she responded a day after saying that the car had sold. Very unprofessional and very unethical treatment at this dealership. A BIG waste of my time, I would advise not to do business with this dealership!!!

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I was told this car had LoJack installed $599, Certification $2,495, Zshield $2,995. So the real asking price is $32, 583 which is what it should be listed for.

They always get back to you however busy they are, very professional and always helpful. I liked everything about the vehicle except that I had to go with Lo Jack 5 year and Z Shield to the tune of $4,890 USD. So I made a judgement call in the end to save some money.

Advertised price was $20,990. Got the quote for my bank loan and it was over $25,990. Told me LoJack anti theft is installed on all vehicles and it’s $599. Then service fee of $2500 for undercoating. Was told they can’t include service charges in list price and have to show those later. Finally read reviews and I’m not the only one! They need to show the real price of a car (minus taxes of course)!

I was excited to see that the price had dropped on a Honda Passport I was interested in purchasing. Contacted the dealer to verify that the vehicle was still there 15 minutes before arriving. Once I arrived I was informed the vehicle was just sold and and no longer available. The vehicle was sitting outside in the lot. I checked the next day on their website and called the dealership and they confirm that the vehicle was and is still available. Not a happy with service at all especially after taking a half day off off work to make this transaction happen. Just disappointed on how this transaction happened. I was offered other vehicles that were available and at a higher cost. I feel this was a bait and switch tactic.

Stopped in. The salesman was nice and professional. However, he made no effort to give me a good deal on my trade (even though I had other offers twice what he offered), in fact he insulted me with the offer. Also kbb said you are part of a cash offer for my trade. The salesman wouldn't honor that despite me informing the salesman and showing him the offer. He did even look at the offer. He also made no effort to get me into a 2022 crv hybrid exl. 0 zip nada. I made the effort to go there which was way out of my way..I had a VIP appointment, sure didn't feel like it.

When I arrived with my kids to purchase the pictured vehicle listed for just under 13,000 a completely different colored one was presented to me. After test driving it, the new sales rep who was allowed to meet with me and informed me of an addendum that added additional cost to the vehicle with a new price of over $18,000. After the sales rep presented this price to me, he told me the manager had control over the price but he did not. Approximately 20 minutes later and 4 times going back to discuss the price away from me the manager came out and offered it for 17,000 appropriately. They asked me what I would pay for the car and I told them $13000 as was listed online. At the end of the day, if it’s a trek for anyone in the future to come to this place of business be cautioned that additional thousands of dollars may be added to the online price and the car presented may be different colors then what is displayed as well. Hard pass.

Zeigler Honda had a minivan listed online, called to verify it was available and even made an appointment to go buy it. They withheld the fact that the car was inoperable and that they weren't going to sell it after I drove over an hour to get there, I called them before I left my house and they could have easily have told me it wasn't available. This was predatory behavior, the manager even comes out to talk to my wife and I and trys to convince us the car we want isn't good enough and we should buy an SUV instead.

Will say they are good at responding, however their prices are very ambiguous and shady. Asked for a carfax and they never gave me one, also asked them what their best offer is and they didn’t even give a price. Car sold a year ago with less miles for 18k, asking 25k now with many more miles on it. Avoid this place if you want a fair deal

ok I bought the car. I had to buy tires. The ones on the vehicle were cheap Chinese rated dead last on consumer reports. The previous owner apparently put them on . Can't understand why we didn't notice the hard ride and poor side wall support during the test ride. Dealer sold me the tires at cost

Receiving Honda had the car listed for 24,355. This price is barely under sticker. I called talk to them email them and told him I would pay that advertise price. They said OK I started to drive down to give them money for the car and pick it up. Thankfully they called me before I drove 45 miles from my house to buy the car and told me that they in fact we’re not selling the car for that price and that they were multiple thousand dollars over list price.

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do but working with Zach and Racine Honda was a breeze. They got the car ready stat so I wouldn't need to make an extra trip. Pleasant working with them!

Great price on a popular Honda. Good salesmanship and generally good customer experience. My representative asked if I would like him to wear a mask when I first met with him, which I appreciated. In a time of pandemic, however, I would have appreciated the dealership expecting their representatives to wear masks without asking. When I picked up the car, none of the dealership employees that I worked with asked if I would like them to wear a mask. Seemed like an obvious expecation especially since I was wearing one. Just good customer care especially in a time when people should be concerned not only about their own health, but the health of their customers as well; seniors in particular.

Did not provide requested info. I requested simple photos and never received any. Was told in detail which was for two weeks. The sales team continued to call and be persistent as care sales teams have a reputation of. This sales team took being persistent to another level. So 1 star is accurate for lack of response to pictures and/or service records requested and the team was almost to the point of being annoying. Big turn offs for Racine Honda.

I made an appointment the night before and called while I was on my way the next morning to make sure they had it ready for me. When I called they let me know it had already been sold. Would have appreciated a call right away so I didn't waste 40 minutes of my time...

Called ahead of time to inform dealership I was traveling down there which would take about 1 1/2 hrs, once there and going through some paperwork they informed me there was a hold on the vehicle, so I wasted my time and travel

slow to reply and then i had to call to get any answers... generic response to my email on here.. called and was told would do this that send pic video etc.. would no negotiate without being at the dealership in person.. impossible when buying this way.... needless to say dealer Never did send pics or video as promised i had to call them back again about it and then was told it was sold... very unorganized dealership sales staff

Terrible. I spoke with someone days prior to making an appointment to come see a vehicle I was interested in. Day of, I spoke with said person before driving 2 hours out to see the vehicle. When I arrived the girl I had been speaking with walked up to me oddly, greeted me by my name and then proceeded to say she thought I was someone else and then left. A salesman started helping me and informed me that they were looking for the vehicle I came to see. He then started showing me other options while telling me that they couldn’t find the car.. Normally if I’m not mistaken, dealerships prepare a vehicle that’s been listed to be seen by appointment, but hours went by as they couldn’t find the vehicle and tried to sell me other cars that weren’t even in my budget. I was told once by the salesman and once by the manager himself that “the dealership world isn’t a perfect world”. The world doesn’t have to be perfect for the car to be on the lot that I drove 2 hours to see by appointment.

The worst vehicle buying experience ever! Salesman was misleading on the condition of the vehicle, said the price would be reduced over phone prior to us driving two hours to the dealership only to find out that wasn’t the truth. Once we agreed to the purchase at listed price, he mentions the vehicle doesn’t have floor mats and only one key. Then we waited two hours to finally do the paperwork. The best part was that when I asked if the vehicle came with a full tank of gas, he asked if I would give a good review or not. I didn’t comment and in turn the dealership only filled the tank to half full. Never again!

This dealership was great very helpful and friendly but what was listed online wasn’t accurate. The car I went to look at was listed with no accidents but when I went to the dealership and got more information the car was previously in an accident.

Nice used car manager. I found that for used Hondas' they tend to discount them 24.1% (average) after about 45 days on the lot... so you got to be patient with these guys. Lastly, I did not appreciate that they try to add many fee's to a deal. $299 for accessories ( an aftermarket service / car theft product)... who cares $279 for dealer fees ( this is about $80 more than any other dealer) Also, make sure you only pay the sales tax based on your residence county

Very sketchy salesman. He was pushy and repeatedly asked me for information (Social, Email, phone number, loan on my current truck) before I even test drove the truck. Caught him lying twice. His manager was suddenly “too busy” to appraise my truck after i told him i wouldn’t be able to buy the truck until the following week. I was the only customer and his manager was sitting in his office alone. Terrible service and very shady place. Will never return.
