Horrible service, I gave Doug my max price and he showed me $20K+ over my budget trucks. Made me wait almost 45mins for a rough idea of payment. I will make sure I tell everyone I meet to avoid this place!! I bought my high country Chevy elsewhere!!

This is my first time writing a review because I was genuinely impressed with how efficient everything was. The whole process took only about an hour and a half, including a 20 minute test drive and financing with a great rate. The staff were very friendly and professional.
This is the best dealership I’ve experienced. Everything was handled incredibly fast. At other dealerships, even when I paid cash, it took me twice as long. Highly recommend.

Very good cars
Quick response! Professional sales associate answered my questions. I ended up purchasing this vehicle from Wilsonville Chevrolet despite being located over 1300 miles from this dealership. I flew into Portland they arranged a Uber to transport me to there dealership. The car was as described and as the pictures portrayed it to be. I test drove the vehicle & closed the deal. I proceeded to get into my 2017 60k mile “new to me” car and drove it home 1300+ miles with ZERO issues! Overall a great experience!
I unfortunately had an family emergency arise and have not yet been able to visit. However, the
team there has reached out and stayed connected and patient. They have updated me on the
cars I was interested in and in faireness to the business those specific cars will probably be sold.
But the used my interest to occasionally keep me informed of similar vehicles. I do not have a
purchase experience I can share at this point but if all departments are at the same level as the
intitial customer contact team, Im not anticipating being desipointed should I see a car that works
for us.
While this particular opportunity didn't work out for me, the experience with their representatives was amazing. Vince Z. is a
very responsive sales representative. He was very upfront about answers to questions I had, where I never felt like he was
trying to take advantage of my potential interest in the vehicle. He would also respond via email or text within a timely manner
and it just made me feel like this is a dealership that can be trusted. I would definitely recommend Vince for anyone's shopping
experience.

I live 95 miles away from the dealership so I was concerned about the truck having issues that weren’t noticeable from pictures or were omitted from our conversations. Joe was pleasant and knowledge. Negotiation was easy and fair. I left with a truck that was as described and prepped as we had agreed upon. Paperwork took longer than I had hoped but that’s always the case.

Experience was phenomenal. I called about the car, received videos and car it was put
on hold once I purchased my tickets to pick up the car. I flew into Portland from
Delaware; they picked me up at the airport, I signed the paperwork and began my
Race Across America from the dealership back to Delaware. The car ran all 2800 miles
without issue.

Amazing! Doug Harris went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle long
distance. He took videos. He even came in on his day off so that a friend of mine could
do a test drive. He arranged to have a hitch installed at a local dealer so that it would be
ready when I came to pick up. I could not ask for a better experience.
Wentworth's Wilsonville Chevrolet is the best place to buy a Chevy. I did my app online and I only had to go in and sign paper work and pick up my new ride that easy and no stress involved. My sale guy was awesome and alway responded to my emails in no time at all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I was running late, ( after closing time) I called the dealership and they stayed late to show me a truck, really appreciate that kind of service
I was hesitant to talk with a car salesperson as a single woman so I had
my neighbor over to help out with a visit from a gentleman named Doug.
I had nothing to fear. Doug was quiet and did not push anything at me.
He let us drive it around the neighborhood and waited patiently in the
heat of the day. I wasn't sure about the sale at first, but Doug kept trying
to make a better deal for us. I have 2 disabled daughters and we so
needed this van! We were able to get all the paperwork done and a
trade in within a couple days. So far so good. And Doug was a good
guy! He said they would pay for an extra key for us, so am going to take
them up on that too! All in all a pleasant experience with little haggling.

I was told I would not get approved for a loan after filling out paperwork. They said they would submit it anyhow. I was notified via email from credit karma that my credit score was accessed. It has been well over a week and no one from the dealership has attempted contact.

I Barry I appreciate your frustration. Sorry for the missed connection. The sales person that was assisting you is active Army National Guard and as luck would have it he has been gone these last three weeks with the Army on his deployment. I apologize for any inconvenience to you.
Responsive? Yes. Friendly? Arguably. But I usually prefer to let the running motor be under the hood of the car I’m looking at and driving, not in the salesman’s mouth. Kind of distracts from the features that I, as a professional full time driver, want to really dig in and get the feel of. Also please start and end with the information I ask for and the truth.
“This car was owned here in Oregon” contrasted with all the CARFAX reports of service in Hawaii just doesn’t look good. Any truth will do, just share it with me with some measure of consistency.
Some good pricing and effort, some areas to polish.

Wonderful experience! I didn't end up buying the car but the staff was very knowledgeable and easy going. I didn't feel pressure from the team there to buy, which was amazing. When the right car comes up I hope it's from here!

I called Monday and was told the truck was sold. It was still advertised Tuesday so I contacted them. I received an email stating the truck info and when would I want to test drive it. I called and talked to Doug. I told him I was informed the day before that the truck had been sold. He said he would check and call me back. He called and said the truck was at the lot. I went there right away he led me to a different truck and tried to sell it to me. The truck we discuss was not there.

Someone contacted me by email and was very helpful when I had questions
about financing. We ended up buying a car somewhere else and I emailed
him saying thanks for all of his help and he never replied. I know when it
comes to buying a car I'm just a walking dollar sign, but if you were able to
email me within 5 minutes of me expressing interest in car you have a second
to respond when I say thank you.

These guys seemed to really have their act together and were not seemingly "too busy" to listen too us. Car was brought around for our inspection ahead of our arrival but smelled too much like a perfumed used car. Interesting that we made an offer which they did not accept but I see the vehicle still has not sold and the price dropped to what we would have paid. Oh well, some dealers don't feel the consumer has options and knows the market. Also, when they "drop" the price to what Cargurus listed it at and refuse to negotiate further? - bad practice when buyer brings in an all cash offer, and has a lot of other options. They missed out on this one and we found a better fit for us anyway somewhere else.

Very positive. Salesman was very good. No pressure. However, the dealership does not know the definition of detail. When we first looked at the car we were told it had been detailed. We made a full price offer with just one condition. We asked that the car be detailed. The General Manager told us himself that would happen. We left the car for two or three days for this detailing to be done. When we picked up the car it was not detailed.

Made an offer but was told it was already a "Great" deal. Days later the price of the vehicle went below what I even offered. These guys are a joke and don't know what it means to "Earn" my business. A joke of a sales department. ....I offered offers $7500 for a vehicle but was told they couldn't do it. Days later it went on sale for $7000. Get your act together. I bought else where.

Very poor communication - I
emailed twice and got no
response - after finally getting the
online managers attention they
gave me a price so I countered
and never heard back. Even got a
generic email from the sales
manager asking how they were
doing as far as customer service -
I replied and again got no
response.
I have come to the belief that this
dealer does not know how to do
online business and are very lazy
in doing any sort of proper
communication - the one thing
that kills most business - go
figure.
