It still feels like I’m dreaming! I’ve been trying to track down this car for a few weeks and saw this one pop up. I called set appointment to go see it and instantly knew I wanted the car. The staff was great. Isabella handled the entire process and it went smooth. All my concerns were addressed! THANK YOU! My son is going to start looking for a car so I’ll probably be back! :)
Although the vehicle I wanted was sold but the female saleswoman was excellent, responsive and professional. Next car I need I will call

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from Yazz Auto Sales, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, and the buying process was smooth. Honestly i was very scared to reach out to yazz auto sales after i read that first review but honestly after month of searching for a decent car i was able to find it at yazz auto sales the condition of the car matched the discerption and the whole process was easy best thing was no hidden fees they only charge one fee it was a pleasure to talk with alex and john very nice and help full people and if i ever need another car im not going any where other then yazz auto sales love you guys
Spoke with the dealer and advise him I'm coming to purchase the vehicle the next day. We spoke the night prior and confirm everything was fine for purchase at 7:33 pm. Once I arrived the following day the dealer advised me the car was sold in the night. My wife and I wasted time leaving from New York to New Jersey and arriving at the location. All he said was he tried calling to tell me it was sold, when the last correspondence we had was to pick up the vehicle. Very unprofessional and dismissive, then proceeded to try sell me another car I have no interest in. Please stay away from this dealer or make any arrangements to purchase any vehicle unless your definitely at the location looking at the vehicle.

Hi Anthony the thing is the dealer ship closes at 7:30pm so when you are chatting with us after work hours you would be speaking to an A.I not a real person when we came in the next day like i said i tried to call 3 times and no answer again im so sorry about the confusion you know with tax season alot of people are out and buying cars again im sorry about the situation and hope to gain your business next time around
