The sales person at Williams Auto was very helpful and friendly. We actually purchased vehicle from there and would look to them for our future vehicles.
Once I was able to get in touch with them it was a very good
experience. I bought the car but only after I discussed details
with their mechanic (Jim) and salesman (Jake). I flew to Green
Bay, reviewed the information they had furnished, took it out for
a ride, bought it and drove it home. Very good experience.
The person I talked with was very nice, auto was nice, but had
a senior issue ( Engine Light On ) that in my area would not
pass a Emission Testing, I had E mailed him back if he could
find out more about this issue
( Get a MOPAR Part Number for me - they had taken it to a
MOPAR shop / so I was told ) but he told me the issue could
not be found ? I E Mailed him back that if he could find out
more information about the issue that I would be interested in
getting the auto, HE !! Never got back to me ???

Excellent communication, pricing, and personal attention. I drove from 2 hours away and they had the vehicle I was interested in parked up front when I arrived. After taking it on a test drive they quickly gave me a fair trade in price for my car, I agreed to purchase the new to me vehicle. There was no pressure or uncomfortable feelings that seem to be normal with a lot or car dealerships. The financing and warranty process was super smooth. We went and had lunch and when we returned my new vehicle was ready to go!

Before I had made it to the dealer, they had responded promptly. After meeting with Jake, had found they were very helpful and knowledgeable on vehicles in their lot.

Sales experience was very nice. Ray did a nice job. For me and many other consumers the service doesnt stop when you leave the lot. 1 month 1000 mile warranty. I noticed several small things made a call or 2 and took the truck for some minor adjustments. They were addressed. To be fair 1month or 1000 miles whichever comes 1st warranty. I realize the minor repair work I had done may or may not have been covered but they did what was asked of them. However the headlights are still not aligned properly and I was told they were "even". Cleary they are not. I'd give this a 4 but I've got another issue now that's more serious than the others but I'm gonna do that myself.

I wish I could give them a better rating because they were polite, however it felt like in order to purchase a car there we’d have to find the paperwork & fill it out ourselves. We test drove a vehicle, at no time did they ask for our information or if we wanted to buy it, just asked how we liked the ride. We left to discuss it, when we called back to ask a few questions, again they briefly answered our questions but never pursued the sale or asked for our information. We called again a few days later to come view the vehicle during the day and hopefully purchase only to find someone had put money down on it, but they were still trying to secure financing. I called later that night to find the status, was told they were still working on securing financing, they would know in the morning & would call me, again without asking for my information, I still have not received a call back. I appreciate not being pushy sales people but you still want to be treated like a valuable customer.

Hi Stacy, I appreciate you taking your time to review your experience however I wish it was different. We do try and be very low pressure at Williams Auto Sales which is definitely different than most other car dealerships. Unfortunately sometimes vehicles do sell quickly and people do miss out on vehicles while they try and make the right decision for themselves and their families. Its a tough area for us as to how aggressive we should be in asking for a sale. I apologize that you did not feel we were aggressive enough and you lost out on a vehicle. Yes they have been a good car dealer to work with.
I asked a few questions, he said come in for a test drive and didn't answer a
thing. I said I'm not nearby, I would fly in...never heard from him again.
I wanted to know more about the car before making a 14hr trip. If it was
mint, I would have bought it...instead he lost the sale and I'm travelling to
Vancouver, BC for one I bought.
