The dealership called me like 7 × 2 come. Look at the car they told me. The car was ran through the shop already and was ready to go I went to the dealership and they told me the car was getting the oil changed, but when they called me last week they told me the car was already done. So they told me to sit down. Wait 2 hours while the oil is getting changed, then I thought that's kind of weird and the manager from the dealer told me that he's trying to locate the car and then came back and told me that the car was in The Body Shop because the front. Bumper had some kind of problems and the car had damage on the inside of the bumper. So I drove over there 2 hours for nothing. And they told me the car is gonna be available on Monday. They were very rude to me.

Easy deal they stand behind there deals
Dealership responded quickly to our inquiry.The listing of the car was accurate , clean and ready to test drive. Our sales associate Mustafa was very accommodating, taking care of our needs during the purchase of our Jetta. Sincere thank you to this team!!! Would purchase a car from this dealership again

Very poor customer service. Ashley Dumanon was the dealer who contacted me. I make appointment on Saturday April 23 to forwarding the deal. When I got ther she told me the car already been sold. Didn't have the courtesy to tell me that before I drove 45minz there. Her manager told me she can get me the same car from another dealership as a dealer trade with a $3300 markups. Even I showed her the price with a photo we were talking before she stills won't honor. So I just walked out. Pretty sure bottom line is that they sold the car we were talking about for very high markups prices. I would not anyone to go there unless you wanted to pay high markups cars.

Why do so many dealerships add the hidden fee for exterior/interior sealant and vehicle location device (LoJack)? Up to $2,000 for something not only not needed, it wasn’t asked for. For this dealership, they were unwilling to remove this cost in the negotiation, so the price is automatically $1,600 more than the listed price. What a scam!!

Talk about unprofessional. We get there and a couple had just stormed out of the building in total
digust. It looks like they had been mistreated by the employees there.
When we get to the test drive, the car was completely dirty. Not washed, a bunch of crap and scratches
on the inside.
During the discussions about price, the sales manager quotes a total fake KBB price. When I told her
that her offer is a non-starter, she said "well okay then", took the papers, and ripped them in half in front
of my face.
Who does that? Do they not have any empathy for their customers? Avoid at all costs.

Good communication and informative dealership. Although we couldn’t agree on a price. We both agreed that the auto industry is being sacrificed, because of a computer CHIP shortage. Due to the pandemic. I really liked our exchange. Thanks
An actual person responded. I replied with 2 questions, one about the car and one about required to make appt. He told me to make appt, did not answer my car question. No point in appt if the car doesn't have features I need.

I felt the salesman was polite and friendly. He knew I had all the information gathered off the internet. My only concern was the high mileage, otherwise I would have purchased the used vehicle. He answered all my questions and followed up in a very professional manner.
The question is WINN will you sell me the car? They jerked us
around and told us the car was having repairs needed during its pre-
sale checklist and was waiting for parts. Fair enough. Then they
moved the TDI's somewhere else where they said they would be fixed
faster, and told me to come in and they would get me under contract.
We came up and they told us that they couldn't write the contract,
would you like to test drive something else? (Bait and switch?). We
left and then I noticed that they increased the price of both TDI's by
$2,000! Sounds like they just wanted to make more money on the
car. Won't go back there.

We purchased this car. The dealership was clean, the salesman nice. They
were tight on how many people they had to do the financing, so we had to
speak up to keep our place in line.
Bottom line, we would purchase from them again as they are good guys to
deal with.

Did not buy the car. We told them that we will come only if they can give us for this price. Called before going saying we will look at the car only if they were going to come down with the price. They said first look at the car and we can talk about it here. Wasted lot of our time by making us come to them and not changing the price.
