I inquired about a vehicle on their website and was told that it wasn't available yet, but they somehow had a lot of very nice-looking photos up of it... suspicious from the get-go. I then asked if they had any time frame for when the vehicle would be available and it took almost a full week to get a reply back.
After reading other reviews of this dealership, I'm learning that the photos that are posted are probably not even of the vehicle they are trying to sell.

Had a good experience purchasing a vehicle at this location. James our salesman was very accommodating and helpful and
even stayed late to help us out. This is how all dealerships should strive to be.
They let you test drive WITHOUT a salesman with you. This is the only way you should let customers test drive.
No hidden costs. The advertised price is the price. They do offer add-ons, but don't force it on the buyer. No LoJack or paint
protection pre applied to cost of the vehicle.
We visited multiple dealerships on our search of a new vehicle. No dealership could get us to what we were looking for in
vehicle price, except this one. This dealership got us to our price range, without a trade in. All other dealerships couldn't even
get us in range with a trade in.
I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle at this location.

They said the person who traded it did the under coat..not them...people dont undercoat cars just before
they trade them in...they also said they lost the paperwork for that...sorry, but it was just too weak..it was a
really nice car properly detailed. The bottom was not rubberized material..it was OIL...WET...it wasn't going
to dry...I could not even attach the hitch to the receiver without ALOT of oil on my hands...NO ONE else I
spoke to heard of that...including several dealers...
It was a decent place though and the indoor car lot was nice...the car was really nice too..kinda wished I
bought it cleaned it up myself or even better...they should have offered.

Was a very smooth process with Mike. We are out of state so he over nighted the papers to use to sign and I flew in with them to give right back. The vehicles was exactly like the pictures with a full tank of gas! I was at the dealership all of 15 mins and drove off. Over all I was very pleased with my experience from inquiring to buying. Contacted them in regards to a truck and it started well enough and then the salesman just stopped replying for two days. The truck ended up being sold. I have no issue with that but it would be nice to not just be ghosted. Another salesman was the one who told me that it had been sold.

I had a nice experience at XYZ motors. The facility is nice and the Staff James and I think Gabe were helpful and professional. We are still in the looking process. Looking for a pretty specific truck in pristine condition and we are not in a hurry. The truck they had was nice, just a little older perhaps than what we are looking for. XYZ motors is in my estimation a fine auto dealership.

We got the deal done , wasn't without a few hiccups along the way, but Emmett was patient and direct , I dealt with a few other dealerships and was like they didn't even want to sell , so dealing with Emmett just getting it done direct approach was greatly appreciated.
Facility was top notch, would highly recommend in the winter months as it's all indoors .

We will look further into our email response process and always recommend a phone call to the dealership as emails can sometimes get overlooked. Several of our vehicles get posted online as coming soon and sometimes pricing can get adjusted biased on how much money we invest in them.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle and found it at XYZ. The dealership was 4 hours from my house. James was very helpful and even took a video of any issues the car had since I was traveling so far. This was an easy transaction, helpful sales staff through an out of state buying process, no hassle, and truck was priced fairly. In-house financing was easy and no hand-off mid-sale. There was a minor unexpected issue with the truck and they took care of the pricing to adjust. I drove a long way to buy from them and am really happy with my experience!

Great communication and prep for my 2 hour drive to test drive the vehicle. The dealership staff was efficient and friendly. Disappointed in the vehicle. Steering wheel shook like crazy. Undercarriage was painted black. And interior smelled like a wet dog.

I was a bit turned off by this dealer. I emailed him on a Sunday evening and he responded very quickly and we set up a time ( the first he said he had available) for my husband and I to test drive the car. My husband had to take time off work to make this time happen but we really wanted this vehicle. So I emailed him that Monday morning to confirm the time and he emailed me back saying it was being test drove as we spoke and probably sold. It was 9:30 in the morning on Monday and our appointment was at 5pm. I understand it's an online business but that felt a bit unfair and unprofessional. At least let us know someone else is also interested so we don't make plans and get our hopes up that we may be getting the car.

The person who responded to me said the vehicle was there. They are difficult to find as they are an indoor only car dealer. Anyway, car NOT there as not “ready”. I drove 50 miles one way for nothing.

Terrible experience. Customer service is very poor at best. I had the truck picked out, financing settled, and a day scheduled to test drive and then purchase the truck. They 'accidentally' sold it to someone else and never bothered to call. I only got a vague email to call them when I had a minute. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

They are not ready for sale, which is why they are displayed with an image that says "Coming Soon". We will not sell or allow test drives on these vehicles until they have had a mechanical safety inspection. that I was a HOT lead and since they have 3 buyers going out every day and bringing cars in, he

Very satisfied with my purchase.

I think this is the worst and most bizarre experience contacting a dealership...I live a couple hours away and wanted more info before going to see the car. I contacted by email and Mike kept acting like email was a chore to use and wanted me to call instead, which I'm not able to do during the hours they're open. The things I asked for were simple: does it have rust, inspection report if available, a photo of driver side exterior. The response from Mike on the latter: "We do not photo the drivers side for anyone of the vehicle, just how the photo process is currently being done." This guy is either older and doesn't know how to use his phone or is full of it. You can't walk out there and snap a photo with your phone and send it to me? It's not like you have to stage it. Or do you? Do you also avoid the driver side when you do video calls? Something must be wrong with this vehicle or this dealership. A shame because I'm ready to buy something and I like this make/model.

I am now happy to rate them 5 stars based on the proactive actions to correct the misunderstanding. The truck I bought looks good and is just what I was looking for. They beat the price of any other competitor. Worth the drive.

Found my vehicle at 11pm and asked a question, 8am received a phone call from Paul Loggins at xyzmotors. By

Very unique experience. However the vehicle was not very decent. The floor boards were almost completely rusted through. The two front tires were a set. Then the back left tire was a street tire smaller than the rest and the back right was an off road tire.

I visited this dealership today with the full intention of buying a truck if I
could find one without rust, lower miles and a reasonable price. I spent a
couple of hours studying their inventory, took notes (prices are not posted
in the windows, only online). I took a truck out for a drive, decided against it
because I saw rust was everywhere once I could see it in the daylight.
I continued to look for one to purchase and eventually found another that I
wanted to test drive. Sales person (Mark, I believe) acted as if he did not
want to get off his stool - maybe skeptical of me of me as a potential
customer, He blurted out “lets get this out right now, we don’t negotiate on
price”. Wow, a negative way to respond. He asked when I planned on
purchasing and I responded by saying as soon I can find a good one w/o
rust. “they all have rust”. Still not moving to get the truck out, I left ticked
off. I will not be back because of his rudeness. (Story edited to fit max

Worked with Paul and he was excellent! Im so happy woth the truck I purchased. Paul was very friendly and had great customer service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Paul responded to my inquiry almost immediately. The vehicle was exactly how it was described in the add and I was very pleased about that because I have been dooped before. Jordan contacted us the same day that we inquired, even though it was
well after hours. We set up a time the next day to come in and he was
great! No pressure, showed us only what we were looking for and was very
patient while we made our decision. He stayed late so we could try to
finalize the deal that night, and when we were not able to, he met us
outside of normal work hours over the weekend so we could pick up our
vehicle. The prices and the vehicles we looked at were great! We had a

Went to GR to look at the truck and couldn’t find it, so I called Paul, the salesperson that contacted me, to ask if it was still around and he told me it was. Then called back later in the day to tell me it was sold. My guess is that it was never available. I could be wrong, it wouldn’t be the first time, but something didn’t feel right about it. I wouldn’t personally recommend this dealer.

Got a great deal with my Ford F-150. Saw internet ad on Saturday text and
emailed. Came in an bought the truck on Monday. Jordan was quick to
respond. He seemed to sense that I just wanted the facts and had other
offers for my business. He provided a guest experience offering drinks and
took care of a minor gate issue the same day. Two of the tires seemed a
bit worn and Jordan threw in his price for a set of 4 tires when I was ready

Extremely disappointed! Initially over the phone the dealership had been very helpful, but it was a completely different story when we arrived for the test drive. Was rude and unkind in claiming we were being “cheap” by wanting to spend only $9,000 on a used vehicle. Overall very rude and short when asked questions regarding the things we had seen during the test drive that were wrong with the vehicle (buttons not working, huge cigarette burns, tears in headliner, seat not reclining) and acted as though we were being unreasonable for not liking those flaws as it was a used car and that we should be fine with that kind of condition. Unbelievable! I would never recommend.

Dealing with XYZ Motors was good. Liked there indoor storage of trucks it
was helpful on a snowy day. However they sent the title document in a UPS
envelope that was put on the front porch and the dog chewed up making
registering the truck difficult. The envelope said it was not for personal
documents.

Dispite them having it "checked over from bumper to bumper" i took it to my mechanic and found out the rear differential was pretty much shot. And when we hooked up the scanner the computer read that it had completely lost connection to the rear diff. When i braught it back they just said.. "hmm i didnt even know that"..

Let's start from the beginning: This truck wasn't even listed with pics when I emailed and left a voicemail. Technically this truck was like 2 weeks out from being on the lot. Because of Jordan, and the amazing customer service, he fast tracked it, got it in, cleaned, detailed, inspected, and even got an oil change done that following week after my inquiry!

XYZ Motors is a great company to deal with. Impressive inventory, and if they don’t have it, they’ll find it for you. Showroom is all indoor, so weather is never a factor. Jordan was great to deal with, very accommodating & helpful. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my daughter, and they have been a great to her as well, even brought several vehicles in for her to look at. And one more thing………their business cards are really cool!

If I could give XYZ 10 stars,I would! I have been looking for the perfect truck with all the bells and whistles for months. I found it @ xyz and contacted Logan. He got back with me inside of an hour. Sent me FOUR personal videos of the truck with any dents or scratches. ( there weren’t many). I live in Southern Ohio so it was over a four hour trip.... well worth the drive. I agreed to purchase the truck. Sent a copy of my license and they sent me a contract through email for my review. I have had my truck for four days now and could not be happier. Saved $4000 and got a beast of a truck. I couldn’t be happier. Worth the drive. I was attracted by the low mileage. They were prompt to contact me, initially. It took a long time for the car to get in. When it did come in, they contacted me the next day, saying they had returned it to other dealer, due to engine problems. I was a little skeptical. I am aware, though, that dealers do that with each other. Also, they never attempted to push me in a different direction. My email exchanges with Jordan, left me feeling he saved both of us from a mistake.

I bought this car from Minnesota and Jordan did come to the airport and
pick me up. I asked for an 2 key fobs and he had to go buy another one.
What I was NOT told about over the phone was there were numerous
scratches on the body here and there, the left turn signal didn't work and
the horn still doesn't work. I did fix the turn signal myself. Of course XYZ is
very nice and friendly but just make sure you inspect the car
THOROUGHLY before you take it because if you don't and just trust that
everything works you might miss something and they sure wont tell you
what is wrong.

The DMS systems need to communicate with three different hosts in order to remove inventory. That process can take up to a week. In the case of the vehicle you made us an offer on it is still sitting here waiting for a transportation company to pick it up. I sold the vehicle over the phone to a client in Texas. Again my apologies and I wish you and your family a Happy Holidays!
No issues in being able to test drive. Price was firm, not negotiable, in this case. Salesperson was not pushy but was not able to provide answers to some of my questions. They were addressed by another associate.

There must be something unknown wrong with this vehicle because after 2 alignments and replacing a steering module sensor (?), the car still would not track straight down the road. After each attempt to fix the problem, we were told that it was test driven and everything is fine, come pick up your vehicle. We would test drive it ourselves each time (with the salesman) and find that the car still pulled left,,,changed lanes all by itself. Was told that it's probably the crowning of the road,,,then eventually that it's how the car is supposed to be. Not sure how this wasn't recognized by them during their test drives, but they continually said it was ready to go, drives straight, and really wanted to get on with completing the sale. I don't have any issue with the effort to fix the problem, even with the slight reluctance shown, but I do with the attempts to say it was fixed when it clearly wasn't....making me lose time at work, etc. to come get "fixed" car. Nice guys overall, but fit right into the "used car salesmen" stigma/reputation. Really wish it drove straight, would've been a whole different experience I'm sure.

XYZ motors made my car buying
experance a very easy and painful one. I could not find
a dealer in oklahoma that had what I wanted and if they
did they where not going to get my buisness they would
sucker me in then change the deal even when it was in
writing. XYZ motors held true to there word and gave
me a fair deal on my trade as well as the veical that I
bought. It was a 1800 mile round trip, john got me in,
paper work signed, and back on the road in less than
two hours. I spent two hours in the waiting room at one
of the dealers here while they tried to find a email chain
I had on my phone so they could see what they had
said to sucker me in. I would highly
recommend XYZ motors, well worth the drive.

The entire transaction was great. The vehicle had been spoken for by another part, and when the deal fell through they even called me back to see if I was interested. Price was lowest I found anywhere for similar optioned vehicle and I checked within a 500 mile radius. I would definitely recommend XYZ for a vehicle. All vehicles were inside and all of great quality.

I was spectical at first, thought the deal was too good to be true but the truck was as advertised. It was what I'd been looking for. This is not a typical dealer; come prepared with your financing. I like that the environment was very clean and was free spirited. Didn t feel pressured to make the deal. Jordan was up front and easy going. After the purchase I had an issue, which the dealer took car of. Loving my truck.

I called about a truck, but unfortunately I was told it was on hold for another customer. It was on hold for 2 or 3 days or so, I found it impressive that he held it for the other customer. I can respect that and to me that sounds like a honest saleman that I would want to deal with. He was very nice and quick to calling me back.

BUYER BEWARE! So their website says "All vehicles fully inspected". This
would give you some perceived idea that you will get a quality vehicle
here. Think again. This is a company who will spray a vehicle with an
undercoating and put new tires on it to make it look like your getting a
quality vehicle. We bought a 2010 F-150 from them prepped like this and
took it to our mechanic. This is when we found out it had two broken leaf
springs and a front end so bad you could not do a front end alignment
on. Well, he knocked a thousand off the price to take care of the
squeeling noise coming from the rear end but no mention of the leaf
springs or front end. For inspected vehicles these are two items you don’t
miss. Not even four days off from their lot we now have $3700.00 in
repairs. The mechanic stated it was not even safe to drive. It is obvious
this vehicle did not go through any type of quality control. In fact it would
actually appear that there was more of an effort to hide and conceal
rather than turn out a quality product to the public. So we did not get a
“good deal”, We now have invested into the vehicle more than it’s blue
book value. Jordan’s reply of “sorry about your luck…” tells you
everything you need to know about XYZ Motors.

I am sorry to see how upset you are Charles. I was very clear when you were buying this truck that the previous owner had used it for hauling and that you would need to do some work to it. I even told you about the leaf springs which is why you paid $5000 below market value for the truck. You insisisted on buying this truck even after declining to take it to a mechanic beforehand, as we suggested. We do have all vehicles inspected prior to the sale and we would never sell a vehicle knowing it was unsafe. The words "sorry about your luck" is something I would never say to any custome

Man let me tell you....these past few months car shopping have been absolutely miserable!!!! I was ready to give up honestly and go buy a junker. Then I decided to look one more time and I found an absolutely GORGEOUS 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. This vehicle was located at XYZ motors. I texted Jordan on a Sunday night which he responded within minutes! I wasn't expecting a text until Monday but I was wrong. Monday we went and looked at the vehicle. The pictures did absolutely no justice. This thing hadn't a spec of rust underneath it still smelled like new car no stress in the leather seats. Completely MINT! We arrived were met by Jordan whom is by far the best salesman I've ever encountered. Test drove the vehicle and knew I had to have it. Absolutely no pressure unlike other dealers. Jordan left us be to look test drive and discuss the vehicle in private. THAT WAS NICE!!! We talked for about fifteen minutes wam bam thank you ma'am right to the point shook on the deal came back 3 days later handed over money signed some paper work in and out in 18 minutes! Oh and did I mention they keep all vehicles indoors in a room that's clean enough to eat off the floor? Yea...they take that much pride in their vehicles....if you go BE SURE TO ASK FOR JORDAN. I recommend him to anyone.

This how car shopping should be done. Xyz makes car buying simple. Saw the mustang I wanted on-line on Thursday night, had the out the door price by 8:00am Friday morning. Drove to two hours to Grand Rapids on Saturday morning. Car was outside waiting, oil changed.
Test drive the car. ( everything the pictures was) signed 4 pieces of documents, gave them a check and was back on the road home. I will be back for the next year for an Explorer. Love this place

We bought the Ford Explorer from Jordan at XYZ Motors. Jordan gave us great service - was very accommodating to our schedule, was very efficient in communication and paperwork, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. This vehicle has everything we were looking for - a bit rare with the orange color, sunroof, backup camera and navigation and 4WD. He was not high pressure at all - very friendly - he let us decide. We had not heard of XYZ Motors before finding this vehicle on CarGurus, but we recommend them!

Put a lot of trust in Jordan's hands and was not
disappointed or let down. I purchased my F-150
from XYZ Motors last week. Very smooth
process, great communication with me which is
crucial as I currently live in JAPAN.
I purchased my truck via a power of attorney that
was written to my friend. Jordan not only worked
around the 13 hour time difference but he

Originally contacted them about a 2014 they had, and then after looking
at their inventory online, my husband and I decided we liked a 2016
better. Jordan was great! Not a pushy salesman, but also kept us
informed on the availability of both vehicles since he had interested
buyers for both. We live about 2 1/2 hours south, so once we decided we
wanted the 2016 and started heading that way, Jordan got all of our
paperwork around so all we needed to do was sign after test driving it!
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! The
prices are great, and so is the customer service!

Jordan at XYZ Motors was awesome to work with. His customer service was top notch. I found a 2016 Ford Flex that was priced lower than any other similar Ford Flex within 600+ miles of my home location. I called Jordan, he returned my call that afternoon, within 24 hours we had a deal done over the phone. He worked hard to help me get my financing and insurance squared away in a very short period of time. We even worked on a trade deal on my existing car. We had all but the signatures done by phone before I hopped in my car the next business day to head his direction. I was at his dealership first thing in the morning and was on the road within roughly an hour, even after he had run to the Michigan DMV to finalize temporary plates. This is the way purchasing a car should be. The previous three cars I purchased were from large dealerships and I have spent anywhere from 2-4 hours in the dealership, negotiating deals, lining up financing, finishing up paperwork, and waiting for final approval. Jordan worked hard to make the process as efficient and painless as possible. After an 18 hour round trip I can tell you I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jordan

yes he did contact me back on the truck. because of my husband's work schedule we need a Saturday apt which the site says available by apt only.The first Saurday we tried he was sick. The following Saturday he had company from out of town and when I reached out to him again for potential Saturday 21st he said we check back later but the truck would probably be gone by then. I thanked him and told him there were other trucks on our list we were interested in looking at...BUT WE ARE STILL INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT THIS ONE??

Jordan has been great to deal with. He isn't pushy, is a man of his word and even comes in during non-business hours to help clients find their ideal car. I have zero complaints about this company and honestly can say over the last 6 months of car shopping, this has been the best one company I've encountered.
