I recently had the pleasure of visiting Your Choice Autos in Crestwood, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my visit.

The dealership is well-maintained, and the showroom is inviting. However, I deducted one point as the waiting area could have been a bit more comfortable.

Good Cars and Good Customer Service

Dealer was polite and helpful. However, the vehicle being sold had an engine control issue that constantly shut down the engine; this issue would likely cost thousands to repair. The dealer witnessed this engine issue but never offered to negotiate a lower price to compensate for the costly repair. It does not make sense to purchase a vehicle you have to repair the same day you purchase it, spending thousands on top of the vehicle cost.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius for $6,999 (using a pre-qual loan from Car Gurus). The car only needed A/C, and the dealer resolved that quickly. Fast service. I only wish they had a detailing service to clean the interior post sale (it was a smokers car). The car tho, was the most inexpensive 2010 Prius on Car Gurus in this area, drove nicely, & had zero check engine codes (it was mechanically in order). It also was not rusty. This is a very old small dealership, as long as you have patience & don't mind an old building.... I'd rather buy from here than from a established much larger dealership.

Color wasn’t accurate from descriptions, battery was dead and no dealer available…DONT DO BUSINESS HERE…...

The salesman was nice and gave us all the required information.

The person who came with me had no details about the vehicle, he said it runs good. There was several dashboard lights that came on and stayed on and his explaination was it wasn't like that yesterday. I asked about the carfax and he said you have to pay for that. He showed and printed out an Experian facts sheet and said it's the same thing.

I called about the truck it was their but it was a complete mess they had it in the back hood open battery not working flat tire taillight broke you can see it on the ground mirror broke and they wanted 7200 for it no way

Care barely started. The headlights were full of water and carpet was soaked like it had been submerged. the car smelled terrible During test drive and we had to jam out to rap music. But can't say they were mean. They were friendly but it's cars in a sketchy area.

Its a very small dealership. Only used cars. But the salesman was by himself trying to sell cars while people kept showing up when they were supposed to set an appointment due to covid19.

Purchase process took less than 1 hour and I was back on the road with my new vehicle. Salesman I dealt with was friendly, easy to work with, low pressure, and willing to negotiate price. Great experience and would highly recommend.

A really crappy little office did not leave a good impression. Employees were nice enough but knew little about their inventory.

So I saw a car I wanted on Cargurus.com listed for $ 7495.00 and I contacted this dealer. I then did the pre-qualified with down payment information with one thousand dollars down payment. Then I wanted to add more on my down payment (total of 1500.00) to make my monthly payments lower. What did these guys do, they marked the price up higher to $7995.00 ($500 increase). So I called the dealer and told I was interested in the car at the originally listed price and he replied "That was last week, this is a good price for that car" Lead me to think they want to MILK customers for all they can get. Another review said the same thing happened to her.

Pretty responsive when I arrived but had to jump start the car even after driving it for some time. Once I came to a final price they were unwilling to negotiate at all and no warranty other than the standard 15 day stuff

The jeep was not worth the trip . It was dirty rusty and nothing like the pictures. The engine light came on as well as the brake lights. I don't remembered anything being said about it on the web site. This was a total waist of time.

We originally went there for this vehicle but my wife fell in love with something else these guys are pretty good the other vehicle that we chose 2010 Chevy equinox and have some problems check engine light air conditioning Jason is the owner who is happily to fix it and give me a rental until then thanks again guys

They were honest about most of the issues. This vehicle has surface scratches all around.

I knew what I wanted as soon as I found this vehicle. I did all the research and knew all the questions I needed to ask before anything. Being very prepared before making a purchase on a used vehicle makes all the difference. Muhammad was great. The first day I got there, I came straight from work and they were nearly close to closing up shop. Muhammad was nice enough to help me out and check out the car. He was able to hold the car for me too for a couple days. I came back on the weekend to get a pre purchase inspection and he let me on my own to take it to the nearest mechanic. At the end, we were able to negotiate for a slightly lower price than what was marked. His other co worker Brian was also very helpful and approachable to every customer that came to check out the dealership. Thanks guys.

Not a good car as described (The car had no oil in it when we got there and the test drive was terrible. Sounded like the struts, breaks and break pads where bad. We had to manage to drive it back to the dealer shop, we came back disappointed. And any attempt to get another offer was not forthcoming after driving 5 hours to go buy the car)

The cartoon got to be a great running car I didn't realize the windshield was broke and they didn't fix it so kind of a bummer on my part but I should have negotiated the price a little bit better but I did get a wonderful running car for sight unseen

This dealer wasn't too friendly, the dealer was unwilling to give me anykind of customer service. I asked about the truck, he pointed it out quoted a price and walked off. I was left standing around for almost 20 mins until it dawned on me that he wasn't too busy to show me the vehicle he was just uninterested in my business

Place is small and dirty. Everything is dusty and cold. The people working there question their own job and get an attitude and start screaming once you ask a question. Very very bad and terrible service

Car not clean and ready

It was very difficult to see the cars . The lot is overcrowded and muddy. They claimed to have sold the car that I made the trip to see. Yes, I phoned first.

Bought a 2002 windstar and a the next day I go into labor. A week after the baby is born, I'm driving with my newborn in the van on my way to do laundry and the electrical system goes haywire and the anti-theft system shuts down the car. Then I find out the alternator is bad. Never buying from here again.

We drove out to dealer and they did not offer to help us. They told us the vehicle wad around back and go look by ourselves. So we did and the vehicle was filthy and looked nothing like the photo we saw. Very disappointed

I went to buy a car for my daughter. We have no clue what we have to buy. We went to the office and talked to Naeem. He is very helpful. He asked us few questions about what we want and showed us few cars on computer and we actually found what we were looking for. We went on test drive. The car ran smooth and we just found the car what we were looking. We bought that Saturn. It was a wonderful experience. Wouldn't send anyone there, half the vehicles had a lot of things missing and nobody knew anything about the cars. They acted like they didn't want to help anyone with the cars. The vehicles I seen was no where near what they was asking for.

Went to drive an Xterra they had for an ok amount. Well, I'm guessing there's a reason Car Gurus says it hasn't sold in nearly 8 months.....IT WAS A PIECE....I mean a real PIECE!! The pictures make it actually look decent but in person it's....well.... i'll break it down. There are a few rust spots here and there but that's to be expected with age and miles. The headliner sags hard and is being held up by pins, various console lights were on and the front end squeaks, but wait.....there's more!! None of this could have been found until the car was started. They had to jump it 4 times and still actually expected us to drive it. Well.....we did...and then the fun began!! It cut off twice just driving a few hundred feet and the guy had to leave the jumper on the battery to get it back. Would you believe that they still tried to actually talk numbers HA!!! NO WAY!!! The manager said that they only fix up cars when the customer comes to look at them so it gets worked into the negotiation......really....... All that said, the sales guy was nice, and pleasant to deal with. They were pretty down to earth type people, but the cars......oh the cars.....just stay away.
