Drove 2 and a half hours and the car shown online was the wrong car they pulled out a different model and lower trim. My license is still there because they forgot to give it back from me since I was was waiting 3 hours for them to find the key to the actual vehicle that was posted. The people were nice but that was it. I asked for a discount and they wouldn’t even do that. Horrible experience. I still don’t have my ID and it’s effecting my business.

Save your time. I looked at a used Santa Fe that was listed for $22900 and their first quote to me for out the door pricing was $28952. They were trying to charge me over $3000 in just BS dealer fees. The next day they tried to play nice and I checked the listing and they had raised the price by over $2000 on the car. All this for a car that was on their lot for over 130 days. Total slime balls and everything that is wrong with used car sales.

I walked out after we couldn’t come to an agreement on price.
Then call me to say they’ll do the deal.
$3000. Down no. Payment of $250.
I said okay email me $#’s to look over.
Haven’t seen anything???
Not good/ moving on to another vehicle.
This dealership represents everything car buyers hate about car dealerships. I contacted them for information on a new vehicle and someone said they would call me back in 15 minutes. 4 hours later no call, so I called them back only to have to start all over again with my inquiry. I was finally able to speak with someone only to find out that the advertised price was not real and they were actually charging thousands of dollars more for the vehicle. Classic bait and switch. This dealership is disorganized and dishonest, plus the staff was rude and arrogant. I would never spend a penny here. All the negative reviews I’ve read about this dealership are true and then some. I’d give them 0 stars if that were an option.

I did not appreciate having to sign an agreement to purchase when I walked in the door, I found this very
insulting. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. However, the vehicle, requires attention before I would
consider a purchase.

The dealership responded quickly to my online inquiry via email as it was after hours when I submitted it. Easily setup a time to go look at the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership from Management to Maintenance were friendly and personable. I looked at the vehicle I inquired about as well as two others. The prices were better than other dealerships I looked at. Ultimately I purchased the Jeep I initially inquired about. I was immaculately detailed and the salesman put a full tank of gas in it himself. The most impressive selling point for me was there are no crazy stipulations that void a warranty like other big dealerships have. Highly recommend this dealership!
