Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to see if they can locate this vehicle. I went into the dealership and asked to see another car and they couldn’t locate the Keyes. Seems like they’re not interested in selling

Very pleasant experience corresponding with Jeaneth and Karina about s potential car. We ultimately had to delay our purchase for financial reasons, but they did some extra legwork researching some potential tax credits which was very helpful.

Horrible experience. Do not go here. I asked to see finance figures on multiple vehicles and was told it would take too much of their time as it was busy. Too busy for my money as well.

I tried to look at 4 of their 5 trucks. One was already sold, that's ok. 2nd was a Red Ford F150 Lariat. The sound system was "unavailable" via the display. Couldn't even turn it on. The back-up and 360 cameras display was broken. Looked like a multicolored trashed cell phone display. The sunroof was broken and the interior was trashed with chips and napkins between the seats. The 3rd truck, a brown dodge, was trashed the same way and the battery was dead. The 4th was a blue F150 that they couldn't find the keys to. The sales guy was nice dude otherwise I'd give them a rating of -0. This encounter was a waste of my time and theirs. Please improve your standards.

I am devastated! I test drove the Honda Accord Fri. Night after I got off work.signed papers and gave DL and social security #.I told the sales guy I was on my way home. And I would go to my bank Sat. Morning and send him necessary paperwork. Which I did go to my bank. Banker called the dealership asking to speak with Financial manager. She was told he wouldn’t be in til 12:00 noon. Monday morning my banker called and called finally someone from finance answered. He assured her he would send necessary paperwork to her.!!! She never received anything. I called Monday morning after receiving EMail that the vehicle I was looking at was sold!! That’s a sorry way to do business in my opinion!!! I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

My experience with world car Mazda was outstanding! My salesman Chris, the sales manager Steve, and the whole team made me feel welcomed the moment I step foot on their dealership. The car I inquired about was ready for me to view and drive as soon as I got there. Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. There was no hassle, no back and forth on the deal. In about 20 min, the world car team had my deal ready with what I was comfortable paying a month and as far as down payment. Thank you Chris and Steve for my awesome experience, I will definitely be buying again from world car Mazda/Kia!!

Joseph was prompt in meeting me and made sure I was satisfied during the whole car reviewing and buying process. The dealership is outdated along with the amenities but the staff are great and the floor manager Phil is professional and honest.

The dealer contacted me. Arranged and took a test drive. The inventory was decent. Low- pressure sales. I never heard from the salesman after the test drive. Ended up moving on to other dealers

I asked them for interior photos and they didn't send any. They replied it wasn't ready to sell, but i could look at it. I said I was not driving a 130 miles, one way to look. Not impressed.

The salesman Justin Babin was amazing. He help with all of our needs and gave us time when we wanted to look at the vehicle. He was never pushy. I hate buying cars bc of all the sales man run around. I wasn't looking forward to this experience. Justin changed all that. We loved our experience so much that we went back a couple days later and bought another car.

Worst Car dealership experience I have ever had in my 50 years of buying cars! Visited this dealer to pre-inspect a 2014 Mercedes for my son. Returned with my son 3 days later to test drive the vehicle and get a value for his trade-in. Though my son was ambivalent about test driving the vehicle in inclement weather and as we waited for them to value his trade the sales manager insisted that he test drive it which he did and he fell in love with it. Upon returning to the dealership with the salesman he told the salesman he wanted to purchase it only to be informed as we waited for the paperwork that the sales manager and another salesman sold the car while we were on the test drive with the salesman! My son was devasted! The actions of this dealership was unprofessional and unconscionable and calls in to question their honesty and transparency! Avoid at all costs!

This was one of the best car buying experiences. They got in touch with me as soon as I expressed interest in one of their cars and the follow up leading up to my appointment was great. Once I got there, the car was ready for a test drive and the whole process of purchasing went extremely well. Aron and Kendal were awesome. Thank you for making this easy.

Despite numerous exchanges with the dealership, when we arrived for our appointment neither of the vehicles we requested test driving we’re avaioaboe. We even referenced stock numbers so as to not waste anyone’s time. The manager was zero help. San antonionis a large enough city and has plenty of dealerships, don’t waste your time at this dealership.

They took their sweet time when told I was limited on time, wouldn't budge on price even though they were asking $2,500 over bluebook value of the vehicle. Don't waste your time with this dealer, they don't care about you just your money.
