I was super excited to go check out a car, i made an appointment and they were in contact with me multiple times. Even called me the morning of my appointment to confirm i was coming and what car i was looking at. Drove an hour to get there just for them to tell me there was a deposit on the car from a few days ago. Then proceeded to let me see and test drive the car eve under deposit, and then wouldn’t allow me to purchase. Lots of false hope…

Brought at listed price. Quick sales process as long as you understand what you need and prepared on your end as well. Car is fine has a lot of features new to me and drives well but too recent to provide long term status.

yes the dealer did,but when in went to see the 2016 honda HR-L AWD W/NAV,with a low price the steering wheel was worn,the eng.compartment rusty,dirty it look like it had more miles then 54,529,they showed me a newer model year 2017 for more money .yes i did buy a 2017 HR-V car from them i just felt this was come on.to get you to buy a more expensive car

Amazing experience great communication, the vehicle was as described on the ad. When. I arrived for the test drive car was clean and ready to go, I didn't have to wait. Thanks to Noel everything was smooth and clear. Great sales associate, I will totally recommend this dealership to my friends and family members.

Not bad, but not spectacular. Salesman gave me his cellphone and was responsive -- but wasn't thinking more than one move ahead and needed to be reminded of stuff that he should've been on top of. They're the opposite of "under-promise and over-deliver." Promised to knock off $300 from price and then didn't. Detailing was decent, but there was still crud in nooks and crannies. Threw in four new tires and an extra pass buffing out scratches -- but neither was performed before I returned to the dealership, meaning I had to wait around for hours. Not a destination place to go for cars, but if a search turns up a vehicle you want there, and you want it badly enough and can't find it elsewhere, you'll probably be okay. (Then again, ask me in six months if I still feel this way; if any problems emerge with the car, I'm not too hopeful they'll go the extra mile to resolve them.)

Called to see if a car was still available, was told it is, but when I got to the dealer sales man told me the car was sold over a month ago. Salesman try to sell me a different car instead. Will not recommend to anyone they would say anything to get you in and try to sell you a different viechle. Totally wasted my time going there.
