Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC

I was supposed to buy this car at the last minute they called me and told me they sold it. They gave me my money for my ticket that I purchased to come up there, but I was told that the man called me, and he never did it very poor service. I would not recommend anybody going here, don’t mean to be mean but that’s just what it is

Went to buy a vehicle, come time to pay was going to write a personal check $38,900 don’t accept out state checks being from Ky. Wanted to drive vehicle home that eveningof purchase,didn’t get to. We did work out bring vehicle to my address I got a cashiers check to pay at my home when vehicle was delivered. Having talked to two different salesman previous days nothing mentioned on out state checks. Had a great saleswoman Melody Pollard worked really hard to work with me getting this vehicle.

I went to look at the 2017 mustang Gt convertible that was and still is listed online only to be told that it is not for sale. I was told that they will not be selling it and was given a run around by several people there.

Great communication and quick responses through email. Renea was great to work with! Manager would not come off price even though comparable prices (especially with the high mileage) showed it should be slightly lower, so the reason for the 4 star, but we had already driven out there and long story short about how we thought another suv was available, so we took the price. Overall good experience.

Great experience with the salesman and test driving the vehicle, but not a good job on following up. The vehicle was sold with out a warning or heads up or notice like 2 or 3 days after we'd talked.

After a 2-3 month long process, we finally purchased a vehicle and it was from this dealership. Brandon was probably the most knowledgeable sales associate we've ever encountered. He was very passionate about his job and was happy to explain all the new features of the vehicle to my wife. I initially sent an email through CarGurus and then we called/texted from there. This is a large dealership where one would expect to find aggressive staff but they aren't. The entire process was seamless. When we are looking for our next vehicle, we will start our search here. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the listed price of the vehicle included a "finance here" discount that was not stated anywhere on the CarGuru's listing. They did agree to honor this price but it took a manager approval. Otherwise, this was a great car buying experience and highly recommend!

They informed me that the price that was on cargurus was not the price for the vehicle. Manager said that that was third party pricing. Therefore we did not get the vehicle we wanted. Would not recommend dealership to anyone. Sorry bunch of people. Piss poor dealership.

Zero Stars...they contacted me back by email, indicating that the truck I was interested in was still available at 8:15 in the morning, I contacted them 45 minutes prior to my arrival and they lead me to believe that the truck was still there....that is until I got there then Bobby informed me the truck had been sent to the auction that "morning" and then give me the run around for another 1.5 hours....my 180 mile round trip was wasted time, Beware the bait and switch..

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The salesman Brandon contacted me very quickly and was one of the most professional car salesman I've ever dealt with. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning to end! He gave me a virtual walk around of the vehicle and has a great connection to ship vehicles to you. He even had the vehicle cleaned for the walk around via FaceTime. He always answered my calls on his cell phone and got me answers quickly. He was very honest and upfront about all details of the vehicle. I was looking at a couple similar vehicles from other dealerships, but I purchased a vehicle from Wilson County due largely to Brandon's hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership (especially if you get to work with Brandon).

Truck advertisement misstated price. Drove over an hour to find out it was not retail priced but was priced as a fleet sales vehicle. Then, salesperson could not find a similar truck to show me!

Conflict with sales person. Arrogant, inefficient and purposely ignored my responses! Then kept asking me if I had more questions when he hadn't answered my ONLY question...what color is the interior?!! Then about 10 other people contacted me, including him, (I had asked him not to contact me again). I had to use the word "harassment" to get them to stop calling/texting me. Not a pleasant experience. This was all online and by phone.

Bought it it was on the way in didn't get it as promised then it came in and truck had check engine light on new truck with a problem couldn't get a straight answer there fees are not what they tell you business tax what is that? never did get a answer just want a sale dont make the mistake we did !!

If you need a new truck this is the place you have been looking for.Super nice people,I dint feel out of place and pressured to buy something I didn't want.Very friendly and helpful.I'm not a fan of most dealerships but this place is a must visit place. If you want a cool and nice salesman ask for Keith .. you won't be dissapointed.

Dealer responded quickly and inquired about my needs. Very professional organization.

The day we visited the dealership it was extremely hot. We went to the parking lot with the sales person to look at a car and he received a call on his mobile phone. We stood out on that hot blacktop for ten minutes while he talked on the phone. We then went into the showroom and he was checking his phone messages while I align to us. We got a price for the car with our trade-in and were not interested in the price. The dealership never tried to o work out a deal with us at all and never contacted us to follow up other than the standard pre scripted standard emails that are sent out to everyone. I would not recommend or purchase from this dealership. I purchased the exact same brand new vehicle two days later from a dealership in the town where we reside. This dealership was anxious to work with us on price, employed no high pressure tactics and followed up to see what we thought and what they could do to work with us. The professionalism and business like manner of the dealership where we finally purchased our vehicle was much superior to the Wilson County dealership.

this place is a joke. went to look at car wasnt there after i made a app to see it. they said they took it to action 20 min after i left they called me and said it did not sell. talked to sales person he said they could give me a better deal yea they came down $100.00 after that i sent emails to three dif sale pepole and never hear back from anyone.

Explained the paper work and options for financing and extended warranties. I got a great price on the truck. This dealer runs an excellent operation, from the variety of vehicles on the lot to the state of the art facility and friendly people there.
