Used Car Gurus messaging system--dealer did NOT respond back quickly--left voice msg for dealer---then a response of call them back--looking for CarFax or similar on
vehicle for sale--then car was sold--far too long of trying to contact dealer for simple request
Run away from this store. Frank is not an honorable man to do business with. I purchased a vehicle on August 25th. I still don't have a clear title for my vehicle as of September 28th due to previous ownership.
So I have a vehicle that Colorado DMV won't title with the current paperwork provided from the store.
Did I mention the transportation damage upon arrival?
Frank doesn't return my calls.
Weak.

The dealer was professional and patient. There were a few things wrong with the vehicle
that was not disclosed unfortunately we had to find out when we signed the contract. I can
say there was an attempt to correct a few the problems, but it left a bad taste because we
felt the dealer was not totally honest.

Dealer representative was excellent Unfortunately I was unable to gain financing.
Not a good experience: 1st & last online purchase of vehicle. CST SVC was ok. They recommended hiring
mechanic to view vehicle for us; we should have. Delivery is through 3rd party & not timely. 2 of 4 we dealt
with have quit within the last week. We got our vehicle yesterday, 2 wks after buy, driver dislocated mirror
prior to unloading. AC in front of cab stopped working same day as delivered, aftermarket bumper doesn't fit
right, new tires, rocker arm loose, hear the knocking after engine running for a while. low oil pressure-oil pan
leak at filter, new oil. minor seat securements broken for drop-dwn foot space covers when using for cargo
w/o seats (to be expected-2005 & they are plastic). CST SVC is the only thing I can fault ZAZA for, as I did
not go in person to view my potential purchase. For the low miles (if true) for this yr. vehicle, we will pray
nothing else goes wrong as 37K mi. is low for 2005. Fits or family size, cargo space, good make/mod when
maintained-300K mi(+)

Felt pushed to buy as they were to willing to ship it to me even after I told them I needed
to see any vehicle and test drive it before I bought it. they seemed more interested in
getting off their lot no matter.

They reached out and were nice, but I was just window shopping for now.
Bought a 2006 Jaguar XKR. Car was in overall beautiful condition but with a couple of relatively minor issues they didn’t say anything about. Not a dealbreaker, just wish they were a little more forthcoming about everything. Staff and salespeople were very pleasant and responsive. Bottom line, I would buy from them again in the future.

I saw this car from CarGurus and made an appointment with the dealer. The car was in very good condition and the dealer was able to answer all my
questions. He also knew the car and we had a good test drive. Less than an hour later, I signed the contract of sale for the car. I'm very happy about it.

Sarah is was great to work with. We had a few hiccups, (some were my fault, but
we communicated through them. Making for a smooth transaction. We has a
slight issues with shipping/delevery 3rd party contractor, but Sarah handled that
issue promptly making a smooth delivery. With that kind of dedication, I would
definitely buy from again.

Very helpful. Answered questions/concerns I had.
bought a truck sight unseen [my mistake] and recieved a truck that was not as
described. now iv been waiting 2 months for them to pay for repairs, which im still
waiting on. the truck has been in the shop since i recived it, waiting to be fixed.i still
have not recieved a title yet, during the sell it went good, but after the sell they
became hard to get ahold of. im not saying everything they sell is crap, but i do not
advise buying from them without looking at it personally. they will tell you everything
works and how good it is, then when you get it and its not they become hard to get
ahold of. i would never deal with these guys ever again. no matter what they have.

Terrible. When delivered the car was filthy. I think it was in a flood. The dents were concealed even when we did a FaceTime. They misrepresented & I fell for it. I’ll never buy on line again. Za Za Motors, Texas should be ashamed of themselves & quite frankly I feel like a fool.
Customer Service:
Started off on sound footing and drastically deteriorated.
Communication:
Next to none, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating.
On-site Experience:
Buyers, please request longer tests drives to flash out any defects, for me issues arose no more than 20 mins after purchase.
Listing Accuracy:
Vehicle sold as is, less than a couple of days in I had to pay >$2,500 to fix issues, the dealership labeled these as normal wear and tear.
Recommendations:
Have all repairs done before you purchase, hire an independent mechanic to evaluate the vehicle, request all information and issues resolved prior to purchase.
Overall Impression:
Despite being hesitant with local dealerships due to the âbad reputationâ they get, this place unfortunately just reinforced it, itâs been months that contractual and vehicle issues
have remained unresolved. The level of frustration forced me to abandon everything and fix things myself! No, I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle without looking at it in- person and I was a little paranoid at first but Sam and frank answered every question I had and showed me everything I asked to see and they shipped the vehicle to my DOOR STEP! Only a few days after we completed the transaction.
Easiest buying process ever!
Very short with me, immediately wanted to know how big of a down payment I had, didn’t want to talk to me after hearing it was less than 5k, the conversation lasted maybe 30 seconds

Not a car lot I'd recommend or expected. So packed with cars no place to park, when I called about vehicle we discussed we showed up to find more problems with said vehicle.

This dealer sold a completely mis-represented vehicle
without airbags and undisclosed accident damage to
the tune of $10k!!! I would stay far away from this dealer
and their vehicles as the dealership seems to be a Scam
involving internet buyers and predatory in-house
financing. The dealer did nothing to help the situation
and left us with a vehicle that has a tremendous amount
of problems and could care less.

The salesperson and car wasn’t there. I had to ask an other dealership salesman and he told me to call the number posted. I called number listed and salesman said to come by the following day and he said to call when I was on my way. The following day I called and got some subscribers voicemail. Not sure if there running a scam but something fishy about that dealership
