Worst experience of car buying. Different people will tell you different price on the same car. Worst is that they inflate the price of cars by adding unwanted items. They tell you Toyota vehicles are RARE. For gods sake it's a depreciating asset. Stop these old schools tricks in the world of AI.

I had a wonderful experience. My car was undrivable so I wasn't able to get there. They went out ofctheir was to give me the best service I have ever had from a dealer. We completed most of the deal remotely and they even set up and provided transportation for me to get there when it was actually time to come get my new car. I highly recommend World Toyota for anyone needing excellent service when buying your next car!

Said they would call back in 10 mins, contacted following day and said they would reach out via email yet did neither. Car was already a little overpriced. Bad experience when dealing with pre-owned vehicles that aren’t Toyotas

My sales person, Taylor was wonderful. He was attentive and very helpful. However, it was not a pleasant experience and I would never purchase there again. I had my own financing with my credit union. The finance person seemed to be annoyed that I did not want to finance with them. He was rude and impatient. He was annoyed by my questions to understand the documents I was signing. I decided not to purchase the car and walked out. They then assigned me to another finance person who answered my questions and helped with the paperwork. The dealership also seems confused about how outside financing works and made comments about them allowing me to take the car and never receiving a check. I was also provided envelops with the name and number of the general manager. It asked for a phone call if there were any issues. I called that number, left a VM but did not get a return call. This was a stressful experience and I would discourage anyone from purchasing a car there.

When I inquired about this car, via text, someone responded almost immediately. I purchased this car from World Toyota! I didn’t get the car listed. It actually sold as I was arriving at the dealership. However, Charlotte worked so hard to find the car I wanted. She was pleasant the entire time. It took a couple of visit but I was able to purchase a car.

horrible. They arranged a time for a test drive. I drive 2 hours in heavy thunderstorms & traffic to get there ONLY TO FIND... They couldn't get access to the car keys. So. No check the engine or undrr hood possible. No test drive . No entry to the car at all. Waste of aTime ... understatement.

Came in, unannounced, to see 2018 Mustang GT advertised on CarGurus. Charlotte and Fabio were very accommodating and did not pressure me into anything! There was none of the “Let me get with my Manager…” stuff that, in days of yore, kept you in the dealership for an entire day! It was quick, amicable, and a pleasure doing business with them!

Made an appointment for test drive. Got there, waited an hour for the dealer. Then dealer pulled up wrong vehicle. When I showed him a picture of the right vehicle, he said it was listed for about $3000 more than it was listed for when I made appointment for test drive. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of it at the right price. After all this, he told vehicle was not there on the lot, but still in Florida! I drove far out after a full days work, yet almost 3 hours later, I was not able to accomplish what I had come there for. He said maybe next week, the vehicle would be there and if I was still interested he'd contact me and sell it to me for originally listed price. Unfortunately, 3 days later, I received an email from CarGurus that vehicle had been sold, at the marked up price!! I received no call. Sad, the dealer never wanted to sell the car to me, I just wish he would have said that sooner.

I live a couple hours away from the dealership. Before I drove to see the truck, I ask to see some pictures of it,, as they didn't have any online... After 3 calls over a couple days, no one ever sent any pictures of the truck. When I first contacted them online, I received an email from a salesperson, that I replied to that was never returned. In addition, the same salesperson text me. I responded to the text two or three times over a couple days and never received a response.... I never received any pictures and the truck sold.... Frustrating as I contacted them very soon after the truck was posted and could have come to the dealership that day, but didn't want to waste hours driving if I didn't like the truck, this why I requested a few pictures. I have requested pictures from other dealerships in the past and not had this much trouble.....

Was told on phone by one person truck I was traveling 100 miles to see would have no smell or dents-was told to examine pics online but too distant in photo to allow clarity when zoomed-also told wrong price on doc fee. Spoke with 2nd person day of travel who was pleasant, didn’t have a lot of specific answers but wanted me to come talk to them. Told me doc fee was 200$ more than I had been told (which was on disclaimer, along with some other fees he couldn’t explain). I Arrived and found vehicle on my own, confirmed VIN from add and saw large dent passenger side rear door/ fender along with scrapes that only show if you look REALLY hard and know exactly where to look on pic. Very disappointed. HOWEVER, Andrew in Service helped me out of a jamb and did top notch job, professional and accommodating. Would recommend ANDREW for any service need, but study online pics very closely before travel.

Blaiz was really nice but before I spoke to her I was told that the automobile I wanted was gone which was not the cae, I really do not wish to come back to WORLD Toyota, I was brushed off by Carlos Paguada he told me this vehicle wasn't available and he had another one I still don't have the paperwork he was gonna send to me by email and the Guy Eric Guneysu wasn't very helpful either. So I came into the dealership was never acknowledged after 10 min walked to the finance guys who was all sitting down talking which I can see them they can see me I went over and asked if I can get some help. They finally sent a guy who walked past me the first time when I was looking for assistance. Now fast forward talking about the deal the car listed on website price matched theirs However the dealer kept matching the original price. Then when I asked for the paper with the deal he told me couldn’t take the paper however I can take picture with my phone. Now I’m big on customer service and Remarkable service didn’t receive any at this dealership.I called and left message for manager no return phone call still to this day. The funny thing is I refer people to this dealership due to the work I do.I will never refer a person to this location nor do any business here.

Experience was okay. I didn’t like the $699 DOC FEE they wrote on the deal I was paying cash with. I didn’t like the daft that the salesman said it was a fee to keep the business running and had nothing to do with the purchase of the vehicle.

The dealer contacted me via email and sent the requested documents. I went to see the vehicle which I decided against buying. They followed up and when I told them that I found a vehicle at another dealership they said they would beat the price by $250. They were not able to beat the price so I must have gotten a very good deal (and I know why it was a deal that would be hard to beat). They were not being pushy, just trying to be helpful. Communication was excellent. I would have been happy to purchase my vehicle from them. I would recommend World Toyota.

Not good. Car was not available for test drive even though I was told it was. Made a trip from Newnan to Atlanta for nothing.

I was able to get to the dealership to test drive the car. The vehicle had some electrical problems, and the check engine light was on. I asked to get a call with what the codes were the next day when their mechanic checked it. I got the call saying it was a wiring issue and "they fixed it". I reminded them I had ask for and been promised the codes. They said they would call back with the codes...but they never did. Must have been bad.

I was contacted within minutes. However, I'm assuming the person felt as though I would've been wasting their time. First the car was listed at 15k, price dropped. Then final listing was 13k+. They said it was more. Yes I did all for a cheaper deal. However if they weren't negotiable I totally understood that. (Did hurt to try). But he gave me some bogus lie to get off the phone... Bad idea!! Start behind you little cubicle hoping to get a sale for commission. Because you could've had a cash sale... Anyway. Glad I dodged that dealer. Not saying they are bad. But unprofessionally handled.

This ad is misleading. I went to visit dealership yo purchase vehicle. I went to test drive.. NO AC.. no air conditioner in 95 degree weather here in GA... REALLY? They should have disclose this in the ad.. I would have never drove to dealership.. pissed.. NOT A GOOD DEAL

I was looking for a 2010 Lexus IS 250 however my dad couldn't make a decision on it so we ended up leaving, however they called us back the next day and offered some other cars. Great customer service, I ended up getting a Toyota Camry from them. Overall, I am satisfied with their service. It's not that stressful dealing with them, it's just part of my situation that made it stressful.

Mileage was off a few issues w the car very disappointed in no one letting us know. We also waited over 2 hours for them to wash and fill with gas when we received it only a half full. Overall I don’t feel like they were completely honest about the sell.

I didn't care for this dealership. There are at first welcoming but later they just hard ball you. The salesman told me he could ship the vehicle to South America or Africa and get at least 3 times the price today. Huh? Is that what it's come to?

Well they did reply and promptly. But they did not really answer my questions. More just when can you come? But I am pretty far away so want to know more before deciding to drive several hours. They need to more directly just answer customer questions and that would help to take next steps.

DeAndre was a capable and knowledgeable salesman. He followed through on everything he said over the phone. Van was as advertised. Test drive, inspection, financing and paperwork took about 2 hours. Business office smoothed out potential snags. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, and will be back in the future. Thank you World Toyota for not wasting your time and mine. Two thumbs up

the cruiser was dirty and smelled like cig. smoke. i was passed off to another sells person that was in training and was not knowledgeable about the vehicle i was looking at. this cruiser was supposed to be a Toyota certified vehicle .it had been hit on the back corner panel . when i showed it to the sells lady she replied we can fix that and just add it to your cost.

World Toyota advertised a used 2013 Toyota Prius 3 in Autotrader. I drove to Macon and salespeople told me it was a Prius 3. A few days after I purchased the vehicle, I discovered that it was a Prius 2, which is the model under the prius 3. Sales manager said I was still getting a good deal and should be satisfied. The vehicle was misrepresented in the advertisement and by the salespeople. I was very disappointed.
