Salesman “Reno” is extremely efficient, detailed and cooperative. I haven’t met him personally yet, but I look forward to it. Willis Chevrolet has a special associate, I hope they recognize him.

Returned the phone call...Iafe regarding the car. We set up a meeting to take a look. He touched base prior to the meeting and advised the car was being shown to another buyer and believed it was going to be sold. Appreciated the call.

Though I didn't even get to them, they reached out to me and were NOTHING BUT EASY TO TALK TO! If we have had been in a better set of circumstances I believe they would have gotten a visit from us, It just wasn't good timing for us.

Went in, spoke with Frank. Had a nice test drive. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even took another car out for a drive to compare ride and handling. Answered all my questions. Called a couple of days later, but it took a few hours for someone to get back. They were very busy with customers.

I checked the price just before going out to have a look at the car. When I got there I looked at the car and then asked if they could lower the price from the current price of $52813. They told me that that is the wrong price that it was $54900 and by the time they added in all the other items it was up to $58K and change plus tax. When I got home the price was changed to $54900. Today, Feb 19, 2018, I get your review request and I checked the price and it is back to $52813. Looks like price baiting. I am done with that dealership.

The truck was advertised as having a manual transmission. When I get there (50 plus miles from my home), the transmission is an automatic. Nothing else to say.

If you don't pay the price they want. You will get alot of flap and ignored when you have done your research. Dealer max pay for this car is about 27K. They want 37K. I offered 32K. Only because of meage. Should of been 30K. Instead of making a sale and move on to the next sale. They are looking for a lollypop to buy it at the lollypop price.

Never actually purchased from them but they were very accommodating and open about their vehicles. Very responsive to my questions, requests for additional pictures, AutoFax report, etc. Great to deal with over the phone and e-mail.
