If i could give 0 stars i would called earlier to see if the car was available at its Keyport location as specified and was told it was sooner after the conclusion of the phone call i was called from a different number answered to be told the car wasn’t in keyport anymore and the it was now in Old Bridge got there just to be told the car isnt there it is now in Monroe because someone had put a $100 deposit down then was told that i would have to be pre approved before they will bring the car to this location and that its a credit check but “wont affect it too much just a couple points not like in half” asked to speak to Mike the one who told me to come and was sat with some random man who is the one who wasn’t helpful and kept insisting i fill out the report DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS big lot with no customers

Terrible dealership. Cars are unsafe. I purchased a car for my 17 yo daughter. They told me, the car was safe & in good shape. Barely drove it 500 miles before my daughter was stranded and had to have it towed. To make matters worse, when I called to advise them of this, they told me I should've expected that as I was buying a used car. They didn't offer any concern or offer any assistance in the repairs. They just told me, that since I didn't send it to their mechanic, it wasn't their problem. Their mechanic works out of a small body shop which wouldn't even have a lift to properly perform the repairs.

Kevin, It unfortunate to see you handle the situation like this again. You called in extremely rude with no information on what was wrong with the car. You apologized and we agreed that you would speak to your mechanic, to find out what exactly is wrong so we can help. You have never reached back out to us with the information from the mechanic. We have a full service center 4 bay garage with 4 lifts. Please be honest . Reach out to us with the information to what was wrong with the car so we can help.
They were regularly in contact with me until I test drove the vehicle I was interested in. I decided that it wasn't for me and they let me walk out without a hassle. The guy I worked with, Tyler Smith was a really cool guy and knew his stuff very well. While they didn't have a car for me, they may have a car for you.

Was told over and over the truck i went to see was mint with no scratches or dents. I drive 3.5 hours after work to go see the truck with cash in hand to buy it outright. Needless to say the truck had over 25-30 dents and a million scratches. Later found out by other local dealers. The smaller less known dealers like this one uses filters on there posted photos to make it look like the cars are mint. Dont waste your time with anything on there lot.

Went to go check out his Honda Civic si, and after inspecting the car he was hiding an obvious front end collision with numerous other problems. He wasn’t reasonable at all with my offers and denied everything about the car. This is not the place to look for a car.

Eugene went above and beyond for us. We had a lot of questions and concerns and he was always helpful. He found a fantastic rate for us after the first loan company just didn’t seem to be a good fit. We ended up driving this gorgeous RX 350 F sport home and couldn’t be happier.

We have no control of what the vin automatically generates. Vin only gives 2 choices 1 being a 4cyl. which vehicle was not. The other was v6 which the vehicle is and it only list a v6 flex fuel. Sorry.

So, I thought I was going to like this dealership. They are very unprofessional. The
vibes of the place were off. When I got there they seemed to be rushing me out. I put a
deposit on a vehicle - with first them fixing some things on it. I waited 12 days for them
to repair the car. They called me one time throughout those 12 days. When i called for
updates, they said they would get back to me by the end of the day. They never did.
Every time, I called my car was "supposedly on the lift and their guys were looking at it".
On the 13th day I called to get a feel on the status of my car. I spoke to the owner,
Eugene each time. He put me hold for 6 mins and 45 seconds. When he came back to
the line. I told him I don't think the car was a good buy and they are not keeping me
updated on what is exactly is going on with the car. He seemed to have gotten upset
and yelled "you want your money back, fine! Other people are looking at the car" and
hung up. Very uncalled for and unprofessional.

Awesome dealer, Mike was great throughout the whole process in getting me a loan. We did everything over the phone he definitely went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Eugene his partner was awesome also they both did an amazing job... I don’t have the best credit but I must definitely say they go out of their way to help you out into getting the car you want. I definitely recommend them definitely will go back later on for other vehicles...
i was very happy with the price of the vehicle and the service provided by Xclusive. They got me behind the wheel within two hours (bank check paid in full) and were very efficient with getting the motor vehicle and insurance done.
