AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I had a vehicle inspected by a third party and they found $3,000 worth of repairs needed. Syed, the supposed sales manager, refused to negotiate these repairs into the price. He then refused to let me speak with “the boss” that he kept referring to.
The conversation then devolved into Syed being very disrespectful and hanging up on me in mid conversation.
This dealership was the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and do not contact this dealership.
If there was a way to filter out a specific dealership, this would be the first choice removed!

Bad experience I contacted them everyday for a week under my same number and they didn’t know what car I wanted they kept asking and i only ever inquired about one, they were pushy about the bank process constantly asking if I got the money. Didn’t have much knowledge of the vehicle I wanted.

Professional staff. Unfortunately their vehicles don’t provide a good first impression. Photos are deceiving, and I ended up leaving as the car I was seeking had a dead battery and a plethora of problems. Don’t waste your time.

Scheduled appointment for test drive, when arrived they did not know where the vehicle was and had to walk the entire lot to find it. When we did, I was told it doesn’t run, not sure how I could test drive it?

A really good service, good price for my car, and fast collection and payment.
I made arrangements to travel to the dealership to purchase. The financing was done. I called the day before arrival to the dealership to give them my ETA. Representative asked if it was today. Said no, tomorrow. Paid $33 for transportation. That afternoon got a text message saying it was sold.

called to inquire about a car a lady picked up i asked about the car and how im preapproved for financing she then stated that the car is cash
only then said shed talk to the financing person and they will give me a call back to business days later no call back i tried calling them 3 times
and got hung up on so I wouldn't reach out they list cars that are cash only ?

Called and asked about a specific minivan, upon arrival was shown a
similar model in which they hoped i wouldn't notice, when i said this is
not the minivan the salesman said "you won't be interested in that
minivan"...the one they showed me 1st had rust and ripped seats but it
was much better than the junk they showed me that was the minivan i
originally came to see. The pictures carefully did. Not show a
smashed radio and clock, two broken doors, nasty interior with old
crushed cereal and gum on the back headliner...horrible dealership

Junk dealer. Car purchased had body damage so
we negotiated price. Within days of purchase. I
took the auto to a certified Toyota dealer and had
to pay for $3,400 for vital and emergency repairs
on the power steering system and front steering
mechanism. Car was unsafe to drive.

The two cars we went to see where in poor condition. One of them did not even start and they could not even open the hood because the latch was broken. The other had bunch of interior missing. It took over 30 min for someone to help you. I hate to give a poor review but it was a poor experience. However they did get back to my inquiry by email pretty fast that the vehicle I was interested was still available.

The dealer did make several attempts to contact me; however, they never responded to my simple requests for information about the car such as condition of the tires?, one owner or off lease?, and did it pass a Carfax? I would be very cautious in doing business with this dealer.

The van that was described on the add and what I saw didn't match at all. I contacted the dealer and told them what time I will be there. The sales person Z contacted me. When I got there he already brought the van up front and he gave me the key. He never bothered to come out to the car with me. I opened the hood and there were oil leak all over the engine and transmission. The inside of the car was dirty. After I looked at the car for about five minutes. The sales person Z came out with a plate. I showed him the oil leak all over the engine. He never tried to pressure me or lie to me. I appreciated that fact. I just gave him the keys back. He never asked question and he just turned around and walked away. The poor guy knew what he had and no sales person in the world could have convince me to buy that junk. Over all I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. What I learned is to appreciate the car dealers in my hometown. None of the car I saw in Chicago would be put on a lot on my town. If they do put those car's on the lot, then they will tell you up front about it. You will also know by the substantial discount that would be put on those cars. My advice is don't drive to buy used cars from Chicago or the surrounding area. It's all junk. I was told that by a dealer but I didn't listen and paid my price. Just be aware most cars there do belong on a junk yard. Don't drive over 30 minutes to buy used car around Chicago.

I went to the dealership. He pulled out a couple
cars I was interested in. They were all in very
bad shape leaking, rusted on the exterior and the
interior. He had several air fresheners in the
cars. I do believe they were all from flood areas.
I asked about a couple others I seen on the web
site his response was oh those are just beaters.
His pictures are very misleading and he does not
help you when you go. I ended up buying a car
from a private party.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life and I have never had such a horrible
experience. We drove three hours one way to purchase a car that they
knew we were coming for but they were not ready for us and it took them
a long time to find the car, then it didn't even run and it was trashed on
the inside and outside and missing major functioning parts. The
description of the car was nothing but lies, it was supposed to have a
sunroof/moonroof and not have been in accidents but all of that was
incorrect. The picture of the car looks great online but you get there and
it's junk. So we looked at other cars on the lot and test drove them, all of
the cars we literally falling apart and had serious issues and barely drove.
One Malibu that they said was in great driving condition wouldn't drive
faster than 30 mph and would barely go or break, there was no
dashlights, the speedometer was broken, hatchback wouldn't
close.....and that was just the beginning.....the people who worked there
were all just laughing and joking about what crap all of the vehicles were.
This was a complete waste of my time!!

Contacted via email by a person who turned out to be identified as
"Receptionist".
Made a call to Dealer - after being transferred twice to (assumed) Sales
staff - with an offer of $500 less than listed price, I was summarily turned
down with no apparent interest in my business.
Email sent a week ago requesting a reply from Sales Manager. No reply or
return call received to date.

WE arrived after a 5 hour one way drive to find a car that had a busted mirror the bumper was falling off. The check engine light was on the oil was black and the car ran poor.
The dealer we spoke with was not from the location and the dealer we did meet told us he would have the service department fix the issues if we paid him cash on the side. Very bad experiance

They were not there early when I had
arrived 30 minutes before 9 AM to check
out cars. They got there right at 9 AM and
a little after. They were also not very
welcoming and when I asked for the car I
wanted that I saw online, he came out
and said it would not start but I could
take a look at it. Took me to the car and
went back inside. He did not try to show
me other cars or make my experience

I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle, to stay away from
these people. The first vehicle they brought out to me, had a
flashing check engine light, BAD! The second vehicle, had to
have the door opened by climbing in through the other side to
open it, and the front drivers side tire had a 8 inch slice through
the side wall of the tire. Serious problems at this place, stay
away is my thought.

We drove 4 hours to come to yourchoiceautos. We had minor complications with finding a vehicle. The inventory is very large. The staff was very friendly and helped us with finding the right car. I am a very big guy so I had to test many vehicles to find the right fit. The Salesman Jesse Nunez had no problems showing me many cars and finding something that fit my size and budget. The pricing was very fair and you pay for what you get. The general manager Naveed was very helpful and personally worked with the price. There was no pressure in buying anything and the financing guy, Frank was awesome to deal with. If you are looking for a decent car at a decent price I would strongly recommend this dealership.

to what you really want. I was insulted

That's over 16000 $!!! 100% interest
for someone with bad credit yet that's
their specialty!!?? I feel that they were trying to take

The sales associates' were helpful. I had to go back because of incorrect vin number on paperwork. It probably could have been resolved on phone . They did repair the break problem before I picked up the truck.

Snow removal is a problem for them, More inventory than room to display, to park to shop a problem, they did have a pleasant attitude, had too wait for more than 1/2 hour to see the car I came to see, the vehicle engine was rough running it was not what the ad said ,it was ready for overhaul, did not respond to my email til after I return home from my visit, I'll try them again on a warm day, if they have room for customer parking.

Less than one star really. I had
called in advance to tell them I
was coming and which cars I
wanted to see. Cars were not as
advertised and were in much
worse shape. And considering
they knew I was coming, there
was no excuse for not having
batteries charged or other defects
(broken driver door handle) which
prevented me from making any
assessment of the cars' true
condition. I left with a very poor
impression of this business and
its employees and can't recommend
them to anyone.

The salesman was ok, helped another customer while also dealing with us. I guess we were taking to long and me maybe felt a better deal coming. Long story short, we drove the car which needed major body work, and they barely came down a little when I still offered to by the car.
Overall numbers wise, they were short on my trade too high on theirs and it needed more work while mine is running perfectly fine. I was just looking for something bigger since i'm having a baby soon. Not a horrible place but FAR from great.
The guy that was talking to us had
headphones on to start, I test drove the
car and the sales man did not listen to a
word I said then I was going to trade my
car in, so they go out side to look at it
there so called head mechanic started
revving my engine uncontrollably, I
never gave then permission to drive my
car but that head mechanic after I told
everyone in the dealership he better not
drive my car got out on the main road
and burned my tires all the way down
the street like it was his car.. they said
he was test driving it,, really is this place
for real I don't know how they stay in
business works dealership I have ever
been to poor customer service and no
respect.. just bad business would never
go agean and would tell everyone to
