Truck had body damage. Also low on oil. Service staff toke so long to top it off on oil I was not able to test drive the truck.

You are right that there was a small amount of damage that the customer who traded it to us tried to repair and didn't do a good job, we have a service that comes weekly to make those repairs and I've already told him he missed it last week. Fred did take too to long getting more oil put in the vehicle as well, the technician wasn't available when he brought it to him, so he had to wait. However, it was not low on oil, it was right between the minimum and maximum oil line on the dipstick, it's only low if it's below

I went to look at a car priced $21995 but when the agent presented the first paperwork, the price was raised to $23995. Aside from the $2k difference, it also raised the taxes. The agent called the finance guy who wouldn’t honor the internet price, saying it’s a great deal and that internet price was there to get people to come. I wouldn’t have come for that price.
Horrible and very disappointing! They have fees that were not listed on the listing that they added to the cost after the fact. They force
those fees on the potential buyer and are non-negotiable. They add a GPS called APEX to the vehicle that is unnecessary. According to
them cost of that added feature was $2,600. Yet 5 years ago, when we bought another Jeep at the same dealership, the same APEX
GPS system was only a $200 add-on cost. And back then, they waived the APEX cost to make the deal. Today, they did not even
consider it. They flat out said no, it was something that they added to all of their vehicles, and it would be paid for by the buyer. Very, very
disappointing.

The worst car buying experience ever, they told me it would be 2 days before i could get the car..well i didn't get the dame car until 3 weeks
later.
they also told me that i would get $3000.00 on my trade .. well when I went in to sign the paperwork they only gave me $2500.00 for my
trade.. The only reason i bought this car was because of the sales guy name Vince. Never will I go there again!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS

Sales person and his manager are very personable, no attitude, no judgement, no pressure. Young Sales person ...can't remember his name except his first name could have been his last name : )....was exceptionally nice in cutting our waiting time by completing the paper work on his own. Also helpful in recommending alternate return routes home. The dealer was quick to respond to our inquiry. The listing accurately described the condition of the vehicle..which looks brand new. The Murano was clean and ready for the test-drive. I would recommend the dealership if you were interested in their brands (Jeep,Chrysler) or a particular vehicle they have on their lot.

I had a wonderful experience with Winnie Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My experience started before I even arrived at the dealership. The sales man made sure that I had all the information I needed in the truck I was interested in, to include the Carfax. The moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted and assisted in my needs. I could not recommended this dealership more. Fantastic organization.
