I purchased this Traverse at Zimmerman Honda. Marty Curry was the sales representative. I spent 3 weeks emailing him. He was always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, answered everything, and there was no pressure to buy. Marty was absolutely amazing! Jeff in the finance department was as equally amazing. I traveled over 100 miles because I was super impressed with how these guys handled everything just over internet and phone. I will return in the future.

Salesperson responded initially, but then took an extra day to reply to my direct question concerning the exact exterior and interior colors of the vehicle. (Pictures hadn’t been posted yet). Instead of answering my simple question, he sent me detailed specifications of the options of the vehicle along with a link back to the dealership’s website where pictures of the vehicle were still not available. I truly do not understand why a very basic question could not e answered

Jimmie and Ben were wonderful guides through the experience we had considering and
then purchasing a certified preowned 2016 Honda CR-V. A week later, we are still thrilled

Overall was pretty great. Love the vehicle. Only thing was the amount of time it took. From the time we decided to purchase the car we were there for over 2 and a half hours. Understood that they were understaffed.

My experience with Zimmerman was awesome. Marty C. and Blake are genuinely nice people, who got me the best deal and lowest payments possible. As a woman, I was nervous about buying a used car on my own, but they put me in a car that I absolutely love. Marty showed me all of the car's features and Blake got me the lowest monthly payment that I have ever heard of for such a nice vehicle. I wish I had gone there sooner. I definitely will go back to Zimmerman's when I decide to purchase my next vehicle.

Our salesman Marty was wonderful. I sent him an email and he called me within the first half hour of the store opening. Only one other dealer called, left a message but never made another attempt too contact me. Marty and I spoke briefly, set an appointment to check out the vehicles I said I was interested in. When we arrived he handed us the keys to an Equinox. We took it for a short strive and I fell in love with it. I didn't even fall that fast for my husband. As we were finalizing the sale, I told Marty he must be a the best salesman at Zimmerman cause he only had to show me one vehicle. He said he just showed me the pine that had all the things I said would be nice to have and he would buy for himself. I didn't remember telling him all those options but he did. He was attentive not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the Equinox. Even though they are a Honda dealer. Professional and polite. He mentioned upgrades but as I previously mentioned he wasn't pushy, He is the kind of salesman you hope you will get. My Equinox is incredible, in wonderful condition, A tiny chip in the paint and a small bleach spot pin the carpet in the cargo area. It has just about every option you can get on an Equinox and it was about $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 less than any other Ëquinox, with approximately the same mileage, in our area. And there were quite a few. I haves never had a better car buying experience. Thank you Marty, Blake(finance) and Zimmerman Honda. Now, the only dealership I will ever purchased a vehicle from.

This was a fabulous buying experience. Found the car online, drove up one day from St.Louis. picked it up. Everything was professionally done, ready to go! Nice people. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

The dealer did follow back up with additional
information about this vehicle. However we
ended up purchasing a different car.
They claim the vehicle was sold.
We looked at this vehicle when it was first on the lot. The vehicle for the
year was way over priced. They came down $1000.00 but that amount
covers the taxes and licensing. And the trade in value they were going to
give me for my 2010 was way too low for the condition it was in.
We never received a business card from the salesman. I thought that was
strange. The dealership did not want to sell the car to bad! I would have a
hard time going back to that dealership!
