Car drove great. The exterior of the car was not in good shape. Also did not have a warranty so I wasn't going to take a chance with this purchase. Salesman seemed like a nice guy though.

They replayed quickly

Worst experience at any car dealer. I told them what truck I wanted, we proceeded through the buy process. The sales employee proceeded to tell me I needed $X,XXX for a down payment. I told them ok let's go ahead with the deal. He then informs me that the truck had already been sold after running my credit and numbers for it. It's a small dealership with only 1 finance manager. He wouldve known if he was working on the deal at the same time as another person. Awful.

Very friendly took care of everything I could expect was very helpful in showing me all the EX girl on the car and how to operate some of the things as this car has so many options and so many extras that you need somebody to show you all the bus movies on functions of the computer system in it.

I looked at an 05 Dodge Viper at Xtreme. Guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Showed me the car and offered to let me drive it. I declined as I wasn't ready to buy but the dealership was clean and they had some nice inventory of classic and modern cars.

Great communication to start things off with! Great people to work with! Car was everything they said it was and then some! Did everything they could to make us happy and get us in the car! Would highly recommend and be a returning customer!

I landed at this dealership because they had the exact truck that I wanted. They did give be a much better value on my trade in than other dealerships offered. The reason for the 3 stars is because of 3 things. 1. The salesman was nice and helpful, but he really didn't know anything about the truck I purchased and gave me info on a similar truck. He also got a little short with me when we making the final transaction with the cashier's checks. 2. It was obvious that they did not do anything but clean the truck after it was traded. Nothing had been greased,the leveling kit was adjusted way to high and knew nothing beyond what was in the Carfax. Thank goodness all the servicing had been done at a dealer. 3. Once the deal was done, they were very quick to send me on my way. It is clear that their main goal is to sell sell sell and the last thing on their mind is customer service. I highly recommend taking whatever vehicle you are looking at to your regular mechanic.

Started out great dealing with Xtreme Auto. Until I left drove mile down the road and check engine light came on. Called them on Monday Saturday was when I bought the truck. Sales men told me good thing I bought a warranty! And wouldn't have nothing to do with fixing it. I was beside myself. It was almost as if they cleared the code before I bought it. Needless to say I'm not happy with Xtreme Auto center.

They were polite & helpful but the vehicle smelled of cigarettes, check engine light came on, brakes needed work no tow PKG?

Glade I seen the rust before I drove up there, I was told it’s “Clean”. Pictures showed only a little rust, but his video I asked for showed major problems that was covered up by looked like spray paint and the frame was under coated to hide it all. Not something you want for a 20k truck purchase.

They called me back, then said they would get ahold of me about the truck. Never did.

Took several day to get back with me, by then it was sold.

I didn't want to give MI Auto Center, Coopersville, Mich even one star, but it wouldn't let me post it if I didn't. We recently bought a vehicle from them and boy are we sorry. Please do not buy from this dealership. They stated they went thru the vehicle. New tires, oil change, new window motor, etc. When we got home we discovered both headlights were out and the main rear seal was leaking oil. Took it to a couple garages and they said that if they checked the car over they should have caught it. Gonna cost about $1,000.00 to fix. We called the owner Steve, and he never said he didn't know about it. They knew darn well there was a problem. He said we could bring the car back and we could pay HIM $400.00 to have it fixed. Two hour drive there and two hour drive back. Then another 4 hour drive when it was done. No deal, not gonna pay him another dime. They are cutthroat and dishonest. I am just sick about it. How they can do this to anyone is beyond me. Please, please do not deal with this dealership.

Nice car but I found a better deal.

The dealer returned my request immediately. He was very friendly. He identified himself and what he was calling about. Unfortunately I had already purchased another vehicle the night before. He congratulated me and wished me well. I would probably check this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

They got right back with me and worked with me over the phone because I live an hour and a half away, so when I went down all I had to do was decide if I wanted the vehicle and sign and drive. Jerry did and great job and I would recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to start with them!!!!!!
